Abstract
The invention discloses a dental handpiece speed-increasing straight machine which comprises an input shaft, a first gear, a carrier gear transmission mechanism, a second gear and an output shaft, wherein the input shaft is connected with the first gear, one end of the carrier gear transmission mechanism is in transmission connection with the first gear, the other end of the carrier gear transmission mechanism is in transmission connection with the second gear, and the second gear is sleeved outside the output shaft. Technical Field

The third gear 31 is connected with the first gear 2, the fourth gear 32 is connected with the second gear 4 by adopting gear transmission, the two groups of gears can respectively have larger contact areas, the moment acting on the teeth is reduced, the abrasion of the gears is further reduced, the service life is prolonged, the output rotating speed can be effectively increased, and the speed increasing effect is achieved.
The first gear 2 of the present embodiment is a power input gear and the first gear 2 is an internal gear, while the second gear 4 is a power output gear, and the second gear 4, the third gear 31, and the fourth gear 32 are spur gears. The number of the carrier gear transmission mechanisms 3 in the present embodiment is two. Two ends of the two carrier gear transmission mechanisms 3 are in transmission connection with the first gear 2 and the second gear 4. Thus, the transmission ratio of the output shaft 5 to the input shaft 1 is 2:1, i.e. the ratio of the speeds of the output end to the input end is 2:1.
The first housing 7 of the present embodiment is provided with a support block 71, and the support block 71 is provided on the outer periphery of the connection shaft 33. The first housing 7 is provided with a first bearing 72, the first bearing 72 is sleeved outside the connecting shaft 33, and the first bearing 72 is matched with the supporting block 71.
