Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present application are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
First, the technical skill related to the present application will be described:
virtualization technology: a resource management technique is characterized by that it mainly utilizes the mode of abstracting and converting various entity resources of computer, such as computing power and storage power, etc. to make transparent bottom layer physical hardware, then uses the form of virtual machine to present them to user.
Currently, in the field of terminal devices, a virtualization technology can isolate a terminal device into multiple separate operating environments, and isolate applications and stored data installed in each operating environment from each other, that is, separate different domains in the terminal device. Specifically, virtualization of terminal devices can be divided into three categories:
first, underlying virtualization. Full isolation from the operating system kernel to the runtime environment can be achieved in the underlying virtualization. And providing virtual machines to an upper layer on the basis of a microkernel mechanism on the hardware, wherein a complete operating system runs inside the virtual machines, and the virtual machines are independent and invisible. The scheme can be simply understood as follows: the combination of a virtual machine + a dual operating system kernel + a dual operating system. The method is characterized in that: good isolation and high implementation difficulty.
Second, system virtualization. The system virtualization is to realize the isolation of double systems based on a container mechanism in an operating system kernel layer, the two operating systems are independent and invisible, and the scheme is simply understood as follows: a combination of operating system kernel + dual operating system. The method is characterized in that: the isolation is moderate, and the realization difficulty is small.
Third, framework virtualization. The framework virtualization is to realize the isolation of application environments based on an operating system multi-user mechanism at a system framework layer, wherein multiple sets of application environments are isolated from each other. This solution can be understood as: a combination of operating system kernel + operating system + multi-user environment. The method is characterized in that: the isolation is poor, and the realization difficulty is low.
The card writing domain, the card testing domain and other domains are different operating environments partitioned in the terminal device by using the virtualization technology.
The method and the terminal equipment are applied to business handling scenes of writing cards, trying cards and the like of the SIM cards. Specifically, fig. 1 is an application scenario provided in the present application. The terminal device 01 communicates with the operator background system through a WLAN (Wireless Local Area network) function or a mobile data function based on a working SIM card in the terminal device. The terminal device 01 is also connected with a card writer 02, and the card writer 02 can be inserted with a SIM card 03 to be written. When transacting the service, the terminal device 01 communicates with the operator background system and controls the card writer 02 to write the SIM card 03.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, when the terminal device 01 performs a card writing operation on the SIM card 03 in the card writer 02, the card writer 02 is connected to a card writing control unit in the terminal device 01 to perform a card writing operation on the SIM card 03. After the card writing operation is completed, the SIM card 03 in the card writer 02 is directly connected to the modem of the terminal device 01 through a hardware line, and at this time, the SIM card 03 can be directly used as the SIM card of the terminal device 01 to perform a card test operation on each function of the SIM card 03.
Specifically, when the SIM card writing method provided by the present application is applied to the scenario illustrated in fig. 2, the terminal device mounts the card writer 02 in the card writing domain, that is, the card writer 02 is connected to the card writing control unit, and performs the card writing operation on the SIM card 03 in the card writer 02; when the terminal equipment 01 is switched to the card testing domain, the card writer 02 is unloaded, the SIM card 03 in the card writer 02 can be connected to a modem of the terminal equipment, and then the SIM card 03 is used as a main SIM card of the terminal equipment 01, so that functions of communication, short messages, mobile data and the like of the SIM card 03 are directly tested, and the card testing operation is completed.
In another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, terminal device 10 has a card writer built therein. When the terminal device 10 is used for transacting business, the terminal device 10 can directly write the SIM card 03 inserted into the terminal device; after the card writing operation is completed, the card writer is unloaded, the SIM card 03 can be directly connected with the modem of the terminal device 01 through the hardware line, and at this time, the SIM card 03 can be directly used as a working SIM card of the terminal device 01 to perform card testing operation on various functions of the SIM card 03.
The principle of the method is as follows: in the process of using the terminal device to transact business such as SIM card writing, user information may be leaked due to the possibility that the terminal device is attacked by virus or trojan during daily use. Furthermore, as shown in fig. 4, in the method of setting a card writing domain specifically for handling a service in a terminal device, the terminal device in the domain can communicate with a real-name authentication platform and a Business & Operation Support System (BOSS) System of an operator to complete service handling and card writing operations, and meanwhile, data such as user information acquired in the card writing domain is isolated from data generated in other domains, so that the possibility of leakage of the data such as the user information is reduced, and the security of service handling is ensured. As shown in the figure, in other domains, specifically, in the card test domain, the terminal device can perform daily operations such as accessing the internet, making and receiving calls, sending and receiving short messages, and the like, and further perform card test operations on the SIM card that completes the card writing operation. In addition, the state of the terminal equipment can be checked and managed in real time through the management and control platform, and the safety of the terminal equipment is further ensured.
