Abstract
The invention relates to an electric energy meter operation method based on multiple working modes, which is characterized in that a production working mode and a delivery working mode are at least preset aiming at an electric energy meter, and a production working mode control word of the electric energy meter is set to be default to allow to enter the production working mode and the electric energy meter enters the production working mode, and then parameter setting of the electric energy meter is received; when the electric energy meter is required to enter the production working mode again, the modification process of the production working mode control word is executed, after the electric energy meter enters the factory working mode, the production working mode control word is set to be in a forbidden state, the electric energy meter is not allowed to enter the production working mode again, meanwhile, the field operation safety of the electric energy meter is ensured when the electric energy meter enters the factory working mode, multiple data interaction and authentication between production software and the electric energy meter are avoided, the data quantity transmitted between the production software and the electric energy meter is reduced, the field operation data safety requirement is met, meanwhile, the production complexity is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of electric energy meters, in particular to an electric energy meter operation method based on multiple working modes.
Background
In the current electric energy meter industry, the conventional operation method based on the D L/T698.45 communication protocol is mainly adopted for the operation of the existing electric energy meter, and the conventional operation method of the electric energy meter is realized based on a single working mode, that is, an encryption scheme must be adopted for all parameter settings of the electric energy meter, and when production software in a production stage reads most parameters, ciphertext or plaintext and a data verification code are required to be adopted, so that the parameters of the electric energy meter can be successfully read.
Specifically, the traditional operation method of the electric energy meter based on the D L/T698.45 communication protocol comprises the following four steps of establishing application connection between the electric energy meter and production software used in a production stage, reading information in electric energy by the production software, obtaining an encryption key for encrypting setting parameters by the production software through network access, sending authentication data to the electric energy meter for authentication, feeding back an authentication result and authentication additional information to the production software by the electric energy meter, sending ciphertext data to the electric energy meter by the production software, decrypting the received ciphertext data by the electric energy meter, writing the decrypted data into the electric energy meter, and returning a result of successful or failed parameter setting to the production software by the electric energy meter.
In the traditional operation method of the electric energy meter, the working mode of the electric energy meter is single, so that the safety requirements of the data set for the parameters in production and field operation cannot be considered; in addition, the conventional operation method of the existing electric energy meter can increase the data exchange times and data quantity between the electric energy meter and production software, so that great inconvenience is brought to the production of the electric energy meter, and the production efficiency is influenced.

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide an electric energy meter operation method based on multiple working modes aiming at the prior art.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the electric energy meter operation method based on multiple working modes is characterized by comprising the following steps 1 to 5:

step 4-1, opening a meter cover of the electric energy meter;
step 4-2, short-circuiting a short-circuit point in the electric energy meter, and after the short-circuit point continuously reaches a preset time length, enabling the electric energy meter to enter a production working mode, and setting the production working mode control word as allowing to enter the production working mode;
4-3, setting a setting authority aiming at the current production working mode of the electric energy meter; when the electric energy meter is in a production working mode currently, the electric energy meter does not need to establish application connection and directly receives external setting operation on the current electric energy meter;
and 5, when the electric energy meter is in a production working mode, after the electric energy meter receives an external 'internal total zero clearing' instruction, the electric energy meter executes a total zero clearing command, and sets a production working mode control word of the electric energy meter to be in a forbidden state so as not to allow the electric energy meter to enter the production working mode again, and meanwhile, the electric energy meter enters a factory working mode to ensure the field operation safety of the electric energy meter.
Specifically, in the electric energy meter operation method based on multiple operation modes, the setting operation in the step 4-3 includes a data clearing operation, a gate opening and closing operation and a data reading operation.

