本发明属于光电技术一体化电子元器件领域,尤其是涉及一种保险丝熔断自愈模块。
背景技术
在实际生产中,保险丝在使用过程中正常生热或电路不稳定都会使保险丝出现损耗,且损耗速度会越来越快,一旦熔断,会出现不易找到错误点,更换保险丝不方便,降低生产效率等问题。
发明内容
基于背景中出现的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种易于纠错、更换保险丝更简单、可提高生产效率的保险丝熔断自愈模块,尤其适合电路不稳定的电源电路。
本发明的技术方案是:一种保险丝熔断自愈模块,包括电源输入L、N端,所述电源L端与电阻R一端、继电器KA(1)端、保险丝F1一端、整流桥VD1(1)端,所述电阻R的另一端与氖管ND(1),所述氖管ND(2)端与负载RL相连,所述负载RL与电源输入N端相连;所述继电器KA(2)端与保险丝F2一端相连,所述保险丝F2另一端与氖管ND(2)端相连;所述保险丝F1另一端与氖管ND(2)端相连;所述整流桥VD1(2)端接地,所述整流桥VD1(3)端与电源N端相连,所述整流桥VD1(4)端与继电器KA(3)端相连,所述继电器KA(4)端与二极管VD2一端相连,所述二极管正向导通,所述二极管另一端与氖管ND(2)端相连。
进一步,所述电源为220V市电,所述电阻R阻值为1M欧姆。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:由于采用上述技术方案,查找起来电路的错误更加方便,易于纠错、更换保险丝更简单、可提高生产效率。

如图1所示,本发明的技术方案是:一种保险丝熔断自愈模块,包括电源输入L、N端,所述电源L端与电阻R一端、继电器KA(1)端、保险丝F1一端、整流桥VD1(1)端,所述电阻R的另一端与氖管ND(1),所述氖管ND(2)端与负载RL相连,所述负载RL与电源输入N端相连;所述继电器KA(2)端与保险丝F2一端相连,所述保险丝F2另一端与氖管ND(2)端相连;所述保险丝F1另一端与氖管ND(2)端相连;所述整流桥VD1(2)端接地,所述整流桥VD1(3)端与电源N端相连,所述整流桥VD1(4)端与继电器KA(3)端相连,所述继电器KA(4)端与二极管VD2一端相连,所述二极管正向导通,所述二极管另一端与氖管ND(2)端相连。
本实例中,所述电源为220V市电,所述电阻R阻值为1M欧姆。
本实例的工作过程:当保险丝F1完好时,氖管ND被短路,整流桥-继电器电路被短路,继电器KA无电流不会闭合,保险丝F2不工作;当保险丝F1熔断整流桥-继电器电路导通并自锁继电器KA励磁吸合,从而接通了保险丝F2使负载RL继续工作。当F1、F2都熔断时,氖管ND被点亮,可起到提示故障的作用。此时电路中出现故障,应及时更换保险丝。

1.一种保险丝熔断自愈模块,其特征在于:包括电源输入L、N端,所述电源L端与电阻R一端、继电器KA(1)端、保险丝F1一端、整流桥VD1(1)端,所述电阻R的另一端与氖管ND(1),所述氖管ND(2)端与负载RL相连,所述负载RL与电源输入N端相连;所述继电器KA(2)端与保险丝F2一端相连,所述保险丝F2另一端与氖管ND(2)端相连;所述保险丝F1另一端与氖管ND(2)端相连;所述整流桥VD1(2)端接地,所述整流桥VD1(3)端与电源N端相连,所述整流桥VD1(4)端与继电器KA(3)端相连,所述继电器KA(4)端与二极管VD2一端相连,所述二极管正向导通,所述二极管另一端与氖管ND(2)端相连。
