Abstract
The invention provides a VHB glue hollowed-out waste discharging device and a waste discharging method, comprising a first die-cutting die, a second die-cutting die, a composite die and a laminating machine, wherein the second die-cutting die has the same structure as the first die-cutting die, and the cross section area of a die cutter of the first die-cutting die is smaller than that of a die cutter of the second die-cutting die; according to the invention, the second die-cutting die with smaller cross-sectional area of the die-cutting knife is used for cutting the release film, the hollowed waste discharge holes are cut in the release film, the VHB adhesive tape attached with the release film is cut, and the waste of the VHB adhesive tape is adhered and removed from the hollowed waste discharge holes by using the attaching machine, so that the waste can be ensured to be adhered and removed cleanly, the waste can be ensured not to extrude the cutting profile of the VHB adhesive, further, unqualified products are ensured not to appear, the production quality is ensured, the manpower and material resources can be saved, and the production cost is controlled.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of die cutting, in particular to a VHB glue hollowed-out waste discharge device and a waste discharge method.
Background
In the die-cutting industry, a VHB adhesive tape is a common die-cutting raw material; the VHB adhesive tape is formed by laminating an adhesive, a foam layer and an adhesive which are laminated in sequence from top to bottom, and because the base material (foam layer) of the VHB adhesive tape is low in strength, the VHB adhesive tape is easy to deform under stress.
The traditional die-cutting die is characterized in that a driving device controlled by a computer drives a die-cutting knife arranged on an upper die plate to move downwards, and the die-cutting knife on the upper die plate is driven to move upwards after a material belt is cut; when a traditional die-cutting die is used for cutting a VHB adhesive tape, firstly, a release film and the VHB adhesive tape are required to be respectively conveyed into a first feed port and a second feed port of a composite die by using a conveying belt, then the release film of the composite die is attached below the VHB adhesive tape, then the composite die conveys the VHB adhesive tape attached with the release film to the feed port of the die-cutting die by using the conveying belt, the VHB adhesive tape attached with the release film is cut by using the die-cutting die until the release film is reached, after cutting is completed, the cut adhesive tape is conveyed to an attaching machine by using the conveying belt, and then waste materials cut on the VHB adhesive tape are adhered and removed by using the attaching machine from the upper part of the VHB adhesive tape; in the process, the conveying belt forwards conveys one step distance at a time under the control of the stepping motor.
However, because the foam layer strength of the VHB adhesive tape is low, when the waste is adhered and removed by using the laminating machine, the waste is easily adhered to the edge of the cutting contour or extruded and cut contour, and then the cut VHB adhesive product is judged to be a defective product because the waste is not removed cleanly or the cutting contour is deformed, so that not only is the manpower and material resources wasted, but also the production cost is increased.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a VHB glue hollowed-out waste discharging device and a waste discharging method, which can prevent waste materials after cutting a VHB glue tape from being stuck to the edge of a cutting contour or extruding the edge of the cutting contour, thereby not only ensuring the production quality, but also saving manpower and material resources and controlling the production cost.

the VHB glue hollowed-out waste discharge device comprises a first die-cutting die, a compound die and a laminating machine, wherein the first die-cutting die adopts a traditional die-cutting die and further comprises a second die-cutting die; the second die cutting die and the first die cutting die are identical in structure, the die cutters of the second die cutting die and the die cutters of the first die cutting die are identical in height, and the cross sectional area of the die cutters of the first die cutting die is smaller than that of the die cutters of the second die cutting die; wherein, the discharge port of the second die-cutting die is connected with the first feed port of the compound die through a conveyer belt; the discharge port of the first die-cutting die is connected with the second feed port of the composite die through a conveying belt; the discharge port of the composite die is connected with the feed inlet of the laminating machine through a conveying belt.
The ratio of the cross-sectional area of the die-cutting blade of the second die-cutting die to the cross-sectional area of the die-cutting blade of the first die-cutting die is between 0.9:1 and 1:1.
A method of VHB glue hollowed-out waste disposal using a VHB glue hollowed-out waste disposal device of claim 1, comprising the steps of:
step A: cutting the release film by using a second die cutting die, and cutting the release film into hollowed-out small holes;
and (B) step (B): attaching the cut release film to the lower part of the VHB adhesive tape by utilizing a composite die;
step C: cutting the VHB adhesive tape attached with the release film by using a first die cutting die;
and D, discharging the waste cut out of the VHB adhesive tape by using a laminating machine through the hollowed-out small holes on the release film.
The step A specifically adopts the following method:
and conveying the release film to a second die by using a conveying belt by a step distance, cutting the release film by using a second die-cutting die, cutting hollowed-out small holes in the release film, and conveying the cut release film to the composite die by using the conveying belt by a step distance from a first feed inlet of the composite die.

and conveying the VHB adhesive tape attached with the release film into the first die-cutting die by a step distance by using a conveying belt, and cutting the VHB adhesive tape attached with the release film by using the first die-cutting die until the VHB adhesive tape is cut through.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the VHB glue hollowed-out waste discharging device and method, firstly, the second die-cutting die with smaller cross-sectional area is used for cutting the release film, hollowed-out waste discharging holes are cut in the release film, then the VHB glue material tape attached with the release film is cut, and the waste material of the VHB glue material tape is adhered and removed from the hollowed-out waste discharging holes by using the adhering machine, so that the waste material can be ensured to be adhered and removed cleanly, the waste material can be ensured not to extrude the cutting contour of the VHB glue, further unqualified products can be ensured not to appear, the production quality can be ensured, the manpower and material resources can be saved, and the production cost can be controlled; meanwhile, the VHB rubber hollowed-out waste discharging device and the waste discharging method only need to change the size of the cross section area of the die-cutting knife, so that the existing VHB rubber belt cutting process is easy to improve, and the VHB rubber hollowed-out waste discharging device and the waste discharging method are convenient to popularize.

As shown in fig. 1 (not specifically shown in the drawings because of the small cutting profile of the present invention): the VHB glue hollowed-out waste discharging device comprises a first die-cutting die 4, a second die-cutting die 3, a composite die 5 and a laminating machine 6, wherein the first die-cutting die 4 adopts the traditional die-cutting die described in the background art; the first die-cutting die 4 is used for cutting a VHB material belt with the release film 1 attached below, and the second die-cutting die 3 is used for cutting the release film 1; the second die-cutting die 3 has the same structure as the first die-cutting die 4, the die cutters of the second die-cutting die 3 have the same height as the die cutters of the first die-cutting die 4, and the cross sectional area of the die cutters of the first die-cutting die 4 is smaller than that of the die cutters of the second die-cutting die 3; wherein, the discharge port of the second die-cutting die 3 is connected with the first feed port of the compound die 5 through a conveyer belt; the discharge port of the first die-cutting die 4 is connected with the second feed port of the compound die 5 through a conveyer belt; the discharge port of the composite mould 5 is connected with the feed port of the laminating machine 6 through a conveyer belt.