when the electric energy meter is required to enter the production working mode again, the production phase mode setting is executed, the parameter setting is completed, after the electric energy meter enters the factory working mode, the production working mode control word is set to be in a forbidden state, the electric energy meter is not allowed to enter the production working mode again, meanwhile, the field operation safety of the electric energy meter is ensured when the electric energy meter enters the factory working mode, multiple data interaction and authentication between production software and the electric energy meter are avoided, the data quantity transmitted between the production software and the electric energy meter is reduced, the safety requirement of the field operation data of the electric energy meter is met, meanwhile, the production complexity can be reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying examples.
As shown in fig. 1, the method for operating an electric energy meter based on multiple operating modes in this embodiment includes the following steps 1 to 5:
step 1, at least a production working mode and a delivery working mode are set for an electric energy meter in advance; the production working mode carries out parameter testing and parameter setting stages aiming at the condition that the electric energy meter enters a production stage;
step 2, when the electric energy meter is electrified for the first time, the production working mode control word of the electric energy meter is defaulted as allowing to enter a production working mode;
step 3, after the electric energy meter receives an external selection instruction for the electric energy meter to enter a production working mode, the electric energy meter enters the production working mode to receive parameter setting for the electric energy meter in a production stage; wherein, the parameter setting of the electric energy meter in the production stage is mainly set by production software;
in step 3 of this embodiment, a setting parameter database of the electric energy meter in the production stage may be established by storing setting parameters of the electric energy meter in the production stage in real time, so as to make reference for maintenance of the electric energy meter by using the setting parameter database;
in addition, whether abnormal setting occurs or not can be judged according to the setting parameters in the setting parameter database, and prompt alarm is carried out when the setting parameters are judged to be abnormal setting;
step 4, after the electric energy meter exits the production working mode and enters the factory working mode, if the electric energy meter is required to enter the production working mode again, executing a production working mode control word modification process; otherwise, the electric energy meter keeps the current working mode; wherein, the modification process of the production working mode control word comprises the following steps 4-1 to 4-3:
step 4-1, opening a meter cover of the electric energy meter;
step 4-2, short-circuiting a short-circuit point in the electric energy meter, and after the short-circuit point continuously reaches a preset time length, enabling the electric energy meter to enter a production working mode, and setting a production working mode control word as a production working mode permission; wherein the preset time length is at least 1 second; in the present embodiment, the preset time length here is set to 2 seconds;
4-3, setting a setting authority aiming at the current production working mode of the electric energy meter; when the electric energy meter is in a production working mode currently, the electric energy meter does not need to establish application connection and directly receives external setting operation on the current electric energy meter; the setting operation comprises data cleaning operation, switching on and switching off and data reading operation;
step 5, when the electric energy meter is in a production working mode, after the electric energy meter receives an external 'internal total zero clearing' instruction, the electric energy meter executes a total zero clearing command, and sets a production working mode control word of the electric energy meter to be in a forbidden state, so that the electric energy meter is not allowed to enter the production working mode again, and simultaneously the electric energy meter enters a factory working mode to ensure the field operation safety of the electric energy meter.
In addition, the electric energy meter in this embodiment may obtain the factory-reset history record for the electric energy meter by recording the time when the factory-reset request is received and the time when the electric energy meter completes factory-reset, so as to achieve an effect of facilitating a user to check the history setting condition of the electric energy meter.
Certainly, the electric energy meter in this embodiment may also store the original setting parameters corresponding to the electric energy meter when the electric energy meter leaves the factory, so as to establish a factory parameter database of the electric energy meter; when the electric energy meter receives a factory resetting request, the electric energy meter correspondingly replaces various current setting parameters with original setting parameters in a factory parameter database, and accordingly factory initial setting of the electric energy meter is completed.
The electric energy meter can also record parameter setting data of the electric energy meter in a production working mode and parameter setting data of the electric energy meter in a factory working mode respectively, so that the electric energy meter can be maintained and used conveniently in the later period.
In order to distinguish the abnormal setting parameters from the normal setting parameters in the electric energy meter, the electric energy meter operation method in this embodiment may establish a cache region in the electric energy meter, and store the parameter with the abnormal setting as the setting parameter into the cache region.
In addition, after the electric energy meter is restored to factory settings, the electric energy meter automatically clears the parameters in the cache region so as to conveniently store the subsequently-appeared parameters with abnormal settings at any time.
In order to meet the actual setting requirement of the parameters of the electric energy meter in the operation, in the electric energy meter operation method of the embodiment, different setting priorities can be correspondingly set for different parameters of the electric energy meter, so that the generation software can modify the corresponding parameters of the electric energy meter according to the sequence of the priorities. Different parameters correspond to different setting priorities, that is, the parameter with higher priority has the priority setting authority.
Although preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail hereinabove, it should be clearly understood that modifications and variations of the present invention are possible to those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (11)
1. The electric energy meter operation method based on multiple working modes is characterized by comprising the following steps 1 to 5:
step 1, at least a production working mode and a delivery working mode are preset for the electric energy meter;
step 2, when the electric energy meter is powered on for the first time, the production working mode control word of the electric energy meter is defaulted to be allowed to enter a production working mode;
step 3, after the electric energy meter receives an external selection instruction for the electric energy meter to enter a production working mode, the electric energy meter enters the production working mode to receive parameter setting for the electric energy meter in a production stage;
step 4, after the electric energy meter exits the production working mode and enters the factory working mode, if the electric energy meter requires to enter the production working mode again, executing a production working mode control word modification process; otherwise, the electric energy meter keeps the current working mode; wherein, the production work mode control word modification process comprises the following steps 4-1 to 4-3:
step 4-1, opening a meter cover of the electric energy meter;
step 4-2, short-circuiting a short-circuit point in the electric energy meter, and after the short-circuit point continuously reaches a preset time length, enabling the electric energy meter to enter a production working mode, and setting the production working mode control word as allowing to enter the production working mode;
4-3, setting a setting authority aiming at the current production working mode of the electric energy meter; when the electric energy meter is in a production working mode currently, the electric energy meter does not need to establish application connection and directly receives external setting operation on the current electric energy meter;
and 5, when the electric energy meter is in a production working mode, after the electric energy meter receives an external 'internal total zero clearing' instruction, the electric energy meter executes a total zero clearing command, and sets a production working mode control word of the electric energy meter to be in a forbidden state so as not to allow the electric energy meter to enter the production working mode again, and meanwhile, the electric energy meter enters a factory working mode to ensure the field operation safety of the electric energy meter.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the setting operation in step 4-3 comprises a data clearing operation, a gate opening and closing operation, and a data reading and copying operation.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the predetermined time period in step 4-2 is at least 1 second.

