As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the article shelf 100 of the present invention is formed by movably connecting a first frame 10, a second frame 5 and a plurality of rods 6, 7, 8 to form a plurality of movably deformable parallelograms.
As shown in fig. 3, the first frame 10 is formed into a substantially rectangular shape in plan view by two long side frames 101 and 101 in the longitudinal direction and two short side frames 102 and 102 in the width direction. On both ends in the longitudinal direction of the first frame 10, and on the front side and the back side of the first frame 10, stepped portions 10a are formed by the frames 101, 101 and the frames 102, 102. The step portion 10a may have an L-shape and may be fitted into a recess portion 5a of the second frame 5 described later. As shown in fig. 3, the frames 102 and 102 of the first frame 10 are formed with a plurality of connection shaft portions 10e for connecting to a rod, and in the present embodiment, for example, 4 connection shaft portions 10e are formed at substantially corner portions of the first frame 10. The connection shaft 10e is provided at a predetermined distance from the frames 101, 101 of the first frame 10, and in the present embodiment, the predetermined distance is, for example, the width of a lever to be described later. In addition, the frames 101 and 101 of the first frame 10 are provided with one of a projection and a hole, and in the present embodiment, a hole 10 c.
As shown in fig. 3, the second frame 5 is formed in a generally rectangular shape in plan view by three long side frames 51, 53 in the longitudinal direction and two short side frames 52, 52 in the width direction. Recessed portions 5a are formed in the side frames 52, 52 at both ends of the second frame 5 in the longitudinal direction and on the front and back sides of the second frame 5. The recess 5a may have a U-shape and may be fitted to the step 10a of the first frame 10. As shown in fig. 3, the frames 52 and 52 of the second frame 5 have a plurality of connecting shaft portions 5e for connecting to the rods, and in the present embodiment, for example, 4 connecting shaft portions 5e are formed at the approximate corners of the second frame 5. Also, a plurality of connecting shaft portions 5e are each formed inside the second frame 5. The connecting shaft portion 5e is provided at a predetermined interval from the frames 51, 52 of the second frame 5, and in the present embodiment, the predetermined interval is, for example, the width of a lever to be described later. In addition, the frames 51, 51 of the second frame 5 are provided with one of a projection and a hole, and in the present embodiment, a hole 5 c. In addition, the second frame 5 has a length substantially equal to that of the first frame 10 and a width greater than that of the first frame 10.
The plurality of rods 6, 7, 8 include a first rod 6, a second rod 7 having the same length as the first rod 6, and a third rod 8 having a shorter length than the first rod 6 and the second rod 7.
As shown in fig. 3, the first lever 6 is a lever having an engagement hole 6d formed at one end and an engagement shaft 6e provided in the recess formed at the other end, and the second lever 7 is a lever having an engagement projection 7d formed at one end and an engagement shaft 7e provided in the recess formed at the other end. The first lever 6 and the second lever 7 may be provided with at least one of a projection and a hole in their respective intermediate portions, and in the present embodiment, the projections 6c and 7c may be provided, respectively.
As shown in fig. 3, the third lever 8 has engaging portions 8e formed at both ends thereof and engageable with the engaging shaft 6e of the first lever 6 or the engaging shaft 7e of the second lever 7. The engaging portion 8e of the third lever 8 may be provided with a cutout portion. The notches of the engaging portions 8e formed at both ends of the third lever 8 may be oriented in opposite directions.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the plurality of levers 6, 7, and 8 are movably connected in sequence every four levers to constitute a lever assembly 8678. For example, in the present embodiment, the rod assembly is formed by movably connecting a third rod 8, a first rod 6, a second rod 7, and a third rod 8 in this order. Specifically, the engaging portion 8e of the third lever 8 is movably engaged with the engaging shaft 6 provided at the other end of the first lever 6, the engaging hole 6d provided at one end of the first lever 6 is movably engaged with the engaging shaft 7e provided at the other end of the second lever 7, and the engaging protrusion 7d provided at one end of the second lever 7 is movably engaged with the engaging portion 8e of the other third lever 8, so that the lever assembly 8678 is constituted by the third lever 8, the first lever 6, the second lever 7, and the third lever 8.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the lever member 8678 has one end movably connected to the first frame 10 and the other end movably connected to the second frame 5. Specifically, in the present embodiment, one engaging portion 8e of the third lever 8 at one end thereof is movably engaged with one connecting shaft portion 10e of the first frame 10, and one engaging portion 8e of the other third lever 8 at the other end thereof is movably engaged with one connecting shaft portion 5e of the second frame 5, the protruding portion 6c of the first lever 6 is movably engaged with the hole portion 5c of the second frame 5, and the protruding portion 7c of the second lever 7 is movably engaged with the hole portion 10c of the first frame 10. Further, in this manner, the first frame 10 is connected to the second frame 5 by the four rod assemblies 8678.
