displaying a first entity of first information related to a contact corresponding to a first application program in a first area, and displaying a second entity of second information related to the contact corresponding to a second application program;
selecting a second entity for displaying the second information;
and displaying the second information in a second area.
28. The electronic device of claim 27, wherein displaying second information comprises:
matching the second information with the first information;
displaying, in the second area, detailed information related to a second entity based on a selection of the second entity.
29. The electronic device of claim 28, wherein the display of the first and second regions comprises:
matching a first entity of a first application in the first region with a second entity of a second application in the second region.
30. The electronic device of claim 28, wherein displaying detailed information related to a second entity in the second area comprises:
displaying the detailed information based on a search result of the information related to the second entity.
31. The electronic device of claim 30, wherein the detailed information is organized for display based on parameters extracted from the second region and the first region.
32. The electronic device of claim 27, wherein a capability tag associated with the second area defines a capability of an application.
33. The electronic device of claim 32, wherein the application is a contacts application.
34. The electronic device of any of claims 27-33, wherein the first entity comprises a first icon; the second entity includes a second icon.
35. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon instructions which, when executed by at least one processor, perform the method of any one of claims 1-9 or 10-17.
