Specifically, the electronic map is used for displaying a planning area where a current planning project is located, the plurality of operation buttons at least comprise a planning specification button, a map display switching button, an operation cancel button, an operation reset button, a zoom button, a confirm button and a submit button, wherein, the planning description corresponding to the current planning project can be displayed by clicking the planning description button, the display mode of the current electronic map can be switched by clicking the map display switching button, for example, three modes of a two-dimensional view, a satellite view and a three-dimensional view are adopted, the previous operation can be cancelled by clicking an operation cancelling button, all operations can be abandoned by clicking an operation resetting button, the scaling of the electronic map can be adjusted by clicking a scaling button, the currently completed operation can be saved by clicking a determining button, and the planning scheme formed by the currently completed operation can be submitted by clicking a submitting button.
And step S204, monitoring click operation and/or sliding operation of the user on the electronic map, and determining a project planning scheme.
Specifically, the planning type of the planning project is any one of a point planning project, a line planning project and an area planning project. The following is described according to the planning type:
(1) when the planning item is a point planning item, step S204 includes: determining a project positioning point according to the clicking operation; and acquiring the longitude and latitude of the project positioning point and generating a project planning scheme.
Specifically, the point planning project only involves determining a certain address, such as the addressing of a certain park, and only the user needs to determine the positioning point of the project. And (3) extracting the longitude and latitude of the project positioning point to determine a project planning scheme, wherein the longitude is xxx and the latitude is xxx when the site of a certain park is selected.
(2) When the planning item is a line planning item, step S204 includes:

(2d) And generating a project planning scheme according to the continuous line segment and the longitude and latitude of the center.
Specifically, a project planning scheme is generated according to the longitude and latitude of each line node in the continuous line segment, the click sequence of each line node and the center longitude and latitude.
(3) When the planning project is an area planning project, step S204 includes:
(3a) and adjusting the center longitude and latitude of the current electronic map according to the sliding operation of the user on the electronic map.
(3b) And reading a plurality of area nodes determined in the planning range on the electronic map by clicking operation of a user, and recording the clicking sequence of each area node.

Specifically, the user can edit the planning assumption information about the project planning scheme in the planning assumption composition window, and the planning platform receives the planning assumption information.

In the embodiment of the invention, the planning platform can display the planning project set by the planning management personnel on the planning management platform, and all users can submit own planning scheme and planning idea to the planning project in the planning by initiating operation on the planning platform, so that the majority of people actively participate in the planning and widely collect the suggestions of the masses, the project planning is more comprehensive, and the actual planning requirement is met.
Further, in order to facilitate planning of a planning project for a current location, in an embodiment, the project planning list page displayed by the planning platform further includes a map punctuation button. The city planning method applied to the planning platform further comprises the following steps: when it is monitored that the user clicks the map punctuation button, acquiring positioning information of the current position of the user; displaying a planning item selection list at the current position according to the positioning information, wherein the planning item selection list comprises a plurality of planning items in the plan; and when monitoring that the user clicks any planning item of the planning item selection list, displaying a planning page corresponding to the clicked planning item.
Specifically, the user may display a planning item list in the planning at the current position by clicking a map punctuation button, so as to enter a planning page corresponding to the planning item to be planned. In addition, if the planning project at the current position is only the first one, after the map punctuation button is clicked, the planning page corresponding to the planning project at the current position is directly entered.
Further, the planning management platform checks the received planning data submitted by the user through the planning platform to screen out the planning scheme meeting the requirements. In one embodiment, the navigation bar of the management interface of the planning management platform further includes a project audit button, and the city planning method applied to the planning management platform further includes:
(1) and analyzing the planning data, and adding the planning data to an audit list.
(2) When it is monitored that the planning manager clicks a project audit button, the current content of the function display area is cleared, and an audit list is displayed, wherein the audit list comprises a plurality of planning data.

