本发明属于建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种阻燃纤维板。
背景技术
目前常见的纤维板,常常采取一些植物纤维、化纤材料作为原材料,但这些材料的阻燃性能往往较差。因此当前建筑外墙保温特别是既有建筑外墙壁节能改造,急切需要一种非柔性、防火、耐久、容易施工的轻质保温板材。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服普通保温板的不足,提高纤维板的防火及耐久性能,提出一种阻燃纤维板。
技术方案
一种阻燃纤维板,原料按重量份包括:纯丙烯酸酯共聚乳液15-25份,双氧水5-10份,页岩纤维10-15份,有机硅5-10份,羧甲基淀粉醚1-5份,十二烷基硫酸钠1-5份,硫酸钠1-5份,聚乙烯醇1-5份。
本发明的有益作用在于:
1.原料易得,制作简单,成本低廉。
2.所有材料均为难燃材料,提高了板材的防火性能,适用范围更广。
3.制成板材强度高、持久耐用。

一种阻燃纤维板,原料按重量包括:纯丙烯酸酯共聚乳液20Kg,双氧水5Kg,页岩纤维12Kg,有机硅8Kg,羧甲基淀粉醚3Kg,十二烷基硫酸钠3Kg,硫酸钠2Kg,聚乙烯醇2Kg。

一种阻燃纤维板,原料按重量包括:纯丙烯酸酯共聚乳液25Kg,双氧水9Kg,页岩纤维14Kg,有机硅7Kg,羧甲基淀粉醚4Kg,十二烷基硫酸钠4Kg,硫酸钠2Kg,聚乙烯醇5Kg。
