Abstract

本发明是一种照明装置,特别涉及一种一体化太阳能路灯。一种一体化太阳能路灯,由灯柱、灯杆、灯体组成,所述灯体通过灯杆安装在灯柱上,所述灯体由灯体面板、控制器、LED照明模组、灯框、太阳能板和硅胶条构成,本发明结构简单,基本杜绝了整个照明装置漏水的问题,提高了使用寿命,安装过程极大简化,也便于后期的维护。

技术领域
本发明是一种照明装置,特别涉及一种一体化太阳能路灯。
背景技术
用于马路上的路灯能为行人及车辆提供照明,是人们日常生活中不可或缺的设施,目前常见的路灯,分为普通光源的路灯及采用发光二极管光源的LED路灯,由于LED路灯具有节能省电、照明效果好、使用寿命长等优点,目前已渐渐开始普及。
现在常见的LED路灯,主要由安装于电杆上的壳体及设置于壳体内的照明模组组成,其中的照明模组包括发光二极管芯片及相应的接电、散热结构,由于目前市面上LED路灯的照明模组一般均为非封闭式的结构,在使用时容易进水,达不到很好的防水效果,严重影响路灯的使用寿命。同时由于零件较为散落,加工组装时,需要多道工序来完成组装工作,生产效率较低。
现有太阳能路灯通常将太阳能板、照明模组、控制模组、蓄电模组分开安装,常见的形式为将蓄电模组安装在地下,这种结构增加了路灯的安装复杂度,连线距离过长,也容易导致接触不良等线路问题,后期维护也比较麻烦。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种防水性能好、使用寿命长、结构简便的一体化太阳能路灯。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种一体化太阳能路灯,由灯柱、灯杆、灯体组成,所述灯体通过灯杆安装在灯柱上,所述灯体由灯体面板、控制器、LED照明模组、灯框、太阳能板和硅胶条构成,所述灯框由两条对称设计的边框和固定安装在边框两端的两个顶盖构成,所述边框上设置有安装架,所述安装架上固定安装有蓄电池,所述太阳能板通过硅胶条卡装固定在边框的一侧面,所述灯体面板上开有供LED照明模组的透镜装置放置的槽孔,所述控制器和LED照明模组安装在灯体面板相应位置后通过螺钉固定安装在边框的另一侧面,所述LED照明模组由防水连接线、光源固定板、LED照明装置和透镜装置组成,所述LED照明装置通过螺钉固定在光源固定板上,所述透镜装置为一体成型而成板状,透镜面板上设置有多个透镜,透镜面板四周设置有多个卡扣,所述光源固定板上与透镜装置卡扣相应位置设置有多个卡孔,所述透镜装置通过卡扣固定在光源固定板上,所述防水连接线通过光源固定板上设置的接线孔与LED照明装置相连接,所述控制器、LED照明模组、太阳能板分别通过电线与蓄电池相连。
作为本发明的更进一步技术方案,还包括防水胶条,所述防水胶条设置在所述透镜装置卡扣的内侧,将LED照明装置包围一圈,在透镜装置卡紧在光源固定板上时防水胶条紧压在透镜装置和光源固定板之间。
作为本发明的更进一步技术方案,所述LED照明装置由铝基板和安装在铝基板上的灯珠组装而成。
作为本发明的更进一步技术方案,所述透镜装置上的透镜数量和排列位置与LED照明装置上的灯珠保持一致。
作为本发明的更进一步技术方案,所述光源固定板与透镜装置之间还通过边框处螺钉加强紧固。
作为本发明的更进一步技术方案,所述防水连接线与光源固定板之间的连接处设置有防水胶。
作为本发明的更进一步技术方案,所述灯体面板上固定设置有灯杆固定安装套。
作为本发明的更进一步技术方案,所述灯体面上设置有散热孔。
本发明结构简单,由于透镜装置为一体化设计,所有透镜连成一个整体,解决了现有照明模组中透镜之间的空隙问题。防水胶条的设置在本发明组装完成后形成良好的密封环境,基本杜绝了整个照明装置漏水的问题,提高了使用寿命。同时由于本发明的一体化、集成化,将所有组件集中安装在灯体部件内,因此可以在工厂生产组装好灯体后,直接安装在灯柱上的灯杆上就可以了,安装过程极大简化,也便于后期的维护。

下面结合符合与具体实施例详细阐述本发明。
如图1至图7所述,一种一体化太阳能路灯,由灯柱A、灯杆B、灯体C组成,所述灯体C通过灯杆B安装在灯柱A上,所述灯体C由灯体面板1、控制器2、LED照明模组3、灯框4、太阳能板5和硅胶条6构成,所述灯框4由两条对称设计的边框41和固定安装在边框41两端的两个顶盖42构成,所述边框41上设置有安装架,所述安装架上固定安装有蓄电池43,所述太阳能板5通过硅胶条6卡装固定在边框41的一侧面,所述灯体面板1上开有供LED照明模组3的透镜装置35放置的槽孔,所述控制器2和LED照明模组3安装在灯体面板1相应位置后通过螺钉固定安装在边框41的另一侧面,所述LED照明模组3由防水连接线31、光源固定板32、LED照明装置33和透镜装置35组成,所述LED照明装置33通过螺钉固定在光源固定板32上,所述透镜装置35为一体成型而成板状,透镜面板上设置有多个透镜,透镜面板四周设置有多个卡扣,所述光源固定板32上与透镜装置35卡扣相应位置设置有多个卡孔,所述透镜装置35通过卡扣固定在光源固定板32上,所述防水连接线31通过光源固定板32上设置的接线孔与LED照明装置33相连接,所述控制器2、LED照明模组3、太阳能板5分别通过电线与蓄电池43相连。
还包括防水胶条34,所述防水胶条34设置在所述透镜装置35卡扣的内侧,将LED照明装置33包围一圈,在透镜装置35卡紧在光源固定板32上时防水胶条34紧压在透镜装置35和光源固定板32之间。
所述LED照明装置33由铝基板和安装在铝基板上的灯珠组装而成。
所述透镜装置35上的透镜数量和排列位置与LED照明装置33上的灯珠保持一致。
所述光源固定板32与透镜装置35之间还通过边框处螺钉加强紧固。
所述防水连接线31与光源固定板32之间的连接处设置有防水胶。
所述灯体面板1上固定设置有灯杆固定安装套。
所述灯体面板1上设置有散热孔。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种一体化太阳能路灯,其特征在于:还包括防水胶条(34),所述防水胶条(34)设置在所述透镜装置(35)卡扣的内侧,将LED照明装置(33)包围一圈,在透镜装置(35)卡紧在光源固定板(32)上时防水胶条(34)紧压在透镜装置(35)和光源固定板(32)之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种一体化太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述LED照明装置(33)由铝基板和安装在铝基板上的灯珠组装而成。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种一体化太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述透镜装置(35)上的透镜数量和排列位置与LED照明装置(33)上的灯珠保持一致。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种一体化太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述防水连接线(31)与光源固定板(32)之间的连接处设置有防水胶。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种一体化太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述光源固定板(2)与透镜装置(5)之间还通过边框处螺钉加强紧固。
