Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the automatic material lifting and feeding device comprises a main feeding pipe 21, a main material lifting pipe 22 and a supporting frame driven by a power driving mechanism to transversely slide along an adsorption filter tank 20, at least two main feeding joints are arranged on the main feeding pipe 21 at intervals, at least two main material lifting joints are arranged on the main material lifting pipe 22 at intervals, at least one auxiliary feeding pipe 23 and an auxiliary material lifting pipe 24 are connected to the supporting frame, a conveying communication mechanism for respectively driving the auxiliary feeding pipe to be communicated with the main feeding joints and the auxiliary material lifting pipe to be communicated with the main material lifting joints is connected to the supporting frame, referring to fig. 2, four longitudinal rows and four transverse rows of activated carbon sewage processors are arranged in the embodiment, so that four main feeding joints 211 and four main material lifting joints 221 are required to be arranged respectively, one auxiliary feeding pipe 23 and one auxiliary material lifting pipe 24 are arranged on the supporting frame, when the supporting frame runs to a set position, the auxiliary feeding pipe 23 can be quickly connected with the main feeding joint at the position so that the auxiliary feeding pipe 23 is quickly connected with the main material lifting joint at the position, and the other conveying communication mechanism enables the auxiliary material lifting pipe 24 to quickly connected with the main material lifting joint at the position so that the conveying process of conveying the two materials is realized. The embodiment can realize the lifting of one row of activated carbon sewage treatment devices and the feeding of another row of activated carbon sewage treatment devices at the same time, thereby greatly improving the labor efficiency, and can realize the lifting of a plurality of rows of activated carbon sewage treatment devices and the feeding of a plurality of rows of activated carbon sewage treatment devices according to the number of the auxiliary feeding pipes 23 and the auxiliary lifting pipes 24, which are not exemplified one by one.

Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the support frame is further connected with a discharge pipe 11 communicating with the auxiliary lifting pipe and a feeding pipe 25 communicating with the auxiliary feeding pipe, and the support frame is connected with a lifting communicating mechanism capable of communicating the discharge pipe 11 with the lifting pipe 3. The lifting communication mechanism comprises an upper sliding frame 10 which is connected to the supporting frame and is driven by a first power driving mechanism to slide up and down, in this embodiment, the first power driving mechanism comprises a first power screw 14 connected to the supporting frame, a first motor 13 for driving the first power screw to rotate is arranged on the supporting frame, a screw nut screwed on the first power screw 14 is rotationally connected to the upper sliding frame 10, and of course, other power mechanisms such as an oil cylinder and an air cylinder can be adopted as the first power driving mechanism, but the mechanism in this embodiment can enable the sliding to be more accurate, and meanwhile, the operation is simpler. The discharge pipe 11 is connected to the upper sliding frame 10, the upper sliding frame 10 is connected with a lower sliding frame which is driven by a second power driving mechanism to slide up and down, the second power driving mechanism comprises a second power screw rod 15 connected to the upper sliding frame 10, the support frame is provided with a second motor 16 for driving the second power screw rod to rotate, the communication mechanism is rotationally connected with a screw nut screwed on the second power screw rod 15, and other power mechanisms such as an oil cylinder and an air cylinder can be used as the second power driving mechanism. The lower sliding frame is connected with a lifting sleeve 12 which is hermetically sleeved on the discharge pipe, the lifting sleeve 12 can be sleeved outside the discharge pipe 11 and the lifting pipe 3, a communicating chamber is formed between the inner wall of the lifting sleeve and the outer wall of the discharge pipe and the lifting pipe after being sleeved, and the discharge port and the feed inlet are communicated through the communicating chamber.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the bottom of the discharge pipe 11 can be propped against the top of the lifting pipe after sliding down to a set position on the upper sliding frame, the top of the lifting pipe 3 is closed, the discharge hole is a plurality of discharge holes annularly distributed on the side wall of the lifting pipe, the bottom of the discharge pipe 11 is closed, and the feed hole is a plurality of feed holes annularly distributed on the side wall of the discharge pipe. The bottom of the lifting sleeve 12 is provided with a through hole for the lifting pipe 3 to be inserted, a sealing ring capable of sealing with the outer wall of the lifting pipe is connected to the through hole wall, a concave cavity is arranged in the middle of the inner wall of the lifting sleeve 12, a communication chamber is formed between the concave cavity and the outer wall of the discharging pipe and between the concave cavity and the outer wall of the lifting pipe, and the upper part of the lifting sleeve 12 is in sliding sealing connection with the outer wall of the discharging pipe.
