本发明涉及一种拼接式LED天幕灯,包括有多个LED灯板、四个边框安装条以及四个直角连接件;所述边框安装条上开有沿其长度方向延伸的灯板安装槽,其中,所述灯板安装槽与所述LED灯板侧边相嵌配合;所述边框安装条端部开有供所述直角连接件嵌入的连接槽;每两所述边框安装条的端部通过直角连接件呈90°相连接,其中,所述直角连接件两端分别嵌入到两相连接的边框安装条的连接槽上;四个所述边框安装条依次首尾相连接组成矩形状边框;所述矩形状边框供多个所述LED灯板通过侧边与安装槽相嵌配合以并排拼接于所述矩形状边框内。

一种拼接式LED天幕灯
技术领域
本发明涉及LED天幕灯技术领域,尤其是涉及一种拼接式LED天幕灯。
背景技术
天幕灯又叫天地排灯,是舞台、剧院、演艺厅和报告厅等场合中专用于照射大面积背景幕布的灯具;最新LED天幕灯取代了传统天幕灯(卤钨灯),由于传统天幕灯功耗大、发热高不环保等缺陷,LED天幕灯已经在舞台灯光领域得到广泛应用;而现有的LED的天幕灯通常采用的是大型LED灯板1,不论是安装还是搬运都是极其麻烦,需要浪费过多的人力物力,且一旦灯板的某一部分损坏,维修的难度极高。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于一种多组灯板拼接,组装快捷简单的拼接式LED天幕灯。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的方案为:一种拼接式LED天幕灯,包括有多个LED灯板、四个边框安装条以及四个直角连接件;所述边框安装条上开有沿其长度方向延伸的灯板安装槽,其中,所述灯板安装槽与所述LED灯板侧边相嵌配合;所述边框安装条端部开有供所述直角连接件嵌入的连接槽;每两所述边框安装条的端部通过直角连接件呈90°相连接,其中,所述直角连接件两端分别嵌入到两相连接的边框安装条的连接槽上;四个所述边框安装条依次首尾相连接组成矩形状边框;所述矩形状边框供多个所述LED灯板通过侧边与安装槽相嵌配合以并排拼接于所述矩形状边框内。
进一步,所述边框安装条为空心结构。
本发明对照现有技术的有益效果是,通过直角连接件将带有安装槽的四个边框安装条连接起来组成矩形状边框,多个LED灯板通过与安装槽相嵌配合并排拼接于该矩形状边框上,这种将LED灯板分成多个进行拼接,便于搬运且安装简单,同时,部分发生损坏时,只要更换其中损坏的灯板即可,大大降低了维修的难度。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
参照附图1至附图2所示,本发明是一种拼接式LED天幕灯,包括有多个LED灯板1、四个边框安装条21以及四个直角连接件3;边框安装条21上开有沿其长度方向延伸的灯板安装槽211,其中,灯板安装槽211与LED灯板1侧边相嵌配合;边框安装条21端部开有供直角连接件3嵌入的连接槽212;每两边框安装条21的端部通过直角连接件3呈90°相连接,其中,直角连接件3两端分别嵌入到两相连接的边框安装条21的连接槽212上;四个边框安装条21依次首尾相连接组成矩形状边框2;矩形状边框2供多个LED灯板1通过侧边与安装槽相嵌配合以并排拼接于矩形状边框2内。
在本实施例中,边框安装条21为空心结构,有效减少边框安装条21的重量。
在本实施例中,工作人员在安装前,预先确定好需要安装的LED灯板1的数目以及规格从而确定所需边框安装条21的规格;在安装时,先在其中一个边框安装条21的两端部的连接槽212上分别安装嵌入直角连接件3,再将两边框安装条21分别通过上述已经预装好的直角连接件3连接于上述的边框安装条21的两端组成一个开口的边框,此时,将多个LED灯板1依次安装于上述带有开口的边框内,其中,该LED灯板1与边框上的安装槽相嵌入配合,最后再通过直角连接件3将最后一个边框安装条21连接于上述边框的开口上形成一个完整的矩形状边框2,这样就完成了大型LED灯板1的组装,这种方案,想要搬运时,只需拆成一个个小型的LED灯板1进行搬运即可,方便简单,大大节省了人力物力,同时安装也极其简单快速;当LED灯板1部分损坏时,只要换装相关LED灯板1即可,大大降低了维修的难度。

1.一种拼接式LED天幕灯,其特征在于:包括有多个LED灯板(1)、四个边框安装条(21)以及四个直角连接件(3);所述边框安装条(21)上开有沿其长度方向延伸的灯板安装槽(211),其中,所述灯板安装槽(211)与所述LED灯板(1)侧边相嵌配合;所述边框安装条(21)端部开有供所述直角连接件(3)嵌入的连接槽(212);每两所述边框安装条(21)的端部通过直角连接件(3)呈90°相连接,其中,所述直角连接件(3)两端分别嵌入到两相连接的边框安装条(21)的连接槽(212)上;四个所述边框安装条(21)依次首尾相连接组成矩形状边框(2);所述矩形状边框(2)供多个所述LED灯板(1)通过侧边与安装槽相嵌配合以并排拼接于所述矩形状边框(2)内。
