At present, no matter the impeller is an open impeller or a closed impeller, the structure is complex, the cost is high, and the phenomena of backflow, wake flow, cavitation and the like are easily generated in flow channels with unequal cross sections. Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a coil type centrifugal pump which comprises a pump shell, a shaft and a coil body, wherein the coil body is positioned in the pump shell; the coil body comprises a main pipe and a plurality of branch pipes, one end of the main pipe is completely closed, a gap is reserved between an outer cylindrical surface of the other end of the main pipe and an inner cylindrical surface of the water inlet pipe, and the plurality of branch pipes are positioned on the side wall of the main pipe and are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the main pipe; one end of the shaft extends into the pump shell and is connected with one end of the main pipe, and the other end of the shaft is connected with the motor.
The centrifugal pump further comprises a bearing and a bracket, the bracket is a hollow shell, through holes are formed in two ends of the bracket, the bearing is located in the bracket, the other end of the shaft penetrates through the through holes in the two ends of the bearing and the bracket to be connected with the motor, and one end of the bracket is connected with the other end face of the pump shell.

A plurality of holes are formed in the side wall of the main pipe, a branch pipe is correspondingly installed in each hole, and each branch pipe in the plurality of branch pipes is fixedly connected with the corresponding hole through welding or threaded connection.

the pump shell 1 comprises a front shell 10 and a rear shell 11, wherein the front shell 10 can be a cylindrical shell with one end sealed and the other end not sealed, the rear shell 11 can be a drum-shaped shell with one larger end and one smaller end, the two ends of the rear shell 11 are not sealed, one end surface of the front shell 10, namely the closed end of the front shell 10 is provided with a through hole corresponding to the water inlet pipe 4, the water inlet pipe 4 is fixed on the through hole of the front shell 10 through welding, the other end of the front shell 10, namely the non-closed end of the front shell 10, is connected with one end surface of the rear shell 11, namely the larger end of the rear shell 11 through a bolt, and a filler seal is arranged at the joint of the front shell 10 and the rear shell 11 to ensure the sealing performance of the pump shell 1; the other end face, namely the smaller end, of the rear shell 11 is fixedly connected with the bracket 9 through a bolt, and a rubber gasket can be used as the bolt connection position in a sealing mode;

The invention relates to a using method of a coil centrifugal pump, which comprises the following steps: before the centrifugal pump is started, liquid is added into the pump shell 1 to at least two thirds, then a motor is started, the motor drives a shaft 2 to rotate, so that a rotary pipe body 3 is driven to rotate at a high speed, the liquid enters a main pipe 6 from a water inlet pipe 4 through a liquid input pipeline, is thrown out from a plurality of branch pipes 7 under the action of centrifugal force, and is discharged to a liquid output pipeline through a water outlet pipe 5; at the center of the pump shell 1, because the liquid is thrown out under the action of centrifugal force to form vacuum, the liquid is pressed into the pump shell 1 under the action of atmospheric pressure, the coil body 3 continuously rotates, so that the liquid continuously flows in and out under the action of the coil body 3 to finish conveying.
The coil type centrifugal pump is convenient to manufacture and has the following characteristics:
first, the cost of the coil centrifugal pump is low. When the small flow is transported, a plurality of branch pipes are used as the coil pipes, and the structure is more compact than that of the impeller. During large-flow transportation, the difficult problem of processing a large impeller is avoided, a rotating pipe body with a welding structure or a threaded connection structure can be adopted, and the cost is obviously reduced.
And the flow channel in the coil body is an equal-diameter flow channel, so that the fluid flow continuity is good, the streamline distribution is more reasonable, the backflow, the wake flow and the cavitation are eliminated to a certain degree, and the vibration and the noise are reduced.
And thirdly, the negative pressure of the suction inlet can be improved by the closed structure of the coil body and the characteristics of the equal-diameter flow passage, and the conveying effect is good.
