Storing the connection information of the building three-dimensional model data, the layer name of the data source, the reference coordinate system information and the modification time of the data configuration information into a data configuration information metadata table; storing the connection information of the two-dimensional vector model data, the layer name of the data source, the reference coordinate system information and the modification time of the data configuration information into a data configuration information metadata table; and storing the connection information data source layer name, the reference coordinate system information and the resolution of the topographic data into a data configuration information metadata table, wherein the data configuration information metadata table is stored in a configuration information base. And an authority setting submodule in the service configuration management module sets initial authority information of building three-dimensional model data, two-dimensional vector model data and topographic data according to the role information of the service publisher, and the data authority information is stored in a data authority metadata table. The service management submodule detects the existence of building three-dimensional model data, two-dimensional vector model data and topographic data according to data connection information in the data configuration information metadata table, and stores the name, the password, the layer information of service release and the service release type of the service into a service configuration metadata table which is stored in a configuration information base. And the authority setting submodule in the service configuration management module sets initial authority information of the service according to the data authority information of the building three-dimensional model data, the two-dimensional vector model data and the terrain data, and the service authority information is stored in a service authority metadata table. And the layer scheme configuration submodule in the service configuration management module aggregates the multi-source data. And the layer scheme configuration submodule creates a layer group, adds the issued building three-dimensional model data editing service, two-dimensional vector model data query analysis service and topographic data map browsing service to the created layer group, and modifies layer attribute information, wherein the layer attribute information comprises a layer scheme access name, a layer scheme access password, a scheme reference coordinate system, scheme layer visibility, scheme layer maximum and minimum visibility setting and scheme layer description. The layer scheme setting information is stored in a layer scheme metadata table, and the layer scheme metadata table is stored in a configuration information base. And a log management submodule in the service configuration management module records the modification record of each submodule of the service configuration management module, log information is stored in a log record table, and the log record table is stored in a configuration information base.
And the service user accesses the aggregation services of the building three-dimensional model data editing service, the two-dimensional vector model data query analysis service and the topographic data map browsing service by using the service access module. And a service request submodule of the service access module generates an aggregation service metadata request according to the layer scheme name, the layer scheme access password, the server address and the service port information input by a service user. The local cache module builds a search keyword according to the aggregated service connection information, queries a local cache database, codes and compresses the service metadata if the service metadata of the aggregated service exists in the local cache database, and returns the service metadata to a service analysis submodule of the service access module, the service analysis submodule decompresses and decodes the service metadata, acquires a reference coordinate system of a layer scheme, the number of layers of the layer scheme and configuration information of each layer, and the configuration information of each layer comprises: visibility of each layer, maximum and minimum visibility setting of each layer and scheme description of each layer; and if the service metadata of the aggregated service does not exist in the local cache database, sending a service metadata query request to a cluster service management submodule of the service acceleration module, and waiting for a response. And after receiving the aggregation service metadata request, the cluster service management submodule inquires the running state of each node of the cluster server and calculates and obtains the IP address of the processing node. The service forwarding sub-module forwards the service metadata query request to a request processing server node, and a service access module on the processing server node receives and processes the request.
And the service access interface sub-module of the service access module receives the service metadata query request and forwards the service metadata query request to the request analysis sub-module. The request analysis submodule analyzes the resource information, the requested service type, the requested additional query parameter and the identity verification information of the request sender in the request, the request analysis submodule sends an analysis result to the service registration submodule, and the service registration submodule inquires a configuration information base of the service configuration management module, the existence of the verification service, the verification information of the request sender and the service authority information of the request sender and determines whether to process the request. If the request is processed, the request analysis submodule constructs a keyword of the request, the service cache submodule is called to inquire whether the service cache exists, if the service cache does not exist, the request is sent to the geographic information service response submodule, and the geographic information service response submodule calls a corresponding component according to the data type and the service type contained in the service. The service metadata query request calls a query analysis component in the geographic information service response submodule to obtain aggregate service metadata, and the aggregate service metadata is sent to the result coding submodule; and if the cache exists, sending the result to a result coding submodule. And the result coding submodule codes, compresses and encrypts the aggregated service metadata and then returns the aggregated service metadata to the service acceleration module. And the cluster service management submodule of the service acceleration module receives the returned message, inquires the client address and the port of the front-end request and returns the aggregated service metadata to the service access module. And the service analysis submodule of the service access module receives the request return result, decompresses and decodes the request return result, and updates the local cache according to the latest modification time of the aggregated service metadata. The aggregation service metadata comprises the data types of all layers of the aggregation service, and layer information is created and initialized according to the data types of all the layers. And a service request submodule of the service access module generates a corresponding service request according to the data type of each image layer of the aggregated service, and continues to make a next round of service request.

The system in the embodiment of the invention can effectively realize the integrated management of mass data, solve the problems of wide data sources, numerous formats and difficult data use caused by large data volume, uniformly manage the geographic information data, realize the integration and seamless connection of multi-source data and provide services for external unified GIS reference architecture and unified object model; the acceleration of the service is realized through distributed calculation and geographic information data caching; providing an aggregation service for a client; the accuracy of the returned result is ensured while the service access efficiency is improved. The information service system is laid for the construction of the information service system through the standard management of an informatization means, the guarantee service capability is improved in the continuous promotion of the informatization infrastructure, and the platform support and the real-time performance and the integrity of information resources are laid for the comprehensive promotion of the informatization construction. The life of people is changed, the development of industrial production, urban construction and national defense industry is promoted, and the real mutual fusion of electronic information and geographic information technology is achieved, so that the popularization and application of the concept of the smart city are realized.