When the automatic lifting and feeding device is used in combination with the figures 3-5, under the power drive of the first motor, the upper sliding frame 10 drives the second power driving mechanism, the discharge pipe and the lifting sleeve 12 to slide downwards until the bottom of the discharge pipe 11 is propped against the top of the lifting pipe 3, the second motor acts to enable the lifting sleeve to slide downwards until the lifting sleeve is sleeved outside the lifting pipe and the discharge pipe (the set position above), after the lifting sleeve is sleeved outside, the discharge port of the lifting pipe is communicated with the feed port of the discharge pipe 11 through the communication chamber, and activated carbon materials enter from the bottom of the lifting pipe through the jet action of the airflow jet device and are discharged from the top of the discharge pipe through the communication chamber and the discharge pipe; after extraction is completed, the separation of the lifting material pipe and the discharging material pipe is realized through the reverse action of the motor, and the whole lifting and conveying process is completed. According to the description of the action process, the invention can rapidly realize the online lifting and conveying of the activated carbon, and greatly improve the labor efficiency.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the supporting frame is further connected with a feeding power mechanism for driving the feeding pipe 25 to slide up and down. The feeding power mechanism comprises a feeding power screw 31 which is rotatably connected to a support frame and driven by a feeding motor, the feeding power screw is vertically arranged, the support frame is connected with a feeding frame capable of sliding vertically, the feeding pipe is connected to a feeding frame 32, and the feeding frame is rotatably connected with a nut which is in screw connection with a feeding gift screw; the feeding pipe 25 is communicated with the auxiliary feeding pipe through a hose.

The front part of the preheating heat exchange roller 51 is provided with a feed inlet, the rear part of the preheating heat exchange roller 51 is provided with a discharge outlet, in the embodiment, the preheating heat exchange roller is provided with an inlet section with a smaller diameter, a heat exchange section with a larger diameter and an outlet section with a smaller diameter, the feed inlet is arranged on the inlet section, the feed inlet can be arranged on the front end wall or the side wall of the inlet section, the discharge outlet can be arranged on the rear end wall or the side wall of the outlet section, a plurality of concave cavities protruding outwards are arranged on the inner wall of the preheating heat exchange roller 51 and are spirally distributed along the preheating heat exchange roller 51, a heat exchange housing 52 which is provided with an outer cover on the rack and wraps the preheating heat exchange roller is connected with a hot air inlet channel 53 and a hot air outlet channel 54, the hot air inlet channel 53 is arranged at the rear part of the heat exchange housing 52, the hot air outlet channel 54 is arranged at the front part of the heat exchange housing 52, and the flow direction of a heat exchange medium is opposite to that of activated carbon, and the heat exchange efficiency is improved. The inner wall of the preheating heat exchange roller 51 is connected with a stirring discharge blade 55 extending into the inner cavity and spirally arranged, and in this embodiment, the stirring discharge blade is directly welded on the inner wall of the preheating heat exchange roller, and the connection of the stirring discharge blade can be realized through other connection structures such as a connecting column according to practical situations.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, the inner wall of the preheating heat exchange drum 51 protrudes outwards to form a protruding chamber, the inner cavity of the protruding chamber is the recessed cavity, and of course, the protruding chamber may be welded on the outer wall of the preheating heat exchange drum, the outer wall of the protruding chamber is connected with a fin 56, and the fin 56 may have any shape, so as to increase the heat exchange area of the protruding chamber and improve the heat exchange efficiency.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, the hot air inlet channel 53 on the heat exchange housing 52 is connected with the hot air outlet of the carbonization and activation furnace 80 through a pipeline, so that the heat energy is fully utilized, and the purpose of saving energy is achieved. The cylinder wall of the cooling cylinder 61 is connected with a plurality of groups of heat exchange cooling chamber groups, each group of heat exchange cooling chamber groups comprises a plurality of heat exchange cooling chambers 62 distributed along the cooling cylinder ring and a plurality of heat exchange cooling chambers are all arranged obliquely downwards from front to back, the heat exchange cooling chambers 62 are communicated with the inner cavity of the cooling cylinder, when the active carbon rolls along with the cooling cylinder, part of the active carbon on the inner wall of the cooling cylinder enters the heat exchange cooling chambers, and enters from the front port and the rear port of the heat exchange cooling chambers to be discharged, and due to the oblique arrangement, a state of forward conveying of the active carbon can be formed, so that the heat exchange area is increased, the cooling effect is improved, and the active carbon can be conveyed forward. Referring to fig. 1, arrows in fig. 1 indicate the trend of activated carbon and water, according to the schematic illustration in the figure, the method for treating sewage by using the activated carbon sewage treatment system provided by the invention is that firstly, activated carbon in a new activated carbon tank is put into a filtering adsorber, sewage is pressurized and then is introduced into the filtering adsorber through a branch of a sewage inlet main pipe, wherein a water quality on-line monitoring device is arranged on the sewage inlet main pipe, and is discharged after being fully filtered and adsorbed by the filtering adsorber, and a water quality on-line monitoring device is also connected on a discharged pipeline, so that parameters such as quasi chemical oxygen demand (CODcr), biochemical oxygen demand (BOD 5), suspended matters (SS), total nitrogen (in terms of N) and the like are mainly detected, and the method, the device and the index for detecting the parameters are all the prior art and are not repeated;
