一种闸阀双闸板结构,由主闸板和副闸板组成,所述的主闸板与副闸板呈对立设置,主闸板和副闸板的底部分别设有定位孔,所述的定位孔设置在底面的1/2处,所述的定位孔具体为内嵌凹槽;主闸板与副闸板的顶部分别设有连接孔,所述的连接孔具体为内螺纹圆孔,用以连接阀杆;所述的主闸板与副闸板在其各自相邻的对立面上分别设有凸块,所述的副闸板凸块上设有半圆形凹槽,所述的主闸板凸块上设有方形凹槽,主闸板方形凹槽内设有防楔式弹簧,所述的防楔式弹簧具体为半球状,弹簧底部的平面设置在主闸板的方形凹槽内,弹簧的球形面则设置在副闸板的半圆形凹槽内。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种闸阀零部件,尤其涉及一种闸阀双闸板结构。
背景技术:
闸阀的启闭机为闸板,使用者通过闸板的升降来控制闸板的启闭。在实际运作中,由于压力过大或温度过高等一系列外在因素,传统的单闸板结构无法满足工作需求,鉴于此,厂家逐渐开始研发一系列的双闸阀结构。
在现有的闸阀双闸板结构中,较为突出的是“长短板双闸板结构”,即利用长闸板来达到主要密封功能,利用短闸板来实现辅助密封功能。然而在实际的运作中,由于技术善未成熟,对于双闸板的的固定、防泄漏性能却不大理想。双闸板与阀体之间没有良好的固定连接点,导致闸板在密封的同时非常容易发生偏移或松动,从而造成阀门泄漏,给使用者带来了诸多的不便。
实用新型内容:
针对现有技术的不足,本发明设计了一种闸阀双闸板结构,由主闸板和副闸板组成。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:所述的主闸板与副闸板呈对立设置,主闸板和副闸板的底部分别设有定位孔,所述的定位孔设置在底面的1/2处,所述的定位孔具体为内嵌凹槽;主闸板与副闸板的顶部分别设有连接孔,所述的连接孔具体为内螺纹圆孔,用以连接阀杆;所述的主闸板与副闸板在其各自相邻的对立面上分别设有凸块,所述的副闸板凸块上设有半圆形凹槽,所述的主闸板凸块上设有方形凹槽,主闸板方形凹槽内设有防楔式弹簧,所述的防楔式弹簧具体为半球状,弹簧底部的平面设置在主闸板的方形凹槽内,弹簧的球形面则设置在副闸板的半圆形凹槽内。
本发明的有益效果:密封稳定可靠、防楔式。

本发明设计了一种闸阀双闸板结构,由主闸板和副闸板组成,所述的主闸板与副闸板呈对立设置,主闸板和副闸板的底部分别设有定位孔,所述的定位孔设置在底面的1/2处,所述的定位孔具体为内嵌凹槽;主闸板与副闸板的顶部分别设有连接孔,所述的连接孔具体为内螺纹圆孔,用以连接阀杆;所述的主闸板与副闸板在其各自相邻的对立面上分别设有凸块,所述的副闸板凸块上设有半圆形凹槽,所述的主闸板凸块上设有方形凹槽,主闸板方形凹槽内设有防楔式弹簧,所述的防楔式弹簧具体为半球状,弹簧底部的平面设置在主闸板的方形凹槽内,弹簧的球形面则设置在副闸板的半圆形凹槽内。
如图2所示,双闸板的底部分别设有定位孔,当放下闸板时,闸板底部的定位孔分别穿入阀体底部固定块两侧的定位插销内,有效的起到限制及密封的效果,防止闸板偏移、泄漏;主闸板与副闸板的相邻面上设有防楔式弹簧,通过加工成型主闸板的方形凹槽及副闸板的半圆形凹槽来确保防楔式弹簧的正常运作,使用非常方便。

1.一种闸阀双闸板结构,由主闸板和副闸板组成,其特征在于:所述的主闸板与副闸板呈对立设置,主闸板和副闸板的底部分别设有定位孔;主闸板与副闸板的顶部分别设有连接孔;所述的主闸板与副闸板在其各自相邻的对立面上分别设有凸块,所述的副闸板凸块上设有半圆形凹槽,所述的主闸板凸块上设有方形凹槽,主闸板方形凹槽内设有防楔式弹簧,所述的防楔式弹簧具体为半球状,弹簧底部的平面设置在主闸板的方形凹槽内,弹簧的球形面则设置在副闸板的半圆形凹槽内。