(4) And when it is monitored that the planning manager clicks the pass button, setting the verification state of the currently verified planning data as passing verification, and issuing the verified planning data to the planning platform.
(5) And when the condition that the planning manager clicks a rejection button is monitored, setting the verification state of the currently verified planning data as failed.
In addition, after the audit button is clicked, the function display area comprises a global button besides the audit list, and by clicking the global button, all project planning drawings in all planning data corresponding to a certain planning project can be selected to be displayed on the electronic map at the same time in a popped planning project selection column.
Further, the planning manager may modify the received planning data, and after the planning project is completed, release the final project planning scheme to the planning platform. Therefore, in one embodiment, the city planning method applied to the planning management platform further includes:
(1) and when monitoring that the planning manager clicks any planning project of the project planning list, displaying a project planning modification page to enable the planning manager to modify the current planning project.
(2) And when monitoring that the plan manager clicks a saving button of the project plan modification page, saving the modified plan project.
(3) And when monitoring that the plan manager clicks an editing button of the project plan modification page, displaying an editing page corresponding to the current planning project.
(4) Receiving a project planning scheme and planning assumption information uploaded by a planning manager, wherein the project planning scheme comprises a project planning diagram and longitude and latitude of the project planning diagram on an electronic map.
(5) And when monitoring that the planning manager clicks a completion button of the editing page, setting the state of the current planning project to be completed.
(6) And releasing the project planning scheme corresponding to the completed planning project to a planning platform.
Further, in one embodiment, the city planning method applied to the planning platform further includes: entering a planning display page when monitoring that a user clicks a planning display button in a navigation bar of a main interface, wherein the planning display page comprises a project list display area, a middle-going button and a finished button; when it is monitored that the user clicks an in-progress button, displaying a first planning item list in a project list display area, wherein the first planning item list comprises a plurality of approved first planning items in a plan; when the user clicks the completed button, displaying a second planning item list in the item list display area, wherein the second planning item list comprises a plurality of second planning items which are already planned and completed.
The first planning project and the second planning project are respectively displayed in a first planning project list and a second planning project list in a linked mode. By viewing the first project plan list and the second project plan list, the user can view which of the plan projects have been completed and which of the plan projects in the plan have passed the review.
Further, the city planning method applied to the planning platform further comprises the following steps: when it is monitored that the user clicks any first planning item in the first planning item list, displaying a first list page, wherein the first list page comprises a plurality of submitted approved planning data; when monitoring that the user clicks any second planning item in the second planning item list, displaying a display page of the planning item which is planned, wherein the display page at least comprises an opinion feedback button, a planning description and a project planning diagram marked in the electronic map; and when the condition that the user clicks an opinion feedback button is monitored, displaying a corresponding opinion writing window so that the user writes the opinion and submits the opinion to the planning management platform.
Specifically, the reviewed planning data is displayed on the first list page in a link form, and the specific content of the corresponding planning data can be viewed by clicking the link. In the embodiment, the user can propose a proposal of the user on the completed planning project through the planning platform, submit the proposal to the planning management platform, and simultaneously view each planning data which passes the examination and verification, which is beneficial to improving the user experience.
Further, in order to facilitate communication between citizens for city planning, in one embodiment, a planning community button is disposed in a navigation bar of a main interface of the planning platform. The city planning method applied to the planning platform further comprises the following steps: entering a community communication page when monitoring that a user clicks a community planning button; when monitoring that a user clicks an editing button of the community communication page, displaying an editing window, wherein the editing window at least comprises a submission button; receiving posting information input by a user in an editing window, and displaying the posting information on a community communication page when the fact that the user clicks a submit button is monitored. Furthermore, the posting information can comprise character information or pictures, and the line height of the posting information can be automatically matched according to the size of a display screen of the intelligent mobile terminal where the planning platform is located.
In this embodiment, the user can perform posting operation on the community communication page, and posting information can be viewed by other users after being displayed on the community communication page. In addition, other users can comment and like posted information to promote mutual communication among citizens.
Further, to enhance the user experience, in one embodiment, a news flash button is provided in a navigation bar of the main interface of the planning platform. The city planning method applied to the planning platform further comprises the following steps: and when the monitoring user clicks a news prompt button of the planning monitoring platform, entering a news browsing page.
Specifically, the news information displayed in the news browsing page is added and set by the relevant personnel corresponding to the service platform. The news browsing page supports rich text display, is rich in pictures and texts, and the pictures can be automatically matched according to the size of a display screen of an intelligent mobile terminal where a planning monitoring platform is located.
Further, in order to facilitate the investigation of the satisfaction of citizens with city planning, in an embodiment, the city planning method applied to the planning platform further includes: receiving questionnaire data sent by a planning management platform; displaying a composition page of the questionnaire according to the questionnaire data, wherein the composition page at least comprises a question editing window and a completion button; and receiving questionnaire information input by the user in the topic editing window, and returning the questionnaire information to the service platform when monitoring that the user clicks the completion button. Therefore, planning management personnel corresponding to the planning management platform can collect questionnaire information, and according to the collected result, the satisfaction degree of citizens on city planning and the deficiency in planning can be known, so that the processing mode aiming at the city planning is improved.