when the water quality on the discharged pipeline cannot meet the requirement of purifying the water quality (namely, the parameters cannot reach the standards) through the water quality on-line monitoring equipment, starting a material discharging device in the filtering adsorber to spray the activated carbon upwards, discharging sewage through a sewage discharge pipe of the filtering adsorber, and returning the washed activated carbon to the filtering adsorber again, so that the activated carbon is subjected to self-flushing purification without stopping by utilizing the self-flushing function of the filtering adsorber;
When the water quality on the discharged pipeline still cannot meet the requirement of purifying water quality after the water quality on-line monitoring equipment monitors the water quality after multiple times of self-flushing purification, extracting the activated carbon in the filtering adsorber through the automatic feeding device, simultaneously throwing the activated carbon in the new activated carbon tank into the filtering adsorber, separating and filtering the extracted activated carbon through a separation sieve, separating and reinfusion sewage and partial sludge in the extracted activated carbon, preheating, dry distillation activating and cooling the separated activated carbon, and throwing the cooled activated carbon into a regeneration tank for standby;
in the preheating process of the activated carbon, the temperature of the supplied hot air is 70-120 ℃, the preheating time of the activated carbon is 10-30 minutes, the water content of the preheated activated carbon is less than 20%, the temperature during carbonization and activation is 600-650 ℃, the activation time is 25-35 minutes, and the cooled activated carbon is 30-80 ℃;
when the water quality on the discharged pipeline still can not meet the requirement of purifying water quality, the automatic feeding and charging device can be used for extracting the active carbon in the filtering adsorber, meanwhile, the active carbon in the regeneration tank or the active carbon new tank can be put into the filtering adsorber, the extracted active carbon is separated and filtered through a separation sieve, sewage and partial sludge in the extracted active carbon are separated and returned, the separated active carbon is preheated, dry distilled and activated and cooled, and the cooled active carbon is put into the regeneration tank for standby.
The preheating condition of the activated carbon can greatly reduce the carbonization and activation time and the production cost, and save the resources. The temperature and time of carbonization and activation are set, so that the activated carbon can be ensured to form enough internal pore channels to the greatest extent, and the adsorption efficiency of the activated carbon is improved.
Other embodiments of the present invention are also possible, and other technical solutions formed in the claims are not repeated, so that the present invention is not limited by the above embodiments, and equivalent changes and component replacement based on the above embodiments of the present invention are all within the scope of the present invention.

when the water quality on the discharged pipeline still cannot meet the requirement of purifying water quality after the water quality on-line monitoring equipment monitors the water quality after multiple times of self-flushing purification, extracting the activated carbon in the filtering adsorber through the automatic feeding device, simultaneously throwing the activated carbon in the new activated carbon tank into the filtering adsorber, separating and filtering the extracted activated carbon through a separation sieve, separating and reinfusion sewage and partial sludge in the extracted activated carbon, preheating, dry distillation activating and cooling the separated activated carbon, and throwing the cooled activated carbon into a regeneration tank for standby;
in the preheating process of the activated carbon, the temperature of the supplied hot air is 70-120 ℃, the preheating time of the activated carbon is 10-30 minutes, the water content of the preheated activated carbon is less than 20%, the temperature during carbonization and activation is 600-650 ℃, the activation time is 25-35 minutes, and the cooled activated carbon is 30-80 ℃;
When the water quality on the discharged pipeline still can not meet the requirement of purifying water quality, the automatic feeding and charging device can be used for extracting the active carbon in the filtering adsorber, meanwhile, the active carbon in the regeneration tank or the active carbon new tank can be put into the filtering adsorber, the extracted active carbon is separated and filtered through a separation sieve, sewage and partial sludge in the extracted active carbon are separated and returned, the separated active carbon is preheated, dry distilled and activated and cooled, and the cooled active carbon is put into the regeneration tank for standby.
