Abstract
本发明提供一种楼宇智能化管理系统,包括中央处理系统和不间断电源，不间断电源与中央处理系统、给排水管理系统、消防应急管理系统、应答管理系统、供暖管理系统、中央空调管理系统、车辆管理系统、人员进出管理系统、电梯管理系统连接；本发明设计科学合理，采用集中控制的方法对楼宇系统进行控制，不仅可以各系统之间实现联动控制，也可以各系统分别管理，实现了整个系统的高度智能化，同时也提高了效率，降低了成本，解决了现有技术中技术问题。

本发明涉及智能管理系统技术，尤其涉及一种楼宇智能化管理系统，属于智能化技术领域。
背景技术
智慧城市的核心是以一种更智慧的方法通过利用以物联网、云计算等为核心的新一代信息技术来改变政府、企业和人们相互交往的方式，对于包括民生、环保、公共安全、城市服务、工商业活动在内的各种需求做出快速、智能的响应，提高城市运行效率，为居民创造更美好的城市生活。
楼宇为城市组成不可或缺的部分，如何进行智能化、智慧性的管理，实为城市智慧化城市发展之所需。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于，针对上述社会发展需求等问题，提出一种智能化楼宇管理系统，以实现楼宇管理物联网化管理。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：智能化楼宇管理系统，包括中央处理系统和不间断电源，不间断电源与中央处理系统、给排水管理系统、消防应急管理系统、应答管理系统、供暖管理系统、中央空调管理系统、车辆管理系统、人员进出管理系统、电梯管理系统连接；所述中央处理系统包括，中央管理系统、通信协议转换系统，中央管理系统与通信协议转换系统之间通过通信数据总线连接；通信协议转换系统分别与给排水管理系统、消防应急管理系统、应答管理系统、供暖管理系统、中央空调管理系统、车辆管理系统、人员进出管理系统、电梯管理系统的信号输出端连接。
本发明的另一个目的还公开了一种通信协议转换系统包括无线数据传输装置、光缆数据传输装置及电信号数据传输装置、数据信号转换器，数据信号转换器连接中央管理系统，数据信号转换器分别无线数据传输装置、光缆数据传输装置及电信号数据传输装置。
人员进出管理系统包括门禁装置、红外感应器、智能IC卡、振动传感器及信号传输器，所述门禁装置设置有智能IC卡读取装置、密码输入装置、门锁执行机构，红外感应器、门禁装置设置在楼宇出入口处，振动传感器设置于楼层出入口处及楼梯通道内。
中央空调管理系统包括人体感应装置和中心控制装置，所述人体感应装置为红外传感器、声音传感器、温度传感器，红外传感器、声音传感器、温度传感器分别与中心控制装置连接。
本发明智能化楼宇管理系统，与现有技术相比较具有以下优点：
1)各系统之间实现联动控制，各系统分别管理，实现了整个系统的高度智能化，同时也提高了效率，降低了成本。
2)本发明提供的智能楼宇管理系统，采用自动化控制与智能管理技术，能够系统管理楼宇设备，当楼宇内人员密集或人员出现异常，可有效管理人员疏散，防止出现恶性事件发生。
3)各系统之间分开管理，不会影响其他设备的性能，为设备系统进行集中监视、分配控制和管理，提高了楼宇管理系统的可靠性。
4)为楼宇中的住户提供了舒适、安全、便利的服务，可大力推广应用。

本实施例公开了一种智能化楼宇管理系统，包括中央处理系统和不间断电源，不间断电源与中央处理系统、给排水管理系统、消防应急管理系统、应答管理系统、供暖管理系统、中央空调管理系统、车辆管理系统、人员进出管理系统、电梯管理系统连接；所述中央处理系统包括中央管理系统、通信协议转换系统，中央管理系统与通信协议转换系统之间通过通信数据总线连接；通信协议转换系统分别与给排水管理系统、消防应急管理系统、应答管理系统、供暖管理系统、中央空调管理系统、车辆管理系统、人员进出管理系统、电梯管理系统的信号输出端连接。
实施例2
本实施例公开了一种不间断电源与中央处理系统、给排水管理系统、消防应急管理系统、应答管理系统、供暖管理系统、中央空调管理系统、车辆管理系统、人员进出管理系统、电梯管理系统连接。可实现24小时不间断管理，不留监控管理空隙，提高管理能力。
中央管理系统通过数据信号转换器利用无线数据传输装置、光缆数据传输装置及电信号数据传输装置与其他各个子功能系统保持通信畅通，可有效避免由于传输中断造成的管理混乱。

1.一种智能化楼宇管理系统，其特征在于，包括中央处理系统和不间断电源，不间断电源与中央处理系统、给排水管理系统、消防应急管理系统、应答管理系统、供暖管理系统、中央空调管理系统、车辆管理系统、人员进出管理系统、电梯管理系统连接；所述中央处理系统包括，中央管理系统、通信协议转换系统，中央管理系统与通信协议转换系统之间通过通信数据总线连接；通信协议转换系统分别与给排水管理系统、消防应急管理系统、应答管理系统、供暖管理系统、中央空调管理系统、车辆管理系统、人员进出管理系统、电梯管理系统的信号输出端连接。
2.一种智能化楼宇管理系统，其特征在于，中央空调管理系统包括人体感应装置和中心控制装置，所述人体感应装置为红外传感器、声音传感器、温度传感器，红外传感器、声音传感器、温度传感器分别与中心控制装置连接。
