In the concrete implementation, the mounting holes of the box opening hinge 1, the box body supporting frame 2, the upper movable mounting seat 3 and the lower movable mounting seat 5 of the hoisting frame correspond to the mounting holes of the upper box body and the lower box body of the gear box.
As can be seen from fig. 2, in the application of the present invention, firstly, the lubricant is discharged, the connecting bolts of the upper and lower cases are removed, the upper case is jacked up by the jack-up bolts between the upper and lower cases, and a pair of split hinges 1 are installed between the upper and lower cases at the side far from the middle gear shaft by using the mounting holes of the original case.
The other side of the box body is slowly jacked by a hydraulic jacking device, then is fixed by a box body supporting frame 2, and is tightly fastened by bolts.
The lower movable mounting seats 5 of the pair of hoisting frames 6 are mounted on the lower box body, the upper parts of the lower movable mounting seats are fixed through the hoisting frame positioning rods 7, meanwhile, the upper movable mounting seats 3 are mounted on the upper box body, and the upper movable mounting seats 3 are connected with the hoisting frame positioning rods 7 through the flower basket bolts 4.
Two ends of a pulley sliding rail 8 are hung on a hanging frame positioning rod 7, and a hand hoist 10 is hung below a pulley 9.
One pin shaft passes through the weight reducing hole 14 of the middle gear 15, is connected with a pin hole corresponding to the lower part of the n-shaped structure, and then lifts the middle gear through the chain block 10.
Loosening the hand-operated ratchet wheel 12, controlling the pulley 9 in the pulley slide rail 8 to move from the high end to the low end through a rope, and when the pulley 9 moves to the end part of the pulley slide rail 8, enabling the pair of hoisting frames 6 to incline outwards through the basket bolts 4, enabling the middle gear shaft to move to the outer side of the lower box body along with the outer side, and finally putting down the middle gear shaft through the chain block 10.
The assembly process of the box opening hinge 1 and the lifting frame 6 in the middle gear shaft installation process is the same, and the difference is that the middle gear shaft 13 is positioned at the outer side of the lower box body, so that the middle gear shaft 13 is lifted through the chain block 10, after a certain height is reached, the basket bolts 4 are adjusted, the lifting frame 6 is inclined inwards, the hand ratchet 12 is basically shaken after the lifting frame is in place, the middle gear shaft 13 basically reaches the upper part of the installation part under the traction of a rope, the chain block is slowly loosened, the middle gear shaft 13 is accurately positioned, finally the lifting frame 6, the box body support frame 2 and the box opening hinge 1 are sequentially removed, and the specific removal process is opposite to the installation process of the lifting frame, the box body support frame 2 and the box opening hinge 1.
