The sliding ring device is divided into a movable disc and a static disc, the movable disc and the test piece are required to rotate coaxially during installation, the test piece is randomly rotated, the sliding ring device is higher in installation requirement, the coaxiality of the test piece and the sliding ring device during actual installation is difficult to guarantee, installation and adjustment are difficult, and meanwhile, the sliding ring device is damaged due to the fact that the sliding ring device is adversely affected by vibration of the test piece during rotation.
