Abstract

本发明涉及一种祛痘美容霜及其制备方法，所述祛痘美容霜的活性物质提取自楮实、白芨、升麻、甘松、白芷、白丁香、砂仁、糯米末、皂角。其中，升麻主要用于清理毒素，有效应对发展中的痘痘并预防痘痘的复发，楮实、白芨、甘松、白芷、白丁香具有美白润肤的功效，砂仁、糯米末、皂角则主要用于对皮肤进行二次清洁。本发明的祛痘美容霜配方经典均衡，可有效治疗痤疮、粉刺、青春痘的发生和发展，一般涂抹后，次日痘痘即可变软，结痂，脱落，并有效预防青春痘的再发生。祛痘美容霜无刺激性，适合每日做早晚霜使用，并且工艺稳定，成本低廉。

祛痘美容霜及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于药妆技术领域，具体涉及一种祛痘美容霜及其制备方法。
背景技术
痤疮、粉刺、青春痘的病发主要是由于皮肤表面清洁不彻底，外加体内新陈代谢的影响，造成皮下炎症，因此，预防和治疗痤疮、粉刺、青春痘主要途径是消炎，并通过抑制炎症发作，而预防痘痘的出现。
莹肌如玉散出自《普济方》，其组成为楮实、白芨、升麻、甘松、白芷、白丁香、砂仁、糯米末、皂角，其中，升麻具有消肿祛毒，清理痘毒的作用，防治痘痘复发。原始记载的制法为将所有配方研细成粉末，在洗脸时倒入水中，化开后洗脸，目前的一些美容院里配制的面膜产品也是基于莹肌如玉散的配方。为大规模推广应用，发明人基于该方对活性物质进行提取，制成适于每天使用的美容霜产品，从而完成本发明。
发明内容
因此，本发明首先提供了一种祛痘美容霜，所述祛痘美容霜的活性物质提取自楮实、白芨、升麻、甘松、白芷、白丁香、砂仁、糯米末、皂角。其中，升麻主要用于清理毒素，有效应对发展中的痘痘并预防痘痘的复发，楮实、白芨、甘松、白芷、白丁香具有美白润肤的功效，砂仁、糯米末、皂角则主要用于对皮肤进行二次清洁。
具体地，所述祛痘美容霜的活性物质提取自3-5重量份楮实、3-5重量份白芨、5-8重量份升麻、2-3重量份甘松、3-5重量份白芷、3-5重量份白丁香、1-2重量份砂仁、1-2重量份糯米末和5-8重量份皂角。
优选地，所述祛痘美容霜的活性物质提取自4重量份楮实、4重量份白芨、6重量份升麻、2重量份甘松、4重量份白芷、4重量份白丁香、2重量份砂仁、2重量份糯米末和6重量份皂角。
另外，所述祛痘美容霜还包含维生素E、甘油、乙二醇等。
本发明还提供了祛痘美容霜的制备方法，所述方法包括如下步骤：
（1）将称量好的楮实、白芨、升麻、甘松、白芷、白丁香、砂仁、糯米末、皂角干燥后，混合均匀，研磨成粉末，得到混合粉末；
（2）向所述混合粉末中加入含有5%山梨醇酯的水溶液，煮沸20min，趁热过滤，滤液浓缩得到油状物；
（3）将所述油状物与甘油、乙二醇混合，搅拌均匀，向其中加入水，剪切乳化，再加入维生素E，搅拌均匀，得到霜剂；
（4）将所述霜剂高温灭菌，封装，得到祛痘美容霜。
优选地，步骤（1）中所述粉末过200目筛。粉末过粗影响提取效率，粉末过细则增加能耗。
步骤（2）中所述混合粉末与5%山梨醇酯的水溶液的重量（g）体积（ml）比为5:1，必要时可向滤渣中加入新鲜的5%山梨醇酯水溶液重复提取。
步骤（3）中油状物、甘油、乙二醇的重量比为1:5:2，混合得到油相，而油状物中本身含有表面活性剂山梨醇酯，因此，在乳化过程中无需加入其它乳化剂即可很好地成乳。
此外，本发明的祛痘美容霜还可以加入其它化妆品领域常见辅料，例如防腐剂（尼泊金）、保湿剂（透明质酸）等。
本发明的祛痘美容霜配方经典均衡，可有效治疗痤疮、粉刺、青春痘的发生和发展，一般涂抹后，次日痘痘即可变软，结痂，脱落，并有效预防青春痘的再发生。祛痘美容霜无刺激性，适合每日做早晚霜使用，并且工艺稳定，成本低廉。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行进一步说明。
实施例1
采用以下方法制备祛痘美容霜：
（1）将称量好的40g楮实、40g白芨、60g升麻、20g甘松、40g白芷、40g白丁香、20g砂仁、20g糯米末、60g皂角干燥后，混合均匀，研磨成粉末，过200目筛，得到混合粉末；
（2）向所述混合粉末中加入70mL含有5%山梨醇酯的水溶液，煮沸20min，趁热过滤，滤液浓缩得到油状物；
（3）将约200g所述油状物与1kg甘油、400g乙二醇混合，搅拌均匀，向其中加入2L水，剪切乳化，再加入60g维生素E，搅拌均匀，得到霜剂；
（4）将所述霜剂高温灭菌，封装，得到祛痘美容霜。
实施例2
采用以下方法制备祛痘美容霜：
（1）将称量好的50g楮实、50g白芨、50g升麻、30g甘松、50g白芷、30g白丁香、10g砂仁、10g糯米末、80g皂角干燥后，混合均匀，研磨成粉末，过200目筛，得到混合粉末；
（2）向所述混合粉末中加入70mL含有5%山梨醇酯的水溶液，煮沸20min，趁热过滤，滤液浓缩得到油状物；
（3）将约200g所述油状物与1kg甘油、400g乙二醇混合，搅拌均匀，向其中加入2L水，剪切乳化，再加入60g维生素E，搅拌均匀，得到霜剂；
（4）将所述霜剂高温灭菌，封装，得到祛痘美容霜。
实施例3
采用以下方法制备祛痘美容霜：
（1）将称量好的30g楮实、30g白芨、80g升麻、30g甘松、50g白芷、30g白丁香、10g砂仁、10g糯米末、50g皂角干燥后，混合均匀，研磨成粉末，过200目筛，得到混合粉末；
（2）向所述混合粉末中加入70mL含有5%山梨醇酯的水溶液，煮沸20min，趁热过滤，滤液浓缩得到油状物；
（3）将约200g所述油状物与1kg甘油、400g乙二醇混合，搅拌均匀，向其中加入2L水，剪切乳化，再加入60g维生素E，搅拌均匀，得到霜剂；
（4）将所述霜剂高温灭菌，封装，得到祛痘美容霜。

