本发明属于建筑材料领域，具体涉及一种阻燃纤维板。
背景技术
目前常见的纤维板，常常采取一些植物纤维、化纤材料作为原材料，但这些材料的阻燃性能往往较差。因此当前建筑外墙保温特别是既有建筑外墙壁节能改造，急切需要一种非柔性、防火、耐久、容易施工的轻质保温板材。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服普通保温板的不足，提高纤维板的防火及耐久性能，提出一种阻燃纤维板。
技术方案
一种阻燃纤维板，原料按重量份包括：纯丙烯酸酯共聚乳液15-25份，双氧水5-10份，页岩纤维10-15份，有机硅5-10份，羧甲基淀粉醚1-5份，十二烷基硫酸钠1-5份，硫酸钠1-5份，聚乙烯醇1-5份。
本发明的有益作用在于：
1.原料易得，制作简单，成本低廉。
2.所有材料均为难燃材料，提高了板材的防火性能，适用范围更广。
3.制成板材强度高、持久耐用。

一种阻燃纤维板，原料按重量包括：纯丙烯酸酯共聚乳液20Kg，双氧水5Kg，页岩纤维12Kg，有机硅8Kg，羧甲基淀粉醚3Kg，十二烷基硫酸钠3Kg，硫酸钠2Kg，聚乙烯醇2Kg。
实施例3
一种阻燃纤维板，原料按重量包括：纯丙烯酸酯共聚乳液25Kg，双氧水9Kg，页岩纤维14Kg，有机硅7Kg，羧甲基淀粉醚4Kg，十二烷基硫酸钠4Kg，硫酸钠2Kg，聚乙烯醇5Kg。
