Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a parking brake control method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, including the steps of:
step S102, determining a hitching train set, wherein the hitching train set comprises the following steps: train to be rescued and rescue train.
The hitching train set is used for towing a train (a vehicle to be rescued) with a fault through a vehicle (namely a rescue train in the context) under the condition that the train has the fault, and further rescuing the train to be rescued. The rescue train is in an idle state, and the train to be rescued is in an overload state.
And step S104, obtaining a parking brake instruction, wherein the parking brake instruction is used for indicating that parking brake force is applied to the rescue train.
That is, after the rescue train is articulated with the train to be rescued, the rescue train can obtain a parking brake instruction for applying a parking brake force to the rescue train.
And S106, on the basis of the braking force maintaining of the rescue train, responding to a parking braking instruction, applying parking braking force to the rescue train, and controlling the hitching train group to keep still on the slope.
Wherein, the ramp is a long ramp, and the gradient is 5%. The braking force is applied under the condition that the rescue train keeps braking, the magnitude of the braking force is 70% of the maximum common braking force under the current load, the parking braking force applied by the rescue train is half of the conventional parking braking force of the train, namely, the anti-sliding braking strategy of the rescue train under the rescue condition in the embodiment of the invention is as follows: applying 70% of the maximum common braking force for the rescue train and half of the conventional parking braking force for the train.
Through the steps, a hitching train set can be determined, wherein the hitching train set can comprise: a train to be rescued and a rescue train; obtaining a parking brake instruction, wherein the parking brake instruction is used for indicating that a parking brake force is applied to the rescue train; on the basis of the holding brake force of the rescue train, the parking brake force is applied to the rescue train in response to the parking brake command, and the hitching train set is controlled to be kept static on the ramp. Compared with the defect that the train slides along the slope when the train breaks down on the slope in the related art, the method for controlling the parking brake can achieve the purpose that the train to be rescued and the train to be rescued can stop when the train to be rescued and the train to be rescued are applied with the holding brake under the rescue condition, achieve the technical effect that the train to be rescued and the train to be rescued can stop on the slope, and further solve the technical problem that the train slides along the long slope when the train is kept braked in the related art.
In step S104, obtaining the parking brake command may include: determining that the glide force of the hitching train set is greater than the holding brake force; and obtaining a parking brake instruction.
Before determining that the slip force of the hitching train set is greater than the holding brake force, the parking brake control method may further include: determining a slip force by a first formula, wherein the first formula is: f1=(MAW0+MAW3) G β, wherein MAW0Indicating the weight of the rescue train, MAW3Representing the weight of the train to be rescued, F1Represents the downhill force, g represents the gravitational acceleration, and β represents the slope of the ramp; determining the holding braking force through a second formula, wherein the second formula is as follows: f2=MAW0A 70%, where a is service brake equivalent deceleration, F2Indicating that the braking force is maintained.
For example, if the hitching train is to stop on the slope, the hold brake force in the upward direction is greater than the slip force in the downward direction. If, the weight MAW of the rescue train is above0Weight MAW of train to be rescued 204000kg3343320kg, half of the parking brake force F of the rescue train3245263N, the sum of the rescue train holding brake force and the parking brake force can be obtained as follows: MAW0*a*70%*0.5+F3Then β ═ MAW0*a*70%*0.5+F3]/[MAW0+MAW3)*g]Thus, β can be obtained as 0.62, and considering a safety factor of 1.1, the maximum gradient that can satisfy the ramp is:

the embodiment of the invention aims to rescue a train to be rescued in an overload state on a long and large slope with the gradient of 0.5 by a train in an unloaded state, so that the parking brake control method provided by the embodiment of the invention is feasible.
On the basis of the holding brake force of the rescue train, in response to a parking brake command, applying the parking brake force to the rescue train, and controlling the hitching train set to be held still on the slope, wherein the parking brake control method further comprises the following steps: starting a traction button of the rescue train; determining that the traction force of the rescue train reaches a peak value; the parking brake force is adjusted to reduce the parking brake force to a preset threshold.
Specifically, in the case of rescuing the train to be rescued on the above-mentioned ramp, the rescue train simultaneously keeps the rescue train and the train to be rescued stationary on the above-mentioned ramp under friction of the parking brake force and the holding brake force. When the traction motor of the rescue train reaches the peak value (about the time of pressing the traction button for 2-5S), the parking release button is pressed, and the rescue train pulls the rescue train and the rescued train to start on a long and large slope under the driving of traction force; when the condition of keeping the braking force to be relieved is met, the rescue vehicle relieves the keeping of the braking force, and rescue traction of the rescue vehicle on the long and large ramp is achieved.
By the parking brake control method provided by the embodiment of the invention, on the basis of not changing the brake keeping of a single train, the parking brake force can be increased under the rescue condition based on the brake keeping principle, so that the friction force is increased, and the total sliding force of the rescue train and the train to be rescued is overcome. In addition, a traction button is additionally arranged in the rescue mode, so that a traction loop is allowed to be established on the premise of applying parking brake force, and the rescue train and the train to be rescued are guaranteed not to slide and unhook during rescue on a long and large slope. And when the traction reaches the peak value, the parking brake is relieved, the relieving of the brake is kept to accord with the normal control logic, and the stable rescue of the rescue train and the vehicle to be rescued on the long and large slope is ensured. FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of a stress relationship of a hitching train set on a slope according to an embodiment of the invention, specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, β is a gradient of the slope, A is a train to be rescued, B is a rescue train, F1For the above-mentioned maintenance of braking force, F2Is the gliding force (the gliding force comprises the gliding force of the rescue train and the gliding force of the train to be rescued).
Specifically, in order to rescue a train to be rescued which is in an overload state on a ramp with a gradient of 0.5 by a train of rescue trains in an idle state, traction force can be applied to the rescue train, the traction force can reach 360kN, wherein the maintenance braking force of the rescue train is relieved while the traction force is applied by triggering the traction button, and after the traction button is operated for 2 seconds, the parking braking relieving relay relieves the parking braking force by the parking braking relieving relay of the rescue train, so that the train to be rescued which is in the overload state is rescued on the ramp with the gradient of 0.5 by the train of rescue trains in the idle state under the condition of not sliding.
