Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of general structures of computers storing programs, in particular to an electronic product convenient for cleaning and protecting a camera.
Background
A notebook computer, also called a notebook, a handheld or laptop computer, is a small-sized personal computer that can be conveniently carried; is a common electronic product for people. The weight of the notebook computer is usually 1-3 kg. The development trend is that the size is smaller and lighter, and the function is stronger and stronger. The existing notebook computer is provided with a camera which is generally arranged above the screen of the notebook computer. Specifically, the chinese patent with patent publication No. CN102375480B discloses a notebook computer, which comprises a main body and an upper cover, wherein the main body and the upper cover are rotatably connected, and a display is embedded in the upper cover; the notebook computer also comprises a control panel arranged outside the notebook computer and an actuator which is arranged between the body and the upper cover and is close to the rotary connection part of the body and the upper cover; the control panel is used for receiving user operation; the actuator comprises a guide seat, a magnetic rod, a pre-pressing coil, a piezoelectric element, a positioning coil and a driving circuit; the guide seat is provided with a guide groove, and one end of the guide seat, which is opposite to the guide groove, is rotatably connected with the body; the magnetic rod, the pre-pressing coil, the piezoelectric element and the positioning coil are accommodated in the guide groove; one end of the magnetic rod, which is far away from the guide seat, is rotationally connected with the upper cover; the driving circuit is used for driving the pre-pressing coil to force the magnetic rod to abut against the piezoelectric element according to user operation, driving the piezoelectric element to drive the magnetic rod to extend into or out of the guide groove along the guide direction of the guide groove to open or close the upper cover when the magnetic rod abuts against the piezoelectric element, and driving the positioning coil to attract the magnetic rod to position the magnetic rod so as to fix the upper cover.
The prior art has the following technical problems: 1. because the camera is internally provided with an independent fixed module, the camera cannot be detached easily; the camera is exposed in the air, and dust is easily accumulated in the camera; after dust accumulates in the camera, a professional is required to find out to disassemble and clean the camera, which is very troublesome; 2. because the camera is exposed in the air for a long time, dust is easily adhered to the surface of the camera; when people use the camera, the condition of poor camera shooting effect is easy to occur.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an electronic product which is convenient to clean and protect a camera, not only can further prevent dust from being accumulated in the camera, but also can avoid the situation that the shooting effect is poor due to the fact that dust is attached to the surface of the camera.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the basic scheme of the invention is as follows:
an electronic product convenient for cleaning and protecting a camera comprises an upper cover and a base which is rotationally connected with the upper cover, wherein the upper cover is provided with a display screen and a groove, the inside of the groove is provided with the camera, and the camera is positioned above the display screen; the upper cover is internally provided with a cavity communicated with the groove, and the cavity is internally provided with a shielding part which is in sliding connection with the bottom surface of the cavity; the shielding part is provided with a power part for pushing the shielding part to move; the cavity comprises a first cavity and a second cavity, and the first cavity and the second cavity are respectively positioned at two sides of the camera; the shielding part comprises a left part and a right part, the left part is positioned in the first cavity, and the right part is positioned in the second cavity; the left part and the right part can be spliced into a plate and cover and clean the camera; the power part comprises a first rod and a second rod which are arranged in a mutually crossed manner, and the crossed parts of the first rod and the second rod are mutually hinged; the lower part of the first rod is connected with the left part, and the lower part of the second rod is connected with the right part; a telescopic part is arranged between the first rod and the second rod; the telescopic part is provided with a limiting hole, and the upper cover is also internally provided with a limiting part which is inserted into the limiting hole and used for limiting the telescopic part; the upper part of the upper cover is provided with a strip-shaped opening communicated with the cavity, and the upper ends of the first rod and the second rod extend out of the strip-shaped opening; a placing cavity is arranged at the edge of the base, and coils which can be wound at the upper ends of the first rod and the second rod are arranged in the placing cavity; the use steps are as follows:
step one, cleaning a camera: pressing the parts of the first rod and the second rod, which extend out of the strip-shaped opening, and enabling the first rod and the second rod to move in opposite directions so as to push the left part and the right part to move towards the direction of the camera, and enabling the left part and the right part to rub and clean the camera; then reversely pushing the first rod and the second rod to enable the first rod and the second rod to move towards the opposite directions, so that the left part and the right part of the camera are rubbed and cleaned, and the camera is completely cleaned once;
step two, camera protection: after the cleaning of the camera in the first step is finished, pressing the first rod and the second rod again, enabling the first rod and the second rod to move in opposite directions, further pushing the left part and the right part to move towards the direction of the camera until the left part and the right part are spliced into a plate and cover the camera;
step three, accommodating the electronic product: when the electronic product is not needed to be used, the upper cover is covered on the base; pulling out the coil from the placing cavity, and then winding the coil on the parts of the first rod and the second rod, which extend out of the strip-shaped openings;
step four, opening the camera: taking out the limiting part, wherein the limiting part does not limit the telescopic part any more; the first rod and the second rod are pushed to move towards the direction far away from each other, and the telescopic part gradually expands to restore the original position; the left and right portions are moved away from the camera, thereby exposing the camera.
