本发明公开了一种防水防潮型PVC木塑板,其结构包括防滑层、缓冲层、PVC加强层、高强度防水防潮装置、粘结层、木塑基板层、木塑底板，高强度防水防潮装置包括固定栓、密封膜、防水密封板、UV处理层、防移动底板、缓冲垫、稳定板，固定栓与稳定板相嵌套，密封膜与防水密封板的顶部相连接，防移动底板的顶部与缓冲垫的底部相贴合，本发明一种防水防潮型PVC木塑板，结构上设有高强度防水防潮装置，与PVC加强层的底部相连接，该装置内部设有密封膜与防水密封板，能够将装置进行完全密封，防止水渗透进来，固定栓与稳定板加强装置稳固性，缓冲垫可以进行减震保护，所以该装置能有效的为材质起到防水防潮效果，防止材质被水腐蚀。

技术领域
本发明是一种防水防潮型PVC木塑板，属于PVC木塑板领域。
背景技术
目前市场上的装饰用地板主要有实木地板、实木复合地板和强化地板，其中实木地板是木材经烘干、加工后形成的地面装饰材料，其优点在于有天然木纹，质感、脚感佳，其缺点是受环境的影响大，易变形、耐磨性差、易受虫蛀，由于实木地板采用的是原木材料，消耗大量的自然资源，严重影响了自然环境的生态平衡，并且生产成本较高，强化复合地板由天然或人造速生林木材粉碎，经纤维结构重组高温高压成型，具有不易变形，高耐磨的特点。
现有技术公开了申请号为：201620699677.3的一种防水防潮型PVC木塑板，包括PVC木塑基板层，PVC木塑基板层内腔从上到下设有PVC加强层与PVC泡沫缓冲层，PVC木塑基板层顶部连接玻璃纤维无纺布稳定层，玻璃纤维无纺布稳定层顶部设有粘结层，粘结层顶部连接多彩印花层，多彩印花层顶部设有高强度防滑耐磨层，高强度防滑耐磨层顶部连接UV处理层，PVC木塑基板层底部连接防静电层，通过设有粘结层，可对多彩印花层进行拆卸，换不同的印花，改变其外部美观性，但是该现有技术的防水防潮效果不好，导致材质容易被腐蚀。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足，本发明目的是提供一种防水防潮型PVC木塑板，以解决的现有技术的防水防潮效果不好，导致材质容易被腐蚀的问题。
为了实现上述目的，本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现：一种防水防潮型PVC木塑板,其结构包括防滑层、缓冲层、PVC加强层、高强度防水防潮装置、粘结层、木塑基板层、木塑底板，所述防滑层的底部与缓冲层的顶部相贴合，所述缓冲层的下方设有PVC加强层，所述PVC加强层的顶部与高强度防水防潮装置的顶部相连接，所述高强度防水防潮装置与粘结层在同一中心线上，所述粘结层的底部与木塑基板层顶部相贴合，所述高强度防水防潮装置包括固定栓、密封膜、防水密封板、UV处理层、防移动底板、缓冲垫、稳定板，所述固定栓与稳定板相嵌套，所述密封膜与防水密封板的顶部相连接，所述防水密封板的下方设有UV处理层，所述防移动底板的顶部与缓冲垫的底部相贴合。
进一步地，所述防滑层与PVC加强层在同一中心线上。
进一步地，所述木塑基板层的下方设有木塑底板。
进一步地，所述密封膜与PVC加强层的底部相连接。
进一步地，所述木塑底板为长方体结构。
进一步地，所述固定栓长为2cm，宽为2cm，高为1cm。
进一步地，所述缓冲垫采用橡胶材质，弹性较好。
有益效果
本发明一种防水防潮型PVC木塑板，结构上设有高强度防水防潮装置，与PVC加强层的底部相连接，该装置内部设有密封膜与防水密封板，能够将装置进行完全密封，防止水渗透进来，固定栓与稳定板加强装置稳固性，缓冲垫可以进行减震保护，所以该装置能有效的为材质起到防水防潮效果，防止材质被水腐蚀。

