Abstract
The invention relates to a pressure test platform of a turbine jigger device, which comprises an oil supply device and a jigger device mounting platform, wherein the oil supply device comprises an oil storage tank, the oil storage tank is provided with an oil outlet and an oil inlet, the oil outlet is sequentially communicated with an oil pump, a filter and a regulating valve through pipelines, and the outlet end of the regulating valve is communicated with a jigger device connecting pipe; the jigger device mounting platform comprises a bracket and an oil return box arranged at the upper end of the bracket, wherein the bottom of the oil return box is provided with an oil return port, and the oil return port is communicated with an oil inlet of the oil supply device through a pipeline; the oil return tank is hollow and is provided with an upper end opening, and an installation table, a first filter screen and a second filter screen are sequentially arranged in the oil return tank from top to bottom. The invention has simple structure and convenient use, can be used for pressure test of various types of jigger devices, has stable and controllable oil pressure, can keep stable pressure for a long time, and has good stability and practicability.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a turbine jigger test device, belongs to the technical field of jigger tests, and particularly relates to a pressure test platform of a turbine jigger device.
Background
The "jigger" refers to a condition that before the motor is started, the motor is manually rotated for a few turns to judge whether the load (i.e. a mechanical or transmission part) driven by the motor is blocked and the resistance is increased, so that the starting load of the motor is not increased to damage the motor (i.e. burn out). Therefore, the motor is generally restarted after a stop for one shift (8 hours), and the motor is turned off.
The jigger device plays a role in manually rotating the motor for a few turns. Before the jigger device is used, pressure test detection is carried out, pressure test equipment is used in pressure test detection, most of the traditional pressure test equipment is pneumatic pressure test equipment, and the pneumatic pressure test equipment has a serious problem in the use process although the pressure is high: the pressure is unstable, can not provide stable pressure for a long time, and the structure is all comparatively complicated, and a lot of pressure test equipment can only be used for single type jigger device pressure test moreover, comparatively restrict.

Based on the technical problems, the invention provides a pressure test platform of a turbine jigger device, so that the technical problems that the pressure of pressure test equipment of the existing turbine jigger device cannot be kept stable for a long time, and the pressure test equipment is complex in structure and large in limitation are solved.

the oil return tank is hollow and the upper end is opened, the mounting table, the first filter screen and the second filter screen are sequentially arranged in the oil return tank from top to bottom, a stepped positioning step is formed at the upper end of the mounting table, oil holes are vertically formed in each step surface of the positioning step, and the diameter of the filter holes of the first filter screen is larger than that of the filter holes of the second filter screen.

Based on the technical scheme, the oil storage tank upper end still is provided with oil filler hole and observation window.
Based on the technical scheme, the oil return port and the oil inlet are both provided with two, and the two oil return ports and the oil inlet are both communicated through a pipeline.
Based on the technical scheme, the side surface of the oil return box is also connected with a sealing cover in a threaded manner.
Based on the technical scheme, the top of the oil return box is symmetrically provided with two threaded holes.

The pressure test platform of the steam turbine jigger device comprises an oil supply device and a jigger device mounting platform, wherein the oil supply device comprises an oil storage tank 3, the oil storage tank 3 is provided with an oil outlet 2 and an oil inlet 10, the oil outlet 2 is sequentially communicated with an oil pump 1, a filter 9 and a regulating valve 7 through pipelines, and the outlet end of the regulating valve 7 is communicated with a jigger device connecting pipe 6; the jigger device mounting platform comprises a bracket 14 and an oil return tank 13 arranged at the upper end of the bracket 14, wherein an oil return port 11 is arranged at the bottom of the oil return tank 13, and the oil return port 11 is communicated with an oil inlet 10 of the oil supply device through a pipeline; the inside cavity and the upper end opening of oil return tank 13, oil return tank 13 inside from the top down has set gradually mount table 133, first filter screen 134 and second filter screen 136, the location step of echelonment is formed to the mount table 133 upper end, and every step face of location step is all vertical to be provided with oil through hole 131, the filtration pore diameter of first filter screen 134 is greater than the filtration pore diameter of second filter screen 136.
The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: the jigger device is directly placed at the upper end of the oil return tank 13, the oil storage tank 3 stores test oil, the test oil is communicated with the oil pump 1 from the oil outlet 2, the oil pump 1 filters the test oil pump to the filter 9, the oil pressure is regulated by the regulating valve 7, then the steam turbine jigger device 12 is communicated by the jigger device connecting pipe 6, after the pressure test of the steam turbine jigger device 12 is completed, the test oil flows into the oil inlet 10 from the oil return port 11 of the oil return tank 13 to return oil, and a test oil way circulation is formed, so that the pressure test can be completed.
The embodiment has simple structure, convenient use, controllable pressure test and stable pressure, and the upper end of the installation table 133 forms a stepped positioning step, so that the device can be used for the jigger devices of various types and sizes to use and position, the applicability is wide, and impurities attached in the jigger devices can be filtered and removed through the first filter screen 134 and the second filter screen 136, so that the smoothness and stability of an oil way are ensured.
In this embodiment, the filter 9 and the regulating valve 7 are both disposed at the upper end of the oil tank 3, and the regulating valve 7 is further provided with a pressure gauge 8. The filter 9 and the regulating valve 7 are arranged at the upper end of the oil storage tank 3, so that oil pressure regulation can be conveniently carried out, the oil pressure regulation and replacement are also convenient, and secondly, the oil pressure can be better read and regulated by the pressure gauge 8.
In this embodiment, the upper end of the oil storage tank 3 is further provided with an oil filler 4 and an observation window 5. The oil filler 4 and the observation window 5 are respectively used for filling oil and observing oil quantity, so that oil quantity adjustment is facilitated.
In this embodiment, two oil return ports 11 and two oil inlets 10 are respectively provided, and the two oil return ports 11 and the two oil inlets 10 are respectively communicated through a pipeline. The two oil return ports 11 and the two oil inlets 10 are respectively arranged, so that the oil return speed can be increased, and the total oil quantity of the oil storage tank 3 is ensured.

In this embodiment, two threaded holes 132 are also symmetrically disposed on the top of the oil return tank 13. The threaded hole 132 can be matched with a bolt, so that the turbine jigger device 12 can be pressed and fixed at the top of the oil return tank 13, and the phenomenon that the turbine jigger device 12 is shifted due to vibration during detection is avoided, and the stability and safety of the turbine jigger device are affected.