The method for operating an electric energy meter based on multiple operating modes according to claim 1, wherein the step 3 further comprises: and storing the set parameters of the electric energy meter in the production stage in real time, and establishing a set parameter database of the electric energy meter in the production stage so as to utilize the set parameter database to perform maintenance reference on the electric energy meter.

The method of operating a multi-mode based power meter according to claim 4, further comprising: and judging whether abnormal setting occurs or not according to the setting parameters in the setting parameter database, and prompting and alarming when the setting parameters are judged to be abnormal.

The method of operating a multi-mode based power meter according to claim 1, further comprising: the electric energy meter stores original setting parameters corresponding to the electric energy meter when the electric energy meter leaves a factory so as to establish a factory parameter database of the electric energy meter; and when the electric energy meter receives a factory resetting request, the electric energy meter correspondingly replaces various current setting parameters with original setting parameters in the factory parameter database.
7. The method of claim 6, comprising: and recording the time for receiving the factory reset request and the time for finishing factory reset of the electric energy meter by the electric energy meter, and obtaining a factory reset history record aiming at the electric energy meter.

The method for operating the electric energy meter based on the multiple operation modes as claimed in claim 7, which comprises: and the electric energy meter records the parameter setting data of the electric energy meter in a production working mode and the parameter setting data of the electric energy meter in a factory working mode respectively.