An open multi-source two-dimensional and three-dimensional geographic information data aggregation and distribution system is characterized by comprising: the system comprises a service configuration management module, a data service publishing module, a service acceleration module and a service access module; the service configuration management module integrally manages mass data, aggregates multi-source data, sets access authority of the data and service, records and manages service access logs, and issues the managed data with service; the service publishing module is positioned in the GIS server, publishes and shares data managed by the service configuration management module in a service form, designs a resource identifier with a unified style for a single service resource, aggregates the service when a plurality of data sources exist in one service, converts heterogeneous data from different sources into a unified coordinate system, and provides the heterogeneous data through a unified interface; the service access module is positioned on the client, schedules the service in the form of a data engine, provides components for accessing and releasing data, and accelerates the service access rate; the connection relationship among the modules is as follows: the service access module sends the service access request to the service acceleration module, the service acceleration module forwards the service access request to the service publishing module, the service publishing module inquires a configuration information base in the service configuration management module according to the service access request and obtains configuration information of the service and connection information of the service containing data, the service publishing module publishes the service according to the obtained data connection information and sends a service result to the service acceleration module, and the service acceleration module caches the service result and forwards the service result to the service access module to complete response to the service access request.

The open multi-source two-dimensional and three-dimensional geographic information data aggregation and distribution system of claim 1, wherein: the service configuration management module: carrying out integrated management on mass data, aggregating multi-source data, setting access permissions of the data and services, recording and managing service access logs, and issuing services to the managed data; the service configuration management module comprises a data management submodule, a service management submodule, a layer scheme configuration submodule, an authority setting submodule and a log management submodule, wherein the configuration information base,
the data management submodule is used for: managing and configuring data to be issued, and previewing the data to be issued;
the service management submodule is used for: performing service management, configuration and release on the data managed by the data management submodule;
the layer scheme configuration submodule comprises: according to the requirements of a service publisher, performing aggregation and layer display parameter setting on published services;
the authority setting submodule sets the authority of the data managed by the data management submodule and sets the authority of the service managed by the service management submodule;
the log management submodule: recording the daily state of the system, generating a log, supporting the export of the log, recording the operation generated by the service configuration management submodule, generating the log and supporting the export of the log;
the configuration information base: storing data connection information and data configuration information added by the data management submodule; storing the service configuration information added by the service management submodule; storing the layer information of the aggregation service added by the layer scheme configuration submodule; storing the data authority and the service authority set by the authority setting submodule; and storing the system log and the operation log generated by the log management submodule.

The open multi-source two-dimensional and three-dimensional geographic information data aggregation and distribution system of claim 2, wherein: the managing of data includes: adding, warehousing, deleting and inquiring data; the configuration of the data is as follows: modifying the data connection attribute and modifying the data sub-resource; the format of the data management comprises databases Oracle, MySQL, SqlServer, Firebird, ArcGIS Server and ShapFile; the data types include: two three-dimensional vector data, three-dimensional model data, terrain image data and oblique photography data; the information to be configured is: data source name, port number, password, user name, data set and characteristic information; the service management comprises: service addition, service deletion and service inquiry; the service configuration comprises: service start/stop, service authority and password setting; the service type is as follows: the system comprises a terrain image data service, a two-dimensional and three-dimensional vector data service, a model texture data service, a tile data service, an inquiry and analysis service and a data editing service component; the operations of the service publisher include: establishing a layer scheme, deleting the layer scheme, modifying the layer scheme, inquiring the layer scheme and setting layer display parameters; the layer display parameters comprise: layer visibility, layer maximum and minimum visible distance and layer symbolization setting; the daily state generation log comprises: system logs and backup logs; the operation record generation log comprises: data management logs, service access logs; the according to the log level comprises: error level, warning level, notification level.

The open multi-source two-dimensional and three-dimensional geographic information data aggregation and distribution system of claim 1, wherein: the service publishing module: the service publishing module is positioned in the GIS server, publishes and shares the data managed by the service configuration management module in a service form, designs a resource identifier with a unified style for a single service resource, aggregates the services when a plurality of data sources exist in one service, converts heterogeneous data from different sources into a unified coordinate system, and provides the heterogeneous data by a unified interface; the service release module comprises a service registration submodule, a request receiving and analyzing submodule, a result coding submodule and a GIS service response submodule; wherein,
the service registration submodule: the configuration information is used for storing the publishing service;

The open multi-source two-dimensional and three-dimensional geographic information data aggregation and distribution system of claim 4, wherein: the geographic information service response submodule: receiving a request forwarded by the request receiving and analyzing submodule, calling different data engines according to the type of the service request, and returning different types of service results; the geographic information service response submodule comprises: the system comprises a terrain data component, a vector data component, a model texture component, a tile data component, a query analysis component and a model editing component; wherein,
the terrain data component: accessing the terrain and imagery of the module for the service;
the vector data component: two-dimensional and three-dimensional vector data for the service access module;
the model texture component: accessing model and texture data for the module for the service;
the tile data component: providing tile data for tile browsing of the service access module;
the query analysis component: providing model attribute query and space query for the service access module;
the data editing component: and providing the service access module with data editing.

The open multi-source two-dimensional and three-dimensional geographic information data aggregation and distribution system of claim 1, wherein: the service acceleration module: the service accelerating module is positioned in the network server and connects the service access module with the service publishing module through a network; the service acceleration module includes: the cluster service management submodule, the service cache submodule and the service forwarding submodule are connected; wherein,
the cluster service management submodule: cluster management is carried out on the service release module, the services released by the service release module are added and deleted, and the attribute of a cluster server is set;
the service cache submodule: judging whether the service request is cached or not according to the type of the service request, if so, forming a keyword according to the request, performing cache search by using the keyword to obtain cache information, feeding the cache information back to the service access module, if not, sending the cache information to the service release module through the service forwarding sub-module for processing, and updating the service cache and performing invalidation judgment on the cache information at regular time;
