Abstract

本发明公开了一种高压容器柜,包括柜体,所述柜体外部连接有箱体,箱体外侧涂覆一层防水涂料,柜体与箱体通过若干通孔相连。本发明与传统技术相比,通过将导线与发热元件进行相对分离,将导线通过箱体内排布来降低导线的使用环境温度,同时,又能保证导线不过分受到雨水的威胁,提高了导线的使用寿命。

本发明属于电力设备领域,具体涉及一种高压容器柜。
背景技术
电容柜代替了原有的土建配电房、配电站,成为新型的成套变配电装置,在人们生活中应用广泛。传统技术中,电容柜内一半都装配有断路器、隔热开关、热继电器、接触器、避雷器、电容器和电抗器等元件,这些元件在运行的过程中会产生较多的热量,尤其电抗器是主要的发热元件,在运行是可达到70℃以上。电容柜内这些元件需要较多的导线进行连接,但是,导线长期处于高温下,容易老化,轻则影响设备的正常使用,严重的可能带来安全隐患。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种高压容器柜。
技术方案:为了达到上述发明目的,本发明具体是这样来完成的:一种高压容器柜,包括柜体,所述柜体外部连接有箱体,箱体外侧涂覆一层防水涂料,柜体与箱体通过若干通孔相连。
其中,所述柜体与箱体顶部设有一层防水板。
其中,所述柜体非连接箱体面底部设有若干通风口。
有益效果:本发明与传统技术相比,通过将导线与发热元件进行相对分离,将导线通过箱体内排布来降低导线的使用环境温度,同时,又能保证导线不过分受到雨水的威胁,提高了导线的使用寿命。

如图1所示的一种高压容器柜,包括柜体1,所述柜体1外部连接有箱体2,箱体2外侧涂覆一层防水涂料,柜体1与箱体2通过若干通孔3相连,所述柜体1与箱体2顶部设有一层防水板4,所述柜体1非连接箱体面底部设有若干通风口5。

1.一种高压容器柜,包括柜体(1),其特征在于,所述柜体(1)外部连接有箱体(2),箱体(2)外侧涂覆一层防水涂料,柜体(1)与箱体(2)通过若干通孔(3)相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高压容器柜,其特征在于,所述柜体(1)与箱体(2)顶部设有一层防水板(4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高压容器柜,其特征在于,所述柜体(1)非连接箱体面底部设有若干通风口(5)。
