Detailed Description
The technical solution provided by the present invention is explained in more detail with reference to fig. 1 to 3.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides an oil return control method, including the following steps:
and step S10, acquiring the working frequency of the variable frequency compressor in the circulating system.
And step S20, controlling the oil liquid circulation in the oil return pipeline returning oil to the variable frequency compressor by adopting the working frequency according to the relation between the preset working frequency and the oil liquid circulation. Specifically, the relationship between the preset working frequency and the oil liquid circulation satisfies the following conditions: the operating frequency is inversely related to the oil flow rate. Namely, the higher the working frequency is, the smaller the oil flow is, and the less the oil returns to the compressor; the lower the working frequency, the larger the oil flow, and the larger the oil amount returned to the compressor.
In the above step S20, the oil flow rate is actively controlled according to the working frequency of the inverter compressor 1 to ensure that the amount of the inverter compressor 1 is appropriate, and the inverter compressor 1 can be lubricated and ensure that the volumetric efficiency is in a better state.
Referring to fig. 3, in the above step S20, the oil flow rate may be controlled using the control valve 2, specifically: the opening of the control valve 2 in the oil return pipeline is controlled to adjust the oil liquid circulation in the oil return pipeline.
In the present example, see fig. 2, where the operating frequency is inversely related to the oil flow, the following adjustments are satisfied: when the working frequency is less than the first preset frequency a and is greater than the second preset frequency b, the trend of the decrease of the oil liquid circulation along with the increase of the working frequency is gentler than the trend of the decrease of the oil liquid circulation along with the increase of the working frequency when the working frequency is between the first preset frequency a and the second preset frequency b.
The working frequency is less than the first preset frequency a, and when the working frequency is greater than the second preset frequency b, the oil liquid circulation and the working frequency are in an approximately inverse relation.
The step S20 may specifically include the following steps:
firstly, presetting an oil liquid circulation curve corresponding to each working frequency of the variable frequency compressor according to experimental data. This step may not be in the order of step S10 described above. In this embodiment, step S10 is taken as an example. It is understood that the oil flow rate curve may also be obtained first.
And secondly, obtaining the preset oil liquid circulation of the variable frequency compressor under the working frequency according to the oil liquid circulation curve and the obtained working frequency. According to the oil liquid circulation curve and the actual working frequency of the variable frequency compressor, the preset oil liquid circulation under the working frequency can be searched and obtained.
And thirdly, controlling the oil liquid circulation in an oil return pipeline of the oil returned by the variable frequency compressor, so that the oil liquid circulation of the variable frequency compressor is equal to the preset oil liquid circulation.
Referring to fig. 2, an optimal oil flow characteristic curve of the inverter compressor 1 is preset, when the compressor operates at a low frequency, a large oil flow is required to ensure the performance of the compressor, and as the compressor operates at an increased frequency, the oil flow required by the compressor in a high-speed operation is gradually reduced. When the working frequency is higher than the second preset frequency b, the curve tends to be gentle and gradually parallel to the X axis, and the distance between the curve and the horizontal axis of the coordinate axis tends to be constant.
In order to achieve an automatic control of the oil flow of the inverter compressor 1, in particular, the control valve 2 comprises a solenoid valve.
In this embodiment, the inverter compressor 1 includes an inverter screw compressor.
The above-described circulation system having the inverter compressor 1 includes a circulation system of an air conditioner.
According to the technical scheme, the characteristic curve of the optimal oil liquid circulation of the compressor under different frequencies is preset, the oil liquid circulation is automatically controlled through the electromagnetic valve, the performance of the compressor is improved, the power consumption of the variable frequency compressor 1 is reduced, and the gas transmission capacity of the compressor is improved.
Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, another embodiment of the present invention provides a circulation system, which can implement the oil return control method provided in any of the above technical solutions. The circulating system comprises a variable frequency compressor 1, a controller, a flow regulating component and an oil return pipeline. The circulation regulating component is arranged in the oil return pipeline, the controller is connected with the circulation regulating component and is used for controlling the oil liquid circulation in the oil return pipeline by adopting the working frequency of the variable frequency compressor 1 according to the preset relation between the working frequency and the oil liquid circulation.
Specifically, the relationship between the preset working frequency and the oil liquid circulation satisfies the following conditions: the operating frequency is inversely related to the oil throughput. Namely, the higher the working frequency is, the smaller the oil liquid circulation is, and the less the oil liquid circulation is; the lower the working frequency, the greater the oil flow, and the greater the oil flow.
The flow regulating component can adopt various structures, for example, the combination of various pipe fittings is adopted, and when the required flow is large, more pipes are connected into the flow path; otherwise, the number is small. Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the flow rate adjustment component includes a control valve 2, and the control valve 2 may be specifically a solenoid valve, and the solenoid valve is electrically connected to the controller.
Above-mentioned technical scheme can guarantee the best fluid circulation all the time because of inverter compressor 1 moves under different frequency, so can guarantee abundant lubrication, can guarantee best volumetric efficiency again.
In order to obtain the optimal performance of the compressor under any frequency, namely the improvement of the gas transmission quantity of the compressor and the reduction of the power, the oil liquid circulation quantity of the down-conversion compressor 1 under different frequencies needs to be determined, the scheme obtains the characteristic curve of the optimal oil liquid circulation quantity under different frequencies, and controls the oil liquid circulation quantity through the control valve 2 in a mode of arranging an oil storage device 3, so as to ensure the performance of the compressor. When applied to a sub-air conditioning system, the oil reservoir 3 may be an oil separator of the system.
According to the technical scheme, the control valve 2 is installed in a pipeline between the variable frequency compressor 1 and the oil reservoir 3, and an automatic control program of the control valve 2 is set according to oil liquid circulation characteristic curves under different preset frequencies. When the inverter compressor 1 does not operate under the optimal working condition, the control valve 2 can automatically adjust the oil flow according to the operating frequency of the inverter compressor 1, so that the internal oil quantity of the inverter compressor 1 is ensured, and the optimal performance is obtained.