fig. 3 shows a first structural schematic diagram of a city planning apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the city planning apparatus is applied to a planning management platform, and includes:
the second monitoring module 11 is configured to monitor, in real time, an operation initiated by a planning manager on a management interface of the planning management platform, where the management interface includes a navigation bar and a function display area, and the operation includes a click operation;
the second list display module 12 is configured to display a project plan list and a new button in the functional display area when it is monitored that a planning manager clicks a planning management button in a navigation bar of the management interface, where the project plan list includes a plurality of planning projects in a plan;
an added page display module 13, configured to clear the current content of the functional display area when it is monitored that the planning manager clicks the new button, and display a project planning added page so that the planning manager sets relevant parameters of the new planning project, where the relevant parameters at least include: planning city, planning address, planning type, planning description, planning range and line type;
the project adding module 14 is configured to add a newly added planning project to the project planning list when it is monitored that the planning manager clicks a save button of the project planning adding page;
the project release module 15 is configured to release each planning project in the project planning list to the planning platform;
and the data receiving module 16 is used for receiving planning data returned by the planning platform, wherein the planning data at least comprises a project planning scheme and planning assumption information.
Fig. 4 shows a second schematic structural diagram of the city planning apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the city planning apparatus is applied to a planning platform, and includes:
the first monitoring module 21 monitors operations initiated by a user on a main interface of the planning platform in real time, wherein the main interface comprises an electronic map and a navigation bar, and the operations comprise click operations and sliding operations;

the planning page display module 23 is configured to display a planning page corresponding to a clicked planning item when it is monitored that a user clicks any planning item of a planning item list page, where the planning page includes an electronic map and a plurality of operation buttons, the plurality of operation buttons at least include a planning description button, a map display switching button, an operation cancel button, an operation reset button, a zoom button, a determination button, and a submit button, and the electronic map is used to display a planning area where a current planning item is located;
the scheme determining module 24 is configured to monitor a click operation and/or a sliding operation of a user on the electronic map, and determine a project planning scheme;
the window display module 25 is used for displaying a planning assumption composition window when monitoring that the user clicks a determination button of the planning page;
an information receiving module 26, configured to receive planning scenario information edited by a user in a planning scenario composition window;
and the data submitting module 27 is configured to submit the planning data to the planning management platform when it is monitored that the user clicks a submit button of the planning page, where the planning data at least includes the project planning scheme and the planning assumption information.

referring to fig. 5, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an electronic device 100, including: a processor 40, a memory 41, a bus 42 and a communication interface 43, wherein the processor 40, the communication interface 43 and the memory 41 are connected through the bus 42; the processor 40 is arranged to execute executable modules, such as computer programs, stored in the memory 41.
The Memory 41 may include a high-speed Random Access Memory (RAM) and may also include a non-volatile Memory (non-volatile Memory), such as at least one disk Memory. The communication connection between the network element of the system and at least one other network element is realized through at least one communication interface 43 (which may be wired or wireless), and the internet, a wide area network, a local network, a metropolitan area network, etc. may be used.
The bus 42 may be an ISA bus, PCI bus, EISA bus, or the like. The bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, only one double-headed arrow is shown in FIG. 5, but this does not indicate only one bus or one type of bus.
The memory 41 is used for storing a program, the processor 40 executes the program after receiving an execution instruction, and the method executed by the apparatus defined by the flow process disclosed in any of the foregoing embodiments of the present invention may be applied to the processor 40, or implemented by the processor 40.
The processor 40 may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, the steps of the above method may be performed by integrated logic circuits of hardware or instructions in the form of software in the processor 40. The Processor 40 may be a general-purpose Processor, and includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), and the like; the device can also be a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, a discrete Gate or transistor logic device, or a discrete hardware component. The various methods, steps and logic blocks disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention may be implemented or performed. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like. The steps of the method disclosed in connection with the embodiments of the present invention may be directly implemented by a hardware decoding processor, or implemented by a combination of hardware and software modules in the decoding processor. The software module may be located in ram, flash memory, rom, prom, or eprom, registers, etc. storage media as is well known in the art. The storage medium is located in a memory 41, and the processor 40 reads the information in the memory 41 and completes the steps of the method in combination with the hardware thereof.
The city planning device and the electronic equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention have the same technical characteristics as the city planning method provided by the embodiment, so the same technical problems can be solved, and the same technical effects can be achieved.
The computer program product for performing the city planning method provided in the embodiment of the present invention includes a computer-readable storage medium storing a nonvolatile program code executable by a processor, where instructions included in the program code may be used to execute the method described in the foregoing method embodiment, and specific implementation may refer to the method embodiment, and is not described herein again.