请参阅图1、图2，本发明提供一种防水防潮型PVC木塑板技术方案：其结构包括防滑层1、缓冲层2、PVC加强层3、高强度防水防潮装置4、粘结层5、木塑基板层6、木塑底板7，所述防滑层1的底部与缓冲层2的顶部相贴合，所述缓冲层2的下方设有PVC加强层3，所述PVC加强层3的顶部与高强度防水防潮装置4的顶部相连接，所述高强度防水防潮装置4与粘结层5在同一中心线上，所述粘结层5的底部与木塑基板层6顶部相贴合，所述高强度防水防潮装置4包括固定栓401、密封膜402、防水密封板403、UV处理层404、防移动底板405、缓冲垫406、稳定板407，所述固定栓401与稳定板407相嵌套，所述密封膜402与防水密封板403的顶部相连接，所述防水密封板403的下方设有UV处理层404，所述防移动底板405的顶部与缓冲垫406的底部相贴合，所述防滑层1与PVC加强层3在同一中心线上，所述木塑基板层6的下方设有木塑底板7，所述密封膜402与PVC加强层3的底部相连接，所述木塑底板7为长方体结构，所述固定栓401长为2cm，宽为2cm，高为1cm，所述缓冲垫406采用橡胶材质，弹性较好。
本专利所说的PVC加强层3是以聚酯纤维无纺布为胎基,以自粘聚合物改性沥青为浸涂材料，所述缓冲垫406采用橡胶或天然橡胶制成，模具一次浇注成型或冲压成型。
在进行使用时防滑层1在最顶层，防止用户在上面行走滑倒，木塑底板7在最底层，用于稳固木塑板，结构上设有高强度防水防潮装置4，与PVC加强层3的底部相连接，该装置内部设有密封膜402与防水密封板403，能够将装置进行完全密封，防止水渗透进来，固定栓401与稳定板407加强装置稳固性，缓冲垫406可以进行减震保护。
本发明解决现有技术的防水防潮效果不好，导致材质容易被腐蚀的问题，本发明通过上述部件的互相组合，本发明一种防水防潮型PVC木塑板，结构上设有高强度防水防潮装置，与PVC加强层的底部相连接，该装置内部设有密封膜与防水密封板，能够将装置进行完全密封，防止水渗透进来，固定栓与稳定板加强装置稳固性，缓冲垫可以进行减震保护，所以该装置能有效的为材质起到防水防潮效果，防止材质被水腐蚀，具体如下所述:
所述高强度防水防潮装置4包括固定栓401、密封膜402、防水密封板403、UV处理层404、防移动底板405、缓冲垫406、稳定板407，所述固定栓401与稳定板407相嵌套，所述密封膜402与防水密封板403的顶部相连接，所述防水密封板403的下方设有UV处理层404，所述防移动底板405的顶部与缓冲垫406的底部相贴合。

1.一种防水防潮型PVC木塑板，其特征在于：其结构包括防滑层(1)、缓冲层(2)、PVC加强层(3)、高强度防水防潮装置(4)、粘结层(5)、木塑基板层(6)、木塑底板(7)，所述防滑层(1)的底部与缓冲层(2)的顶部相贴合，所述缓冲层(2)的下方设有PVC加强层(3)，所述PVC加强层(3)的顶部与高强度防水防潮装置(4)的顶部相连接，所述高强度防水防潮装置(4)与粘结层(5)在同一中心线上，所述粘结层(5)的底部与木塑基板层(6)顶部相贴合，所述高强度防水防潮装置(4)包括固定栓(401)、密封膜(402)、防水密封板(403)、UV处理层(404)、防移动底板(405)、缓冲垫(406)、稳定板(407)，所述固定栓(401)与稳定板(407)相嵌套，所述密封膜(402)与防水密封板(403)的顶部相连接，所述防水密封板(403)的下方设有UV处理层(404)，所述防移动底板(405)的顶部与缓冲垫(406)的底部相贴合。