1.一种祛痘美容霜，所述祛痘美容霜的活性物质提取自楮实、白芨、升麻、甘松、白芷、白丁香、砂仁、糯米末、皂角。
2.其中，升麻主要用于清理毒素，有效应对发展中的痘痘并预防痘痘的复发，楮实、白芨、甘松、白芷、白丁香具有美白润肤的功效，砂仁、糯米末、皂角则主要用于对皮肤进行二次清洁。
3.根据权利要求1所述的祛痘美容霜，其特征在于，所述祛痘美容霜的活性物质提取自3-5重量份楮实、3-5重量份白芨、5-8重量份升麻、2-3重量份甘松、3-5重量份白芷、3-5重量份白丁香、1-2重量份砂仁、1-2重量份糯米末和5-8重量份皂角。
4.根据权利要求1所述的祛痘美容霜，其特征在于，所述祛痘美容霜的活性物质提取自4重量份楮实、4重量份白芨、6重量份升麻、2重量份甘松、4重量份白芷、4重量份白丁香、2重量份砂仁、2重量份糯米末和6重量份皂角。
5.根据权利要求1所述的祛痘美容霜，其特征在于，所述祛痘美容霜还包含维生素E、甘油、乙二醇。
6.权利要求1-4中任一项所述的祛痘美容霜的制备方法，所述方法包括如下步骤：
（1）将称量好的楮实、白芨、升麻、甘松、白芷、白丁香、砂仁、糯米末、皂角干燥后，混合均匀，研磨成粉末，得到混合粉末；
（2）向所述混合粉末中加入含有5%山梨醇酯的水溶液，煮沸20min，趁热过滤，滤液浓缩得到油状物；
（3）将所述油状物与甘油、乙二醇混合，搅拌均匀，向其中加入水，剪切乳化，再加入维生素E，搅拌均匀，得到霜剂；
（4）将所述霜剂高温灭菌，封装，得到祛痘美容霜。
7.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤（1）中所述粉末过200目筛。
8.粉末过粗影响提取效率，粉末过细则增加能耗。
9.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤（2）中所述混合粉末与5%山梨醇酯的水溶液的重量体积比为5:1。
10.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤（3）中油状物、甘油、乙二醇的重量比为1:5:2。