Claims (10)

1. A city planning method is applied to a planning platform and comprises the following steps:
monitoring operation initiated by a user on a main interface of a planning platform in real time, wherein the main interface comprises an electronic map and a navigation bar, and the operation comprises click operation and sliding operation;
when monitoring that a user clicks a planning list button of a navigation bar of the main interface, displaying a project planning list page, wherein the project planning list page comprises a plurality of planning projects in a plan, and the planning projects are issued by a planning manager through a planning management platform;
when it is monitored that a user clicks any planning item of the project planning list page, displaying a planning page corresponding to the clicked planning item, wherein the planning page comprises an electronic map and a plurality of operation buttons, the operation buttons at least comprise a planning description button, a map display switching button, an operation cancel button, an operation reset button, a zoom button, a determination button and a submit button, and the electronic map is used for displaying a planning area where the current planning item is located;
monitoring click operation and/or sliding operation of a user on the electronic map, and determining a project planning scheme;
when monitoring that the user clicks a determination button of the planning page, displaying a planning assumption composition window;
receiving planning idea information edited by a user in the planning idea composition window;
and when monitoring that the user clicks a submission button of the planning page, submitting planning data to a planning management platform, wherein the planning data at least comprises a project planning scheme and planning assumption information.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the planning type of the planning project is any one of a point planning project, a line planning project and an area planning project;
when the planning project is a point planning project, the monitoring of the click operation and/or the sliding operation of the user on the electronic map, and the determining of the project planning scheme includes:
determining a project positioning point according to the clicking operation;
acquiring longitude and latitude of the project positioning point and generating a project planning scheme;
when the planning project is a line planning project, the monitoring of the click operation and/or the sliding operation of the user on the electronic map, and the determining of the project planning scheme includes:
adjusting and storing the center longitude and latitude of the current electronic map according to the sliding operation of the user on the electronic map;
reading a plurality of line nodes determined on the electronic map by clicking operation of a user, and recording the clicking sequence of each line node;
storing each line node according to the clicking sequence of each line node, connecting each line node, and displaying a connected continuous line segment on the electronic map;
generating a project planning scheme according to the continuous line segment and the central longitude and latitude;
when the planning project is an area planning project, a planning range is marked on the electronic map, the click operation and/or the sliding operation of the user on the electronic map are monitored, and the determining of the project planning scheme comprises the following steps:
adjusting the center longitude and latitude of the current electronic map according to the sliding operation of the user on the electronic map;
reading a plurality of area nodes determined in the planning range on the electronic map by clicking operation of a user, and recording the clicking sequence of each area node;
storing and connecting the nodes according to the clicking sequence of each region node to form a closed graph and displaying the closed graph on the electronic map;
and generating a project planning scheme according to the closed graph and the central longitude and latitude.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
entering a planning display page when monitoring that a user clicks a planning display button in a navigation bar of the main interface, wherein the planning display page comprises a project list display area, a progress button and a finished button;
when it is monitored that a user clicks an in-progress button, displaying a first planning item list in the item list display area, wherein the first planning item list comprises a plurality of approved first planning items in a plan;
when it is monitored that the user clicks the completed button, displaying a second planning item list in the item list display area, wherein the second planning item list comprises a plurality of second planning items which are already planned and completed.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
when it is monitored that a user clicks any first planning item in the first planning item list, displaying a first list page, wherein the first list page comprises a plurality of submitted approved planning data;
when it is monitored that the user clicks any second planning item in the second planning item list, displaying a display page of the planning item which is planned, wherein the display page at least comprises an opinion feedback button, a planning description and a planning map marked in the electronic map;
and when the user clicks the opinion feedback button, displaying a corresponding opinion writing window so that the user writes the opinion and submits the opinion to the planning management platform.
5. A city planning method is applied to a planning management platform and comprises the following steps:
monitoring operation initiated by a planning manager on a management interface of a planning management platform in real time, wherein the management interface comprises a navigation bar and a function display area, and the operation comprises click operation;
when it is monitored that a planning manager clicks a planning management button in a navigation bar of the management interface, displaying a project planning list and a newly added button in the functional display area, wherein the project planning list comprises a plurality of planning projects in the planning;
when it is monitored that a planning manager clicks the newly added button, clearing the current content of the functional display area, and displaying a project planning adding page to enable the planning manager to set related parameters of the newly added planning project, wherein the related parameters at least comprise: planning city, planning address, planning type, planning description, planning range and line type;