The beneficial effect that this scheme produced is:
1. when the method of the first step of the scheme is adopted to use the electronic product, the surface of the camera can be cleaned at any time, and the condition that the camera shooting effect is poor due to the fact that dust is attached to the surface of the camera cannot occur. The specific principle is as follows: pressing the parts of the first rod and the second rod, which extend out of the strip-shaped opening, and enabling the first rod and the second rod to move in opposite directions so as to push the left part and the right part to move towards the direction of the camera, and enabling the left part and the right part to rub and clean the camera; then reversely pushing the first rod and the second rod to enable the first rod and the second rod to move towards the opposite directions, so that the left part and the right part of the camera are cleaned by friction; the whole process completes one-time complete cleaning of the camera.
2. The method of the second step of the scheme is adopted to protect the camera, so that dust can be further prevented from being accumulated in the camera; the specific principle is as follows: the part that bar mouth is stretched out to user of service press first pole and second pole, and then makes first pole and second pole move in opposite directions, and left part and right part all move towards the direction of camera this moment, and then enter into in the recess. Meanwhile, in the process that the first rod and the second rod move oppositely, the telescopic part can be gradually stretched, the intersection point of the first rod and the second rod can gradually move upwards, the limiting part is inserted into the limiting hole at last, the telescopic part can not be stretched any more, the first rod and the second rod can not approach each other any more, and the left part and the right part are spliced into a plate in the groove and block the camera; and then prevent external dust and camera contact, can further prevent that the dust from accumulating in the camera.
3. The method in this scheme step three of adoption can be better accomodate this computer, prevents that the dust from entering into between upper cover and the base. The specific principle is as follows: when the upper cover is on the base, can pull out the coil from placing the intracavity, then twine on the first pole stretches out the part of bar mouth with the second pole, and then can make between upper cover and the base lid close tighter, realize further preventing that the dust from entering into between upper cover and the base.
4. The camera is opened to the method in this scheme step four of adoption, and when left portion and right part moved towards the direction of keeping away from the camera, left portion and right part can rub cleanly to the camera, can further guarantee to use the shooting effect of camera.
Further, the number of times of completely cleaning the camera in the first step is 2-3 times. Further prevent that the camera surface from being stained with the dust, guarantee the effect of making a video recording.
Furthermore, the left part comprises a first shielding plate and a first supporting plate, and the first shielding plate is fixedly connected with the first supporting plate; the first supporting plate is connected with the bottom surface of the first cavity in a sliding manner; the lower end of the first rod is hinged with the first supporting plate.
The first rod can push the first shielding plate to move towards the camera when moving towards the camera, and the first supporting plate on the first shielding plate can slide along the bottom surface of the first cavity towards the camera.
Furthermore, the right part comprises a second shielding plate and a second supporting plate, and the second shielding plate is fixedly connected with the second supporting plate; the second supporting plate is connected with the bottom surface of the second cavity in a sliding way; the lower end of the second rod is hinged with the second supporting plate.
Very simply, when the second rod moves towards the camera, the second blocking plate can be pushed to move towards the camera, and the second supporting plate on the second blocking plate can slide along the bottom surface of the second cavity towards the camera.
Further, the first shielding plate and the second shielding plate may be spliced into a circular plate for covering the camera. The covering of the first shielding plate and the second shielding plate on the camera is realized very simply.
Further, the first shielding plate and the second shielding plate both comprise cleaning layers which can be in contact with the camera. Very simply realized first shielding plate and second shielding plate in the in-process that covers the camera, the cleaning layer can rub the cleanness to the camera.
Further, a rubber layer is fixed on the inner wall of the strip-shaped opening. The rubber layer is arranged for mainly blocking outside dust and preventing the outside dust from entering the strip-shaped port in a large quantity; and the rubber layer is elastic, and when the first rod and the second rod are contacted with the rubber layer, the rubber layer can be freely folded without influencing the movement of the first rod and the second rod.
