Description

Label for food traceability and anti-counterfeiting, label generation method, system and method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of food traceability anti-counterfeiting, in particular to a label for food traceability anti-counterfeiting, a label generation method, a label generation system and a label generation method.
Background
Food traceability anti-counterfeiting is an important subject for guaranteeing food safety, how to economically and efficiently develop food traceability anti-counterfeiting and ensure the reliability of a traceability anti-counterfeiting system under the condition of limited cost, and is an important subject. At present, most traceability anti-counterfeiting systems in the market adopt traceability anti-counterfeiting labels adhered to commodities as information inlets of traceability anti-counterfeiting systems.
The traceable anti-counterfeiting label mainly comprises four categories of batch two-dimension codes, single double two-dimension codes and RFID labels. The batch two-dimensional codes are obtained by printing the same batch of two-dimensional codes on a batch of products and simply registering the batch of products; the single two-dimensional code is a two-dimensional code label for printing a unique code on each commodity; the single double two-dimensional code provides two-dimensional codes for each commodity, one is an information code and is used for inquiring commodity information, for example, data is looked up and registered, the other check code is shielded in a silver coating mode and the like, whether the commodity information is reliable or not can be verified by scraping, and anti-counterfeiting is realized; the RFID label adopts an electronic chip, and the anti-counterfeiting capability of traceability and anti-counterfeiting is strongest.
The existing tracing anti-counterfeit label technology has the following defects:
1. the batch two-dimensional codes can be printed in a large scale after being scanned once, are used for counterfeiting shoddy commodities and over-production commodities, and completely have no capacity of preventing copying and counterfeiting.
2. A single two-dimensional code can be printed on a large scale by itself after being scanned, the copying difficulty is still very low, and the anti-counterfeiting capability is almost absent, namely the anti-counterfeiting capability is poor.
3. The single-piece double two-dimensional code is strong in anti-copying and anti-counterfeiting capacity of the label, but two different two-dimensional codes need to be printed, and a silver coating needs to be covered on the second code, so that the production cost is high, the label is difficult to effectively apply to daily food, and the economical efficiency is poor.
4. The RFID tag adopts an electronic chip, but the cost of the electronic chip is high, and the RFID tag is mainly used for tracing and anti-counterfeiting expensive luxury goods such as Maotai wine and the like, so that the economy is very poor.

Detailed Description
The invention is further illustrated by the following specific examples, which, however, are to be construed as merely illustrative, and not limitative of the remainder of the disclosure in any way whatsoever.
Example one
In the present embodiment, the meanings of the respective reference numerals are as follows: 1. an information code; 101. a first upper left frame; 102. a first lower left frame; 103. a first right top frame; 2. checking the code; 201. a second upper left frame; 202. a second left lower frame; 203. the second upper right frame.
With reference to fig. 1, in the tracing anti-counterfeit label for food tracing anti-counterfeit provided by this embodiment, the tracing anti-counterfeit label is rectangular, and includes an information code 1, a check code 2 smaller than the information code 1, and a pseudo code;
the information code 1 and the check code 2 are uniquely corresponding to the commodity;
the information code 1 is a QR code, and the information code 1 has three positioning frames, namely a first upper left frame 101, a first lower left frame 102 and a first upper right frame 103;
the check code 2 is a QR code, and the information code 1 has three positioning frames, namely a second upper left frame 201, a second lower left frame 202 and a second upper right frame 203;
the check code 2 covers the lower right side of the information code 1, and the second lower left frame 202 of the check code 2 is positioned below the first upper right frame 103 of the information code 1;
the pseudo code is positioned at the upper right of the check code 2, and the combination of the information code 1, the check code 2 and the pseudo code is rectangular.
According to the tracing anti-counterfeiting label for food tracing anti-counterfeiting provided by the embodiment of the invention, the tracing anti-counterfeiting label comprises the information code 1 and the check code 2, has two pieces of scannable data, and the two pieces of data are mutually certified, so that the tracing anti-counterfeiting label has strong anti-copying and anti-counterfeiting capabilities, and can overcome the technical problems of poor anti-counterfeiting capability and poor economical efficiency of the tracing anti-counterfeiting label in the prior art.
It should be noted that the traceable anti-counterfeit label in this embodiment has double codes, a generation algorithm of the double codes is not an open-source two-dimensional code algorithm, and an anti-thief cannot make a large batch of prints according to two scanned codes by himself or herself.
In addition, the double codes of the traceable anti-counterfeiting label in the embodiment do not need to be printed twice, and are not covered by a silver coating, so that the production cost is similar to that of the traditional two-dimensional code, and the traceable anti-counterfeiting label has high economical efficiency.
In this embodiment, the information code 1 is used to represent a number of a single commodity, and similar to the identification number of each person, each commodity has a unique information code 1, and for a commodity, the check code 2 uniquely corresponds to the information code 1.
In addition, the check code 2 covers the lower right side of the information code 1, and the second lower left frame 202 of the check code 2 is located below the first upper right frame 103 of the information code 1, so that the situation that the code scanning software mistakenly identifies the check code 2 positioning frame as the positioning frame of the information code 1 due to the fact that the check code 2 positioning frame occupies the lower right corner of the information code 1 can be prevented, and the identification rate of the information code 1 can be improved. The check code 2 is covered on the right side of the information code 1, so that the check code and the information code are fused into a uniform rectangular code sample, and the appearance is attractive. In the process of pattern splicing, it is required to ensure that three positioning frames necessary for the information code 1 are not blocked. Since the information capacity of the check code 2 is smaller than that of the information code 1, the size of the check code 2 is smaller than that of the information code 1, and specifically, the size of the check code 2 may be about 70% of that of the information code 1.

In addition, the check code 2 is rotated by 90 degrees clockwise, the check code 2 is covered on the lower right side of the information code 1, the second lower left frame 202 of the check code 2 is positioned below the first upper right frame 103 of the information code 1, the situation that the code scanning software mistakenly identifies the check code 2 positioning frame as the positioning frame of the information code 1 due to the fact that the positioning frame of the check code 2 occupies the lower right corner of the information code 1 can be prevented, and therefore the identification rate of the information code 1 can be improved.
