The refrigerator comprises a refrigeration compartment, an air duct assembly for conveying cold energy to the refrigeration compartment and a controller for controlling the refrigerator to operate, wherein the air duct assembly comprises a front cover plate, a rear cover plate matched with the front cover plate and provided with an air distribution cavity, and an air duct plectrum, a plurality of air outlets communicated with the air distribution cavity are arranged on the rear cover plate, and the air duct plectrum is used for adjusting the sizes of the air outlets; the method is characterized in that: the air duct shifting sheet is in communication connection with the controller; the air duct assembly further comprises a potentiometer, a rotating shaft and a regulating and controlling display device, wherein the potentiometer is in communication connection with the controller, the rotating shaft penetrates through the front cover plate and is connected with the potentiometer, the regulating and controlling display device is arranged on the front cover plate and comprises a disc-shaped display plate and a baffle plate arranged on one side, deviating from the front cover plate, of the display plate, one of the display plate and the baffle plate is connected to the rotating shaft so that the display plate and the baffle plate can relatively rotate, a plurality of display areas which are arranged on the same circumference around the rotating shaft and marked with different air volumes are arranged on the display plate, a hollowed-out portion used for exposing the display areas is arranged on the baffle plate, and when the display plate and the baffle plate relatively rotate, the different display areas are exposed in the hollowed-out portion and the controller recognizes the air volume corresponding to the display area in the hollowed-out portion according to information fed back by the potentiometer and controls the dial piece to move to a position corresponding to the air volume.

The refrigerator as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the display panel is connected with the rotating shaft, the front cover plate is provided with a shaft hole for accommodating the rotating shaft, the position, close to the shaft hole, of the front cover plate is convexly provided with at least one fixing column, the display panel is provided with an arc-shaped sliding groove matched with the fixing column in a penetrating mode, and the baffle is connected to one end, far away from the front cover plate, of the fixing column.

The refrigerator as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the number of the fixed columns is two, the number of the sliding grooves is also two, and the two fixed columns are in one-to-one correspondence with the two sliding grooves; the two fixed columns are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the rotating shaft, and the distances between the two fixed columns and the rotating shaft are different.
4. The refrigerator as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the two sliding grooves are semicircular, and the end parts of the two sliding grooves are positioned on the same diameter of the display panel.
5. The refrigerator as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the potentiometer is provided with a potentiometer shaft, and the potentiometer shaft and the rotating shaft are integrally formed.
6. The refrigerator as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the display panel is connected with the rotating shaft, and the regulating display device further comprises a shifting block connected to the display panel and used for driving the display panel to rotate.
7. The refrigerator as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the air duct assembly further comprises a fixing seat which is fixed in the air quantity distribution cavity to fix the air duct shifting sheet.
8. The refrigerator as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the air duct plectrum comprises an air duct plectrum body and a driving device used for driving the air duct plectrum body to move.
9. The refrigerator as claimed in claim 8, wherein: the air outlets are located on the same circumference, and the air duct plectrum body comprises a round rotary disc connected with the driving device and an air flap which is connected to the periphery of the rotary disc and protrudes towards the direction where the rear cover plate is located and is used for adjusting the size of the air outlet.
