Abstract
本发明涉及公共交通技术领域,具体地说是车载式电动汽车充电站。其包括设置在车辆上用于给电动汽车充电的充电装置和设置在车上的充电端子防护门。具体来说是车辆本体、充电端子防护门及充电站。充电装置包括储能单元、中央控制单元、双向变流器、电动汽车交流充电接口、电动汽车直流充电接口以及充电计量装置,电动汽车交流充电接口以及电动汽车直流充电接口均与双向变流器电连接,储能单元与双向变流器电连接,储能单元、双向变流器、电动汽车交流充电接口、电动汽车直流充电接口以及充电计量装置均与中央控制单元信号连接,储能单元、双向变流器、中央控制单元、电动汽车交流充电接口、电动汽车直流充电接口、充电计量装置均集成设置在车辆上。

技术领域
本发明涉及公共交通技术领域,具体地说是车载电动汽车充电站。
背景技术
交通工具的快速发展,使得汽车进入了现代人的家庭,汽车在给人们带来方便同时,其工作时产生的大量尾气排放也对人类的生存环境造成日益严重的污染,迫于环境污染的压力,电动汽车成为了未来发展方向。电动汽车属于零排放车辆,现已被世界各国越来越广泛的推广应用。电动汽车由于受到动力电池蓄能量较小的影响,导致其续驶里程较短,无法满足长距离行驶,而与之相配套的电动汽车充电站等基础设施尚不完善,人们普遍担心的是车辆在出行途中电能消耗完之后,不能及时补充不得不被迫停车,因而使电动汽车的大规模推广应用受到了制约,同时考虑在充电端子处设置防护装置。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是 :提供一种充电方便、适用范围广且制造方便的车载式电动汽车充电站及其防护。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种车载式电动汽车充电站,它包括设置在车辆上用于给电动汽车充电的充电装置和设置在车上的充电端子防护门。
车载式电动汽车充电站,其特征在于:它包括车辆本体、充电端子防护门及充电站。所述充电装置包括储能单元、中央控制单元、双向变流器、电动汽车交流充电接口、电动汽车直流充电接口以及充电计量装置,所述电动汽车交流充电接口以及电动汽车直流充电接口均与双向变流器电连接,所述储能单元与双向变流器电连接,所述储能单元、双向变流器、电动汽车交流充电接口、电动汽车直流充电接口以及充电计量装置均与中央控制单元信号连接,所述储能单元、双向变流器、中央控制单元、电动汽车交流充电接口、电动汽车直流充电接口、充电计量装置均集成设置在车辆上。
所述充电端子保护门,在所述充电端子保护门与电动汽车通过对应设置的连接结构连接,所述的连接结构包括链连接结构。
所述的链连接结构包括连接链条,该连接链条的两端分别通过固定安装的连接端子与所述电动汽车和充电端子保护门对应连接。
所述的连接端子主要由与连接链条固定连接的连接部、固连在连接部上的圆柱段及一体设于圆柱段末端且直径大于圆柱段直径的圆盘部组成,在所述电动汽车及充电端子保护门上分别设有用于与链条两端连接端子对应连接的连接孔,所述的连接孔由直径大于连接端子圆盘部的圆孔及宽度大于所述圆柱段直径小于圆盘部直径的长孔连通组成。
车辆是指依靠自身动力系统行驶的车辆或者依靠其它动力车辆牵引行走的挂车。
所述的蓄电池组为磷酸铁锂蓄电池组。
本发明的有益效果是。
相比较固定式充电站,可以随意选择充电地点,不受地理位置限制。
实现对充电端子保护门打开角度的任意调整,方便快捷,从而克服了现有技术中充电端子保护门打开角度不能满足维护和保养工作的问题,满足了车载充电站维护和保养的需求。

具体实施方式
如图1-图4所示,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种车载式电动汽车充电站,它包括设置在车辆上用于给电动汽车充电的充电装置和设置在车上的充电端子防护门。
车载式电动汽车充电站,其特征在于:它包括车辆本体,充电端子防护门,及充电站。所述充电装置包括储能单元、中央控制单元、双向变流器、电动汽车交流充电接口、电动汽车直流充电接口以及充电计量装置,所述电动汽车交流充电接口以及电动汽车直流充电接口均与双向变流器电连接,所述储能单元与双向变流器电连接,所述储能单元、双向变流器、电动汽车交流充电接口、电动汽车直流充电接口以及充电计量装置均与中央控制单元信号连接,所述储能单元、双向变流器、中央控制单元、电动汽车交流充电接口、电动汽车直流充电接口、充电计量装置均集成设置在车辆上。
充电端子保护门,在所述充电端子保护门与电动汽车间通过对应设置的连接结构连接,所述的连接结构包括链连接结构。
所述的链连接结构包括连接链条,该连接链条的两端分别通过固定安装的连接端子与所述电动汽车和充电端子保护门对应连接
所述的连接端子主要由与连接链条固定连接的连接部、固连在连接部上的圆柱段及一体设于圆柱段末端且直径大于圆柱段直径的圆盘部组成,在所述电动汽车及充电端子保护门上分别设有用于与链条两端连接端子对应连接的连接孔,所述的连接孔由直径大于连接端子圆盘部的圆孔及宽度大于所述圆柱段直径小于圆盘部直径的长孔连通组成。

本发明的的实施例车载式电动汽车充电站,包括车辆本体,充电端子防护门及充电站。在电动汽车上设有充电端子保护门,该充电端子保护门的上边沿通过铰链与电动汽车铰接,在充电端子保护门与电动汽车之间还连接有链连接结构,该链连接结构包括连接链条,该连接链条的两端分别通过固定安装的连接端子与电动汽车和充电端子保护门对应连接。其中,连接端子主要由与连接链条的链环固定连接的连接部、固连在连接部上的圆柱段及一体设于圆柱段末端且直径大于圆柱段直径的圆盘部组成,在电动汽车及充电端子保护门上分别对应设有用于与连接链条两端连接端子对应连接的连接孔,该连接孔由直径大于连接端子圆盘部的圆孔及宽度大于连接端子的圆柱段且直径小于连接端子圆盘部直径的长孔连通组成。在充电站需要保养维护时,打开充电端子保护门,将连接链条的两端连接端子分别卡入电动汽车和充电端子保护门上对应设置的连接孔中,即可将充电端子保护门固定,通过调整连接链条的长度即可调整充电端子保护门的打开角度。

1.车载式电动汽车充电站,包括车辆本体、充电端子防护门及充电站,其特征在于,所述充电装置包括储能单元、中央控制单元、双向变流器、电动汽车交流充电接口、电动汽车直流充电接口以及充电计量装置,所述电动汽车交流充电接口以及电动汽车直流充电接口均与双向变流器电连接,所述储能单元与双向变流器电连接,所述储能单元、双向变流器、电动汽车交流充电接口、电动汽车直流充电接口以及充电计量装置均与中央控制单元信号连接,所述储能单元、双向变流器、中央控制单元、电动汽车交流充电接口、电动汽车直流充电接口、充电计量装置均集成设置在车辆上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车载式电动汽车充电站,其特征在于:所述充电端子保护门与电动汽车通过对应设置的连接结构连接,所述的连接结构包括链连接结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车载式电动汽车充电站,其特征在于:所述的链连接结构包括连接链条,该连接链条的两端分别通过固定安装的连接端子与所述电动汽车和充电端子保护门对应连接。