As described above, the first frame 10, the second frame 5, the first rod 6, the second rod 7, and the third rod 8 are movably connected to each other. Therefore, in the rack 100 in which the first frame 10, the second frame 5, and the plurality of rods (6, 7, 8) are movably connected, a plurality of movably deformable parallelograms are formed, and the adjacent parallelograms in the plurality of parallelograms share the rods or the first frame or the second frame, so that the plurality of parallelograms are configured to be interlockable, whereby the rack 100 can be deformed between the three-dimensional rack state shown in fig. 2 and the flat rack state shown in fig. 11A and 11B.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, it is preferable that a flat positioning rib 81 and a vertical positioning rib 82 are formed on at least one end edge side in the longitudinal direction of the third lever 8, and an elastically deformable rib 71 capable of abutting against the flat positioning rib 81 or the vertical positioning rib 82 is formed, for example, in a concave portion of the second lever 7. Although not shown, an elastically deformable rib that can come into contact with the flat positioning rib 81 or the vertical positioning rib 82 may be formed in the concave portion of the first lever 6.
In addition, regarding the dimensional relationship among the first frame 10, the second frame 5, and the plurality of bars, for example, when the distance between the two engaging portions 8e of the third bar 8 is a reference base value, the lengths of the first bar 6 and the second bar 7 may be 3 times the reference base value, the length of the first frame 10 may be 4 times the reference base value, and the length of the second frame 5 may be 4 times the reference base value.
< storage State and State Change of storage Rack 100 >
The shelf 100 configured as described above has two storage states, namely, the three-dimensional storage state shown in fig. 2 and the flat storage state shown in fig. 11A and 11B, and can be switched between the two storage states by being deformed by a simple operation performed by a user according to different user demands.
As shown in fig. 2, when the shelf 100 is placed in a three-dimensional state, a plurality of rectangular holes for placing articles are formed by movably connecting the first frame 10, the second frame 5, and the plurality of rods 6, 7, and 8.
In addition, when the article placing shelf 100 is in the three-dimensional article placing state, a plurality of rectangular holes for placing articles are formed in a substantially vertical relationship between adjacent ones of four rods (in the present embodiment, the third rod 8, the first rod 6, the second rod 7, and the third rod 8) constituting the rod assembly 8678, between the rod 8 and the first frame 10 at one end of the rod assembly 8678, and between the rods 8 and 5 and the second frame at the other end of the rod assembly 8678. The effect of setting more multilayer object placing space is achieved. Further, since the quadrangles are independent from each other, a user can easily take and place the article on the article shelf 100.
In addition, when the shelf 100 is in the three-dimensional storage state, the connection between the first rod 6 and the second rod 7 in the area a is a substantially vertical movable connection as shown in fig. 4; as shown in fig. 5, between the first lever 6 and the second frame 5 in the B region, a projection 6c provided at an intermediate portion of the first lever 6 is fitted into a hole 5c provided in a side frame 51 of the second frame 5 in the longitudinal direction, so as to fixedly connect the first lever 6 and the second frame 5; as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the second rod 7 and the third rod 8 in the region C are connected to each other such that an engagement protrusion 7d provided at one end of the second rod 7 is movably engaged with an engagement portion 8e of the other third rod 8, and a vertical positioning rib 82 formed on the third rod 8 abuts against an elastically deformable rib 71 formed in a concave portion of the second rod 7, whereby the connection between the second rod 7 and the third rod 8 is fixed substantially vertically.
In addition, in the case where the flat positioning rib 81 and the vertical positioning rib 82 are formed on both end edge sides in the longitudinal direction of the third lever 8, the connection between the third lever 8 and the second frame 5 in the region D is made as shown in fig. 8, one engaging portion 8e of the third lever 8 is movably connected to one connecting shaft portion 5e of the second frame 5 in an engaged manner, and the vertical positioning rib 82 formed on the third lever 8 is brought into contact with the second frame 5 so that the connection between the third lever 8 and the second frame 5 is substantially vertically fixed.
In addition, when the flat positioning rib 81 and the vertical positioning rib 82 are formed on both end edge sides in the longitudinal direction of the third lever 8, the connection between the third lever 8 and the first frame 10 is also a substantially vertical fixed connection.
