Abstract
本发明公开了一种种植体,所述种植体外侧壁设有螺纹,所述螺纹从上至下依次分为皮质骨减压螺纹段、皮质骨切削螺纹段、松质骨挤压螺纹段和松质骨切削螺纹段,所述螺纹从上至下螺距增大,所述松质骨切削螺纹段上设有自攻槽;所述种植体内部设有螺纹;所述皮质骨减压螺纹段螺距为0.05‑0.10mm;所述皮质骨切削螺纹段螺距为0.10‑0.12mm;所述松质骨挤压螺纹段螺距为0.12‑0.20mm;所述松质骨切削螺纹段螺距为0.20‑0.25mm。本发明种植体,使种植体具有四种不同的螺纹,在旋入颌骨时对皮质骨和松质骨产生不同的侧向压力,有利于种植体初期稳定性,优质的初期稳定性有利于骨整合。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种种植体,属于口腔种植领域。
背景技术
随着口腔种植技术的不断发展,“人工植牙”的技术渐趋成熟和稳定。人工植牙是先将生物相容性高的钛金属人工牙根置入齿槽内固定并缝合,并经过数个月后待人工牙根与齿槽内的骨头连接稳固后,再进行后续义齿安装。由于人工牙根是直接与骨头连接,能提供较佳的支撑力。因其可对较硬的食物进行咀嚼而广受欢迎。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种种植体,稳定性好,种植成功率高的种植体。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现。
一种种植体,所述种植体外侧壁设有螺纹,所述螺纹从上至下依次分为皮质骨减压螺纹段、皮质骨切削螺纹段、松质骨挤压螺纹段和松质骨切削螺纹段,所述螺纹从上至下螺距增大,所述松质骨切削螺纹段上设有自攻槽;所述种植体内部设有螺纹;
所述皮质骨减压螺纹段螺距为0.05-0.10mm;
所述皮质骨切削螺纹段螺距为0.10-0.12mm;
所述松质骨挤压螺纹段螺距为0.12-0.20mm;
所述松质骨切削螺纹段螺距为0.20-0.25mm。
进一步地,在上述技术方案中,所述种植体长度为5-10mm。
进一步地,在上述技术方案中,所述种植体为根状态。
进一步地,在上述技术方案中,所述种植体底部外径为2.0-3.0mm;顶部外径为3.6-3.9mm。
进一步地,在上述技术方案中,所述种植体外侧壁的螺纹的螺纹峰高度为0.2-0.3mm。
进一步地,在上述技术方案中,所述皮质骨减压螺纹段和所述皮质骨切削螺纹段长度为2-3mm。
发明有益效果
本发明种植体,使种植体具有四种不同的螺纹,在旋入颌骨时对皮质骨和松质骨产生不同的侧向压力,有利于种植体初期稳定性,优质的初期稳定性有利于骨整合。

如图1所示,一种种植体,所述种植体外侧壁设有螺纹,所述螺纹从上至下依次分为皮质骨减压螺纹段7、皮质骨切削螺纹段8、松质骨挤压螺纹段9和松质骨切削螺纹段10,所述螺纹从上至下螺距增大,所述松质骨切削螺纹段上设有自攻槽;所述种植体内部设有螺纹;
所述皮质骨减压螺纹段螺距为0.08-0.10mm;
所述皮质骨切削螺纹段螺距为0.11-0.12mm;
所述松质骨挤压螺纹段螺距为0.13-0.20mm;
所述松质骨切削螺纹段螺距为0.20-0.25mm。
所述种植体长度为7mm。
所述种植体为根状态。
所述种植体底部外径为2.5mm;顶部外径为3.6mm。
所述种植体外侧壁的螺纹的螺纹峰高度为0.2mm。
所述皮质骨减压螺纹段和所述皮质骨切削螺纹段长度为2mm。
所述种植体上部连接基台12。

所述皮质骨切削螺纹段螺距为0.10-0.12mm;
所述松质骨挤压螺纹段螺距为0.12-0.20mm;
所述松质骨切削螺纹段螺距为0.20-0.25mm。
