本发明公开了一种光净化处理的立式送风设备,包括有底座、支撑杆以及风扇部件,其特征在于:其中,所述风扇部件包括有风扇电机、与风扇电机输出轴相连接的扇叶、设在扇叶进风端的防护罩、设在扇叶出风端,所述防护罩由多个环形分布的片状光触媒担载体组成,且所述防护罩正面上设有光触媒层;在扇叶背面上贴合有紫外线光源,从而以使紫外线光源所产生的光照射于防护罩正面;所述防护罩成型有多个均匀分布的进气孔。

一种光净化处理的立式送风设备
技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化的技术领域,尤其是指一种光净化处理的立式送风设备。
背景技术
光触媒材料是一类以TiO2为代表的具有光催化功能的半导体的总称,能在光照射条件下使电子被激发,形成的电子和空穴与空气中氧气和水分子反应形成氧化力极强的氢氧自由基,可捕杀空气中的细菌,降解有机污染物从而实现净化空气的目的。
目前,随着人们对于空气质量越来越重视,市面上出现了很多过滤型的空气净化装置,而这种空气净化装置的杀菌效果一般,而且过滤型往往需要定期对滤芯进行更换,一旦更换不及时会大大影响过滤的效果。其次,现有的送风设备往往不具备有净化的功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种光净化处理的立式送风设备。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明所提供的一种光净化处理的立式送风设备,包括有底座、支撑杆以及风扇部件,其特征在于:其中,所述风扇部件包括有风扇电机、与风扇电机输出轴相连接的扇叶、设在扇叶进风端的防护罩、设在扇叶出风端,所述防护罩由多个环形分布的片状光触媒担载体组成,且所述防护罩正面上设有光触媒层;在扇叶背面上贴合有紫外线光源,从而以使紫外线光源所产生的光照射于防护罩正面;所述防护罩成型有多个均匀分布的进气孔。
根据权利要求所述的一种光净化处理的立式送风设备,其特征在于:所述光触媒层为纳米二氧化钛层。
本发明采用上述的方案,其有益效果在于:通过在扇叶背面设置有紫外线光源对防护罩上的光触媒层进行照射,从而利用光催化反应对流入送风设备的空气进行光净化处理,并通过扇叶将进化后的空气排出;本申请的送风设备在保证正常送风功能的前提下,具有光净化处理的功能。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
参见附图1和附图2所示,在本实施例中,一种具有可变送风角度的壁式光净化送风设备,包括有底座1、支撑杆2以及风扇部件3,其中,风扇机构3包括有安装于安装板3上的风扇电机31、与风扇电机31输出轴相连接的扇叶32、设在扇叶32进风端的防护罩33,防护罩33由多个环形分布的片状光触媒担载体4组成,且防护罩33正面上设有光触媒层,光触媒层为纳米二氧化钛层;在扇叶32背面上贴合有紫外线光源5,从而以使紫外线光源5所产生的光照射于防护罩33上的光触媒层,在扇叶32被风扇电机31驱动进行高速转动,在扇叶32背面上的紫外线光源5所发出的紫外线光照射在光触媒层上进行进行光催化反应,从而对扇叶32所吸入的空气进行光催化处理,以杀死其中的细菌以及消除有毒物质起到空气净化的效果,同时由于紫外光是电磁波谱中波长从0.01~0.40微米辐射的总称,不能引起人们的视觉,从紫外线光源5所发出的紫外线光是不会影响送风设备的正常使用。其次,为了保证风扇部件3的正常进风,在防护罩33上成型有多个均匀分布的进气孔331,以便于环境中的空气可以从进气孔331被吸入扇叶32中。

1.一种光净化处理的立式送风设备,包括有底座(1)、支撑杆(2)以及风扇部件(3),其特征在于:其中,所述风扇部件(3)包括有风扇电机(31)、与风扇电机(31)输出轴相连接的扇叶(32)、设在扇叶(32)进风端的防护罩(33),所述防护罩(33)由多个环形分布的片状光触媒担载体组成,且所述防护罩(33)正面上设有光触媒层;在扇叶(32)背面上贴合有紫外线光源(5),从而以使紫外线光源(5)所产生的光照射于防护罩(33)正面;所述防护罩(33)成型有多个均匀分布的进气孔(331)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种光净化处理的立式送风设备,其特征在于:所述光触媒层为纳米二氧化钛层。