In this way, by forming the positioning function of the flat positioning rib 81 and the vertical positioning rib 82 on at least one end edge side in the longitudinal direction of the third rod 8 and/or the fitting between the first frame 10 or the second frame 5 and the rods 6, 7, and 8, the article rack 100 can be stably maintained in the three-dimensional article placing state, and the problem that the article rack 100 is deformed during the article placing process, so that articles are difficult to take or drop, and the like, can be avoided.
When the user operates the object shelf 100 in the "storage" direction shown in fig. 2 from the state of fig. 2, the third rod 8 is released from contact with or engagement with other components, and then the first frame 10, the second frame 5, and the plurality of rods are deformed in a linked manner by the force of the user, gradually converging to the state shown in fig. 9, in which the two side frames 102, 102 in the width direction of the first frame 10 are overlapped with the two side frames 52, 52 in the width direction of the second frame 5 from one side and the other side of the surface of the second frame 5, respectively, the recessed portion 5a of the second frame 5 is engaged with the stepped portion 10A of the first frame, and the rod assemblies 8678 are present in the space formed by the overlapped first frame 10 and second frame 5, and finally deformed to the flat object storage state shown in fig. 10A and 10B.
In the flat plate storage state, as shown in fig. 10A and 10B, the first frame 10, the second frame 5, and the plurality of rods 6, 7, and 8 are folded into a single-layer flat plate that can be used as a shelf. Thus, the shelf 100 can be used as a shelf even in a folded state, and the purposes of the shelf are increased. In addition, when the shelf 100 is stored, the shelf 100 can be in a flat-plate storage state, so that the storage space can be saved.
When the user wants to deform the rack 100 in the flat rack storage state into the three-dimensional rack storage state, the user may operate the recessed portion 5a of the second frame 5 and the stepped portion 10a of the first frame to move the two in the direction of separating them from each other, and continue to apply force until the rack is deformed into the three-dimensional rack storage state shown in fig. 2.
As described above, the embodiment of the article rack of the present invention has been described, but this is merely an example, and it should not be understood that the present invention is limited thereto, and various modifications are possible.
For example, in the above embodiment, the shaft hole structure in which the first frame 10, the second frame 5, the first lever 6, the second lever 7, and the 8 th lever are movably connected is exemplified, but the present invention is not limited thereto as long as the respective members can be movably connected, and for example, the positions of the engagement hole and the engagement shaft, the step portion and the recess portion, and the protrusion portion and the hole portion may be changed.
In the above embodiment, the dimensional relationship among the first frame 10, the second frame 5, and the plurality of rods is given as an example, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the dimensions may be adjusted as needed to adjust the number and size of the quadrangles for placing objects.
In the above embodiment, the first frame 10 is configured by the two long side frames 101 and 101 in the longitudinal direction and the two short side frames 102 and 102 in the width direction, and the second frame 5 is configured by the three long side frames 51, 51 and 53 in the longitudinal direction and the two short side frames 52 and 52 in the width direction, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the first frame 10 and the second frame 20 may have other configurations and shapes as long as the first frame and the second frame can be movably connected by the rod assembly and can be deformed in the three-dimensional placement state and the flat placement state.
In the above embodiment, the first frame 10 and the second frame 5 are fitted to each other by the stepped portion and the recessed portion, but a mechanism capable of locking, which can engage or fit to each other, may be provided in each of the stepped portion of the first frame 10 and the recessed portion of the second frame 5, so that the shelf 100 can be stably held in the flat-plate storage state. Of course, in order to improve the operability of deforming the article placing shelf 100 between the three-dimensional article placing state and the flat article placing state, a grip portion such as a handle may be provided at the operated portion of the first frame 10 and/or the second frame 5, for example, so as to facilitate the user to grasp and operate the same.
In addition, the rack according to the above-described embodiment and the modified examples of the present invention may be used as a rack for a storage cabinet, and when the rack is used as a rack for a storage cabinet, the rack is supported by a support portion formed on the storage cabinet, and the length of the rack in the three-dimensional storage state is equal to the length of the rack in the flat storage state.
For example, as shown in fig. 11A, the shelf for the storage cabinet can be supported on the supporting portion formed on the storage cabinet in a three-dimensional storage state, thereby providing more storage space for easy storage. Further, as shown in fig. 11B, the rack for the storage cabinet may be directly used as a shelf without wasting a space in the storage cabinet or exclusively storing the rack for the storage cabinet by supporting the rack for the storage cabinet on a support portion formed on the storage cabinet in a flat-plate storage state.
In the above-described embodiments and modifications, those skilled in the art may appropriately add, delete, and modify the design of components, or appropriately combine the features of the embodiments and modifications, and the embodiments and modifications are included in the scope of the present invention as long as they meet the technical spirit of the present invention.