when monitoring that a plan manager clicks a save button of the project plan add page, adding the newly added project plan to the project plan list;
releasing each planning project in the project planning list to a planning platform;
and receiving planning data returned by a planning platform, wherein the planning data at least comprises a project planning scheme and planning assumption information.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the navigation bar of the management interface further comprises a project review button, the method further comprising:
analyzing the planning data, and adding the planning data to an audit list;
when it is monitored that a planning manager clicks the project audit button, clearing the current content of the function display area, and displaying an audit list, wherein the audit list comprises a plurality of planning data;
when it is monitored that a planning manager clicks any planning data in the auditing list, clearing the current content of the functional display area, and displaying an auditing page, wherein the auditing page at least comprises the specific content of the current clicked planning data, a pass button and a reject button;
when it is monitored that the planning manager clicks the pass button, setting the verification state of the currently verified planning data as verification pass, and issuing the verified planning data to a planning platform;
and when it is monitored that the planning manager clicks the rejection button, setting the verification state of the currently verified planning data as failed.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
when monitoring that a planning manager clicks any planning project of the project planning list, displaying a project planning modification page to enable the planning manager to modify the current planning project;
when monitoring that a plan manager clicks a saving button of the project plan modification page, saving the modified plan project;
when monitoring that a planning manager clicks an editing button of the project planning modification page, displaying an editing page corresponding to the current planning project;
receiving a project planning scheme and planning assumption information uploaded by a planning manager, wherein the project planning scheme comprises a project planning diagram and longitude and latitude of the project planning diagram on an electronic map;
when monitoring that a planning manager clicks a completion button of the editing page, setting the state of the current planning project to be completed;
and releasing planning data corresponding to the completed planning project to a planning platform, wherein the planning data comprises a project planning scheme and planning assumption information.
8. The city planning device is applied to a planning platform and comprises:
the system comprises a first monitoring module, a second monitoring module and a third monitoring module, wherein the first monitoring module monitors operation initiated by a user on a main interface of a planning platform in real time, the main interface comprises an electronic map and a navigation bar, and the operation comprises click operation and sliding operation;
the first list display module is used for displaying a project plan list page when monitoring that a user clicks a plan list button of a navigation bar of the main interface, wherein the project plan list page comprises a plurality of planning projects in a plan, and the planning projects are issued by a plan manager through a plan management platform;
the planning page display module is used for displaying a planning page corresponding to a clicked planning project when it is monitored that a user clicks any planning project of the project planning list page, wherein the planning page comprises an electronic map and a plurality of operation buttons, the operation buttons at least comprise a planning description button, a map display switching button, an operation cancel button, an operation reset button, a zoom button, a determination button and a submit button, and the electronic map is used for displaying a planning area where the current planning project is located;
the scheme determining module is used for monitoring click operation and/or sliding operation of a user on the electronic map and determining a project planning scheme;
the window display module is used for displaying a planning idea drafting window when monitoring that the user clicks a determination button of the planning page;
the information receiving module is used for receiving planning idea information edited by a user in the planning idea composition window;
and the data submission module is used for submitting planning data to a planning management platform when monitoring that the user clicks a submission button of the planning page, wherein the planning data at least comprises a project planning scheme and planning assumption information.
9. The city planning device is applied to a planning management platform and comprises:
the second monitoring module is used for monitoring operation initiated by a planning manager on a management interface of the planning management platform in real time, wherein the management interface comprises a navigation bar and a function display area, and the operation comprises click operation;
the second list display module is used for displaying a project plan list and a newly added button in the functional display area when it is monitored that a planning manager clicks a planning management button in a navigation bar of the management interface, wherein the project plan list comprises a plurality of planning projects in the plan;
an added page display module, configured to clear the current content of the functional display area when it is monitored that a planning manager clicks the new button, and display a project planning added page so that the planning manager sets relevant parameters of a new planning project, where the relevant parameters at least include: planning city, planning address, planning type, planning description, planning range and line type;
the project adding module is used for adding the newly added planning project to the project planning list when monitoring that a planning manager clicks a saving button of the project planning adding page;
the project release module is used for releasing each planning project in the project planning list to a planning platform;
and the data receiving module is used for receiving planning data returned by the planning platform, and the planning data at least comprises a project planning scheme and planning assumption information.
10. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the steps of the method of any of the preceding claims 1 to 7 are implemented when the computer program is executed by the processor.