Based on the application scenario and principle, the application provides a service handling method, which can be used for performing card writing operation on a user identity identification card used for identifying mobile terminal equipment, such as a standard SIM card, a Micro SIM card, a Nano SIM card, and a UIM card adopted in a CDMA2000 network system, and performing card test operation on the SIM card after the card writing operation. As shown in fig. 5, the method comprises the steps of:
s101, the terminal equipment obtains a first switching instruction and switches to a card writing domain according to the first switching instruction.
Wherein, the data generated by the terminal device in the writing card domain is isolated from the data generated by other domains. Specifically, the data stored in the Memory of the terminal device and the SD (Secure Digital Memory Card) Card in the Card writing domain by the terminal device and the data stored in the Memory of the terminal device and the SD Card in other domains by the terminal device may be isolated from each other.
In an embodiment, the step of switching the terminal device to the card writing domain may be implemented by setting a switching icon on a desktop or at another position, and generating a first switching instruction when the switching icon is clicked.
In an embodiment, considering that the purpose of switching the terminal device to the card writing domain is to handle services, and therefore, for the convenience of users, the method can more conveniently acquire cardholder information to be written into the SIM card service information, after switching the terminal device to the card writing domain, the method further includes:
and the terminal equipment opens the Near Field Communication (NFC) function so that the terminal equipment identifies the identity card of the card holder through the NFC function and further acquires the information of the card holder to be written into the SIM card.
S102, installing the appointed application according to the authorization information of the control platform or the push information of the control platform.
In order to ensure the security of information in the card writing domain, the application installation in the card writing domain is limited by installing a specified application according to authorization information of a control platform or push information of the control platform. Therefore, the problem that the possibility that the card writing domain is attacked maliciously due to the fact that other applications which are not authenticated by the managed platform are installed in the card writing domain is increased is solved.
Specifically, in an embodiment, the application installation in the card writing domain may be limited by limiting the terminal device to download and install the specified application including the authorization information of the management and control platform only by accessing the management and control platform in the card writing domain.
In another embodiment, the application installation in the card writing domain can be limited by setting a mode that the terminal device can only install the specified application according to the push information sent by the management and control platform to the terminal device in the card writing domain.
S103, the terminal equipment starts the appointed application according to the user instruction in the card writing domain.
S104, the terminal equipment acquires the service information to be written into the SIM card in the card writing domain.
Wherein, the data generated by the terminal device in the writing card domain is isolated from the data generated by other domains.
The service information to be written into the SIM card may include cardholder information and service information to be written into the SIM card. The information of the card holder to be written into the SIM card may include the name of the card holder, the identification number and other information, and the service information to be written into the SIM card may include the mobile phone number, the service package and other information corresponding to the SIM card to be written.
Specifically, the service information to be written into the SIM card may be obtained through the specific application installed and started in steps S102 to S103. For example, by a card writing application APP in the terminal device, cardholder information and selected service information are input in the card writing APP. Or, in the card writing APP, operations such as identifying an identity card of a card holder and acquiring information of the card holder are completed through the NFC function of the terminal device. It should be noted that, in some cases, the service information to be written into the SIM card may also be obtained in the card writing domain without using the specific application installed and started in steps S102 to S103, for example, directly obtaining the service information to be written into the SIM card by using the system program in the card writing domain. When the service information to be written in the SIM card is not acquired by the specified application, the contents of the above steps S102 to S103 may not be executed.
Illustratively, step S104 may specifically include:
s1041, selecting a mobile phone number for the SIM card to be written according to the input operation of the user;
s1042, through the NFC function of the terminal equipment, the identity card of the card holder is identified, and the information of the card holder to be written into the SIM card is obtained. Then, through the camera function of the terminal equipment, the card holder is taken by holding the personal identification card, and the information of the card holder is confirmed again.
And S1043, selecting a service package for the SIM card to be written according to the input operation of the user, and acquiring service information.
In an embodiment, before the terminal device obtains the service information to be written into the SIM card in the card writing domain, the method further includes:
and identifying the identity of the user of the terminal equipment or determining the current position of the terminal equipment. And when the identity of the user is confirmed to meet the preset condition or the current position of the terminal equipment is confirmed to meet the preset condition, acquiring the service information to be written into the SIM card. Specifically, the use of the card writing domain can be limited by limiting the user of the terminal device in the card writing domain or limiting the use position of the terminal device in the card writing domain, so that the information security of the terminal device in the card writing domain is ensured.
