一种具有滚珠的玻璃胶压胶枪
技术领域：
本发明涉及五金工具技术领域，更具体地说涉及一种具有滚珠的玻璃胶压胶枪。
背景技术：
压胶枪是一种粘合密封填缝打胶工具，广泛用于建筑装饰，电子电器，汽车及汽车部件，船舶及集装箱等行业。
压胶枪是一种利用杠杆原理的简单机械装置，与胶桶或胶棒配合使用，可以方便的将胶桶里的胶从尖嘴压出，大大节省操作时间。
现有技术中在压胶枪使用的时候容易与胶筒的内壁接触，尤其是在推杆变形的时候，其在与胶筒内壁接触的时候使得其在压胶的时候非常吃力。
发明内容：
本发明的目的就在于提供一种具有滚珠的玻璃胶压胶枪，它使得压胶的时候更加省力。
为实现上述目的，本发明的一种具有滚珠的玻璃胶压胶枪，所述玻璃胶压胶枪包括枪身支架，所述枪身支架上活动设置有推送杆，所述推送杆上套设有推送部件，所述枪身支架上铰接有扳动部件，所述扳动部件与所述推送部件连接，所述枪身支架的前端设置有用于放置玻璃胶胶筒的护胶套，所述推送杆的前端伸入到所述护胶套中，所述推送杆的前端设置有与所述玻璃胶胶筒的活塞部件接触的推胶盘，所述推胶盘的外圆周表面设置有滚珠。
优选的，所述推送部件为片状结构。
优选的，所述推送部件与所述枪身支架之间设置有弹性部件。
优选的，所述弹性部件为弹簧。
优选的，所述枪身支架的后端设置有止动部件。
优选的，所述止动部件为止动片，所述推送杆穿过所述止动片。
优选的，所述止动片与所述枪身支架之间设置有弹簧。
优选的，所述枪身支架上设置有把手部。
优选的，所述推送杆的后端设置有折弯部。
优选的，所述护胶套的前端设置有防护板。

如图1、2所示为本发明一种具有滚珠的玻璃胶压胶枪的实施例，所述玻璃胶压胶枪包括枪身支架1，所述枪身支架1上活动设置有推送杆10，所述推送杆10上套设有推送部件2，所述枪身支架1上铰接有扳动部件7，所述扳动部件7与所述推送部件2连接，所述枪身支架1的前端设置有用于放置玻璃胶胶筒的护胶套3，所述推送杆10的前端伸入到所述护胶套3中，所述推送杆10的前端设置有与所述玻璃胶胶筒的活塞部件接触的推胶盘4，所述推胶盘4的外圆周表面设置有滚珠11。
在本实施例中，推送部件2为片状结构。
在本实施例中，推送部件2与所述枪身支架1之间设置有弹性部件6。
在本实施例中，弹性部件6为弹簧。
在本实施例中，枪身支架1的后端设置有止动部件9。
在本实施例中，止动部件9为止动片，所述推送杆10穿过所述止动片。
在本实施例中，止动片与所述枪身支架1之间设置有弹簧。
在本实施例中，枪身支架1上设置有把手部8。

在本实施例中，护胶套3的前端设置有防护板5。
本实施例在工作的时候，推胶盘4伸入到胶筒中，由于本实施例中推胶盘4的外圆周面上设置有滚珠11，在与胶筒内壁接触的时候可以更加省力减少摩擦。

1.一种具有滚珠的玻璃胶压胶枪，所述玻璃胶压胶枪包括枪身支架(1)，其特征在于，所述枪身支架(1)上活动设置有推送杆(10)，所述推送杆(10)上套设有推送部件(2)，所述枪身支架(1)上铰接有扳动部件(7)，所述扳动部件(7)与所述推送部件(2)连接，所述枪身支架(1)的前端设置有用于放置玻璃胶胶筒的护胶套(3)，所述推送杆(10)的前端伸入到所述护胶套(3)中，所述推送杆(10)的前端设置有与所述玻璃胶胶筒的活塞部件接触的推胶盘(4)，所述推胶盘(4)的外圆周表面设置有滚珠(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有滚珠的玻璃胶压胶枪，其特征在于：所述推送部件(2)为片状结构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有滚珠的玻璃胶压胶枪，其特征在于：所述推送部件(2)与所述枪身支架(1)之间设置有弹性部件(6)。