Furthermore, the telescopic part comprises an inner sleeve fixedly connected with the first rod and an outer sleeve fixedly connected with the second rod; the outer sleeve is covered outside the inner sleeve, and the outer sleeve is connected with the inner sleeve in a sliding way; a return spring is further arranged between the first rod and the second rod and penetrates through the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve.
Very simple realization the automation of flexible portion is flexible, when specifically using, when first pole and second pole in the motion, the inner skleeve can slide in the outer skleeve, slides a certain position after, and spacing portion can stretch into spacing downthehole to outer sleeve and inner skleeve location, and then prevents that outer sleeve and inner skleeve from sliding again and stretch out and draw back.
Furthermore, a first magnet block is arranged on the first shielding plate, and a second magnet block which is mutually attracted with the first magnet block is arranged on the second shielding plate.
The first shielding plate and the second shielding plate can attract each other and stick to each other after being contacted, and then the camera is covered.
Further, the limiting part comprises a supporting rod fixedly connected with the cavity wall of the cavity, a limiting plate rotatably connected with the supporting rod and a limiting column fixedly connected with the limiting plate, and a spring is arranged between the limiting plate and the supporting rod; the limiting column is positioned below the limiting plate; the limiting plate is also provided with a pull wire, and the pull wire is positioned in the strip-shaped opening. The limit of the telescopic part is realized very simply.

As shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 5, in order to achieve the above object, the basic scheme of the present invention is as follows:
an electronic product convenient for cleaning and protecting a camera comprises an upper cover 1 and a base 2 rotatably connected with the upper cover 1, wherein a display screen 11 and a groove 12 are arranged on the upper cover 1, a camera 121 is arranged in the groove 12, and the camera 121 is positioned above the display screen 11; a cavity is arranged in the upper cover 1, a shielding part is arranged in the cavity, and the shielding part is connected with the bottom surface of the cavity in a sliding manner. The shielding part is provided with a power part for pushing the shielding part to move.
The cavity includes a first cavity 13 and a second cavity 14, and the first cavity 13 and the second cavity 14 are respectively located at two sides of the camera 121. The right side of the first chamber 13 communicates with the groove 12 and the left side of the second chamber 14 communicates with the groove 12. The shielding part comprises a left part and a right part; the left part is located in the first chamber 13 and the right part is located in the second chamber 14.
The left part comprises a first baffle plate 131 and a first supporting plate 132, and the first baffle plate 131 and the first supporting plate 132 are fixedly connected; the first supporting plate 132 is slidably connected with the bottom surface of the first cavity 13; the lower end of the first rod 3 is hinged to the first support plate 132.
The right part comprises a second shielding plate 141 and a second supporting plate 142, and the second shielding plate 141 and the second supporting plate 142 are fixedly connected; the second support plate 142 is slidably connected to the bottom surface of the second chamber 14; the lower end of the second rod 31 is hinged to the second support plate 142.
The right side of the first shielding plate 131 and the left side of the second shielding plate 141 may be coupled to each other to make up a circular plate for covering and cleaning the camera 121. In addition, in order to further make the first shielding plate 131 and the second shielding plate 141 tightly adhered to each other at the time of splicing, a first magnet block 1311 is fitted on the right side surface of the first shielding plate 131; a second magnet block 1411 for attracting the first magnet block 1311 to each other is fitted to the left side surface of the second shielding plate 141.
The first and second shielding plates 131 and 141 each include a cleaning layer 15 contactable with the camera head 121, and the cleaning layer 15 is a sponge layer.
The power part comprises a first rod 3 and a second rod 31 which are arranged in a mutually crossed manner, and the crossed parts of the first rod 3 and the second rod 31 are hinged with each other; the lower part of the first rod 3 is connected with the left part, and the lower part of the second rod 31 is connected with the right part; a telescopic part is arranged between the first rod 3 and the second rod 31; the telescopic part is provided with a limiting hole, and the upper cover 1 is also internally provided with a limiting part which is inserted into the limiting hole and used for limiting the telescopic part; the upper part of the upper cover 1 is provided with a strip-shaped opening 16 communicated with the cavity, and a rubber layer 161 is fixed on the inner wall of the strip-shaped opening 16. The upper ends of the first rod 3 and the second rod 31 extend out of the strip-shaped opening 16; the edge of base 2 is equipped with places the chamber 21, places and is equipped with coil 22 that can twine in first pole and second pole upper end in the chamber 21.