In one embodiment, identifying the identity of the user of the terminal device, and when it is determined that the identity of the user meets a predetermined condition, acquiring the service information to be written into the SIM card includes: identifying an account password of a designated application input by a user, and acquiring service information to be written into an SIM card when the account password is correct; or identifying a working SIM card in the terminal equipment, and acquiring service information to be written into the SIM card when the working SIM card meets the requirement; or, identifying the biological information of the user, such as fingerprint, iris, etc., and acquiring the service information to be written into the SIM card when the biological information of the user meets the requirement. Furthermore, the account password of the designated application input by the user, the working SIM card and the biological information of the user can be identified, and when all the information meet the requirements, the service information to be written into the SIM card is acquired.
In another embodiment, determining the current location of the terminal device, and if it is determined that the current location of the terminal device meets a preset condition, acquiring service information to be written into an SIM card, includes: and determining the current position of the terminal equipment, sending the current position to the control platform, and determining that the terminal equipment can handle the service when the control platform determines that the current position of the terminal equipment does not exceed the range of the specific area, so as to obtain the service information to be written into the SIM card.
And S105, the terminal equipment sends the service information to be written into the SIM card to the operator background system and acquires a card writing instruction fed back by the operator background system.
Specifically, after receiving the service information to be written into the SIM card, the operator background system opens a corresponding service for the user according to the service information to be written into the SIM card in the background system, and generates an SIM card number for identifying the SIM card and other operator data.
And then the background system feeds back a card writing instruction comprising the SIM card number and other operator data to the terminal equipment, so that the terminal equipment writes the SIM card number and other operator data into the SIM card according to the card writing instruction.
And S106, the terminal equipment writes the SIM card to be written into the card writing domain according to the card writing instruction.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the terminal device may mount a card writer, and perform a card writing operation on the SIM card through the card writer; or as shown in fig. 3, a card writer is built in the terminal device, and the card writer performs card writing operation on the SIM card. In one embodiment, the card writer is mounted when the card writing APP is started in the card writing domain, and the card writer is unloaded if the card writing APP is turned off or retreats to the background or the terminal device is switched to other domains. Therefore, if a user installs the card writing APP in other domains, the card writing APP cannot be used because the card writer is not mounted.
In addition, the card writing operation can be performed on the SIM card to be written through the specific application installed and started in the above steps S102 to S103. For example, the card writer is controlled to write the SIM card through a card writing application APP in the terminal equipment; or when the terminal equipment is internally provided with the card writing function, the card writing operation of the terminal equipment on the SIM card is controlled directly through the card writing application APP in the terminal equipment. It should be noted that, in some cases, the card writing operation may also be performed on the SIM card to be written in the card writing domain without using the specific application installed and started in steps S102 to S103, for example, directly performing the card writing operation on the SIM card to be written by using a system program in the card writing domain. When the card writing operation is not performed on the SIM card to be written by the designated application, the contents of steps S102 to S103 may not be performed.
S107, the terminal equipment is switched to a card testing domain, and the SIM card is tested in the card testing domain.
Specifically, after the card writing operation is performed on the SIM card to be written, the card test operation needs to be performed on the SIM card. In the card testing process, the test terminal needs to perform functions of making and receiving calls, sending and receiving short messages, data traffic and the like through the SIM card. Therefore, in order to ensure the security of the card writing domain, the domain of the terminal equipment is switched when the SIM card is tested.
For example, the terminal device may be switched to the test card domain by receiving input information from the user, for example, a method of clicking an icon for switching the domain by the user.
In addition, after the terminal device completes the card writing operation of the SIM card to be written, the switching may be automatically triggered to switch the terminal device to the card testing domain. And then do not need the user to carry out manual switching again, then directly switch terminal equipment to the examination card field, and then promoted user's operating efficiency.
In one embodiment, after the terminal device switches to the card test domain, the method includes:
and S108, the terminal equipment closes the WLAN function, or closes the WLAN function and the mobile data function of the working SIM card in the terminal equipment.
Specifically, considering that the mobile data function of the SIM card needs to be tested after the terminal device is switched to the card test domain, in the method, after the terminal device is switched to the card test domain, the WLAN function is directly turned off, or the WLAN function and the mobile data function of the SIM card working in the terminal device are turned off together. And further, the operation steps of the user are saved, and the user experience is improved.
According to the service handling method and the terminal equipment, the card writing domain is specially set for service handling in the terminal equipment, and the card writing domain is isolated from data generated by other domains, so that the data such as the service information to be written into the SIM card, acquired by the terminal equipment in the card writing domain, is isolated from the data in other domains, the problem that the SIM card user information acquired in the card writing operation is possibly leaked and even an operator background system is attacked due to misoperation in other domains or Trojan horse or virus invasion in other domains is avoided, and the safety of the terminal equipment in the card writing operation is improved.