The telescopic part comprises an inner sleeve 4 fixedly connected with the first rod 3 and an outer sleeve 41 fixedly connected with the second rod 31; the limiting hole comprises an inner positioning hole and an outer positioning hole. The outer sleeve 41 is covered outside the inner sleeve 4, and the outer sleeve 41 is connected with the inner sleeve 4 in a sliding way; the inner positioning hole is located on the inner sleeve 4, the outer positioning hole is located on the outer sleeve 41, and the inner positioning hole and the outer positioning hole can correspond to each other. A return spring 42 is further provided between the first rod 3 and the second rod 31, and the return spring 42 passes through the inner sleeve 4 and the outer sleeve 41.
As shown in fig. 4, the limiting portion includes a support rod 5 fixedly connected to the cavity wall of the cavity, a limiting plate 51 rotatably connected to the support rod 5, and a limiting post 52 fixedly connected to the limiting plate 51, and a spring is disposed between the limiting plate 51 and the support rod 5. The position limiting column 52 is located below the position limiting plate 51, and the position limiting column 52 can be inserted into the inner positioning hole and the outer positioning hole. The limiting plate 51 is also fixed with a pull wire 53, and the pull wire 53 is positioned in the strip-shaped opening 16.
The electronic product comprises the following steps:
step one, cleaning a camera: a user can press the parts of the first rod 3 and the second rod 31 extending out of the strip-shaped opening 16, so that the first rod 3 and the second rod 31 move towards each other, and at the same time, the first shielding plate 131 and the second shielding plate 141 both move towards the camera 121 and enter the groove 12; the cleaning layers on the first shielding plate 131 and the second shielding plate 141 can rub and clean the camera; then the first rod 3 and the second rod 31 are pushed reversely, so that the first rod 3 and the second rod 31 move in the direction opposite to each other, and the cleaning layers on the first shielding plate 131 and the second shielding plate 141 clean the camera again by friction; the steps are completed to completely clean the camera once. If the user needs to clean the camera 121 repeatedly, the user can repeatedly press the parts of the first rod 3 and the second rod 31 extending out of the strip-shaped opening 16, so that the cleaning layer 15 can repeatedly rub and clean the surface of the camera 121. Generally, complete cleaning is performed for 2-3 times before the camera is used.
Step two, camera protection: when the camera is cleaned in the first step; when the camera 121 is not needed, a user can press the parts of the first rod 3 and the second rod 31 extending out of the strip-shaped opening 16, so that the first rod 3 and the second rod 31 move towards each other, and at the moment, the first shielding plate 131 and the second shielding plate 141 both move towards the direction of the camera 121 and then enter the groove 12. Meanwhile, in the process that the first rod 3 and the second rod 31 move towards each other, the inner sleeve 4 can gradually slide into the inner sleeve 4, so that the whole telescopic portion contracts, the intersection point of the first rod 3 and the second rod 31 can gradually move upwards until the inner positioning hole 61 and the outer positioning hole 6 correspond to each other, and finally the limiting column 52 can be inserted into the outer positioning hole and the inner positioning hole, so that the inner sleeve 4 is prevented from sliding along the outer sleeve 41 again, and the positioning of the whole telescopic portion is realized. Meanwhile, the right side of the first shielding plate 131 is attached to the left side of the second shielding plate 141, so that the camera 121 is shielded by the first shielding plate 131 and the second shielding plate 141 which are spliced, and external dust is prevented from contacting the camera 121.
Step three, accommodating the electronic product: when the notebook computer needs to be folded, the upper cover 1 is covered on the base 2, the coil 22 is pulled out from the placing cavity 21 and then wound on the parts of the first rod 3 and the second rod 31 extending out of the strip-shaped opening 16, so that the upper cover 1 and the base 2 can be tightly covered, and dust is further prevented from entering between the upper cover 1 and the base 2.
Step four, opening the camera: the stopper posts 52 inserted into the outer positioning holes 6 and the inner positioning holes 61 are pulled out (as shown in fig. 4, the pulling wire 53 is pulled upward so that the stopper plate 51 is rotated about the upper end of the support rod 5 so that the stopper posts 52 are pulled out). Then the first rod 3 and the second rod 31 are pushed to move away from each other, the inner sleeve 4 gradually slides out of the outer sleeve 41, and thus the entire telescopic part gradually expands to return to its original position. At this time, the first and second shielding plates 131 and 141 move in a direction away from the camera 121, thereby exposing the camera.
