In the technical scheme, the portable garbage can for the office comprises a paper shredding mechanism, a paper pressing mechanism 4, a paper storage barrel 5, a first pedal mechanism 6, a draining mechanism and a solar photovoltaic panel, wherein the paper shredding mechanism comprises a paper inlet, a paper outlet, a first rotating shaft, a sawtooth blade and a motor, and the sawtooth blade on the first rotating shaft is driven to cut paper by the motor electrically connected with the solar photovoltaic panel, so that the file leakage of the office is avoided; the paper pressing mechanism 4 comprises a pressing plate 4-1, a movable plate, a pressing rod 4-2, a pulley 4-3 and a rotating rod 4-4, wherein the rotating rod 4-4 rotates the pulley 4-3 to enable the pulley 4-3 to move back to back/in the horizontal direction and to be separated/contained in a third through hole of the pressing plate 4-1 so as to realize the up-and-down movement of the paper pressing mechanism 4 relative to the shell 1: when the movable plate 4-5 is arranged as the rotating rod 4-2 to rotate the pulley-3 to loosen the rope body, two ends of the movable plate 4-5 respectively protrude out of two ends of the pressing plate 4-1 and are respectively accommodated in the first clamping groove 2-1, so that the pressing plate 4-1 is clamped in the first clamping groove 2-1, and the paper pressing mechanism 4 is in a standing state; when the rotating rod 4-4 rotates the pulley 4-3 to pull the rope body, two ends of the movable plate 4-5 connected with the rope body are retracted into the pressing plate 4-1 and abut against the side surface of the second space, so that the pressing rod 4-2 pushes the movable plate 4-5 to move up and down to extrude shredded paper in the paper storage barrel 5 to save space; the first pedal mechanism 6 is positioned below the paper storage barrel 5 to push the paper storage barrel 5 to incline to one side so as to dump out shredded paper; the draining mechanism is internally provided with the sieve plate 7, so that tea leaves poured into the first part of tea water are separated from water, and the blockage of a pipeline is avoided.
In another technical scheme, a water outlet hole is formed in the circumferential surface of the shell 1 in the portable garbage can of the office and located at the lower part of the first part, a water leakage hole is formed in the fourth partition plate 8, and the water outlet hole is communicated with the water leakage hole through a plastic pipe.

1. Portable garbage bin of office, its characterized in that, it includes:
the solar photovoltaic panel comprises a shell, a first window and a second window, wherein the shell is of a hollow cylinder structure with two closed ends, a solar photovoltaic panel is arranged on the outer surface of the shell, a strip-shaped first through hole is formed in the circumferential surface of the upper part of the shell, and a pair of square first windows which are arranged oppositely is formed in the circumferential surface of the middle part of the shell; the top surface of the shell is provided with a cover body which can be opened/closed;
the two first partition plates are parallel to each other and vertically arranged in the shell, and divide the interior of the shell into a first space, a second space and a third space which are horizontally and sequentially arranged and are not communicated with each other; a pair of first clamping grooves which are oppositely arranged and a pair of second clamping grooves which are oppositely arranged are sequentially arranged on two opposite side surfaces of the two first partition plates from top to bottom, a second through hole is arranged on one first partition plate between the first space and the second space, and the second through hole is arranged between the first clamping groove and the second clamping groove;
a second partition vertically disposed in the third space and perpendicular to the first partition, dividing the third space into a first portion and a second portion that are not communicated with each other; the cover body is positioned above the first part and is hinged with the upper end of the second partition plate, and a plurality of through smoke feeding holes are formed in the circumferential surface of the second part close to the upper end of the second part;
a third partition horizontally disposed in the first space, dividing the first space into an upper space and a lower space which are not communicated with each other from top to bottom, the first through hole and the second through hole being located at both sides of the upper space;
the paper shredding mechanism is positioned in the upper space and comprises a box body fixedly connected with the inner wall of the shell, two first rotating shafts which are horizontally arranged and are parallel to the first partition plate, a plurality of sawtooth blades which are arranged along the axial direction of the first rotating shafts and are uniformly distributed on the circumferential surface of the first rotating shafts and a motor fixed on the inner wall of the box body; two ends of the first rotating shafts are respectively connected with the bearings on the inner wall of the box body, the two first rotating shafts are electrically connected with the motor, and the two first rotating shafts rotate oppositely; a paper inlet communicated with the first through hole is formed in the side wall of the box body close to the upper end, and a paper outlet communicated with the second through hole is formed in the side wall of the box body close to the lower end; the motor is electrically connected with the solar photovoltaic panel;
the paper pressing mechanism comprises a horizontally arranged pressing plate which is positioned in the second space and can move up and down relative to the shell, a vertically arranged pressing rod of which the lower end is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the pressing plate and the upper end penetrates out of the top surface of the shell, a pulley which is positioned in the pressing rod and is rotatably connected with the inner wall of the pressing rod, and a rotating rod of which one end is fixedly connected with the pulley and the other end horizontally penetrates out of the circumferential surface of the pressing rod; two parallel side surfaces of the pressing plate and the first partition plate are provided with third through holes penetrating through the pressing plate, two movable plates located on the same plane are horizontally arranged in the third through holes, the two movable plates are respectively and fixedly connected with the edge of the pulley through a rope body, the upper ends of the two rope bodies are fixedly connected with the circumferential surface of the pulley, and the lower ends of the two rope bodies vertically and downwards extend through the upper surface of the pressing plate and are fixedly connected with the corresponding movable plate;
the two movable plates can move towards each other in the third through hole, and the two movable plates are arranged as follows: when the two movable plates move to the limit position in the direction away from each other, the two ends of the two movable plates, which are away from each other, protrude out of the two side surfaces of the pressing plate and can be respectively accommodated in one first clamping groove so as to position the pressing plate; when the rotating rod is rotated, the pulley is driven to rotate by the rotation of the rotating rod, the two rope bodies are driven to move upwards by the rotation of the pulley, the two rope bodies move upwards to drive the two movable plates to move towards the direction close to each other, when the movable plates move to the limit position, the two movable plates are both accommodated in the inner part of the third through hole, and at the moment, the pressing plate can be driven by the rotating rod to move up and down relative to the shell;
the paper storage barrel is of a vertically arranged hollow barrel structure with an open upper end, the paper storage barrel is located under the pressing plate, the pressing plate is axially projected and contained in the paper storage barrel, the transverse projection of the paper storage barrel is contained in the first window, a pair of convex blocks is arranged on the outer wall of the paper storage barrel, and the convex blocks are respectively rotatably clamped in the second clamping groove;
the first pedal mechanism is positioned below the paper storage barrel and comprises a horizontally arranged push plate, a first straight rod, a second straight rod, a third straight rod, a sleeve and a first pedal, wherein the push plate is positioned below the paper storage barrel and is in contact with the bottom surface of the paper storage barrel; the front side surface of the push plate is perpendicular to the first partition plate, the other end of the first straight rod extends towards the direction far away from the center of the shell and penetrates through the sleeve to be fixedly connected with one end of the third straight rod, one end of the second straight rod extends towards the direction close to the center of the shell and penetrates through the sleeve to be fixedly connected with the other end of the third straight rod, and the other end of the second straight rod penetrates through the shell and is hinged with the first pedal; the first straight rod and the second straight rod are respectively positioned at two sides of the third straight rod, the third straight rod is arranged in parallel with the front side surface of the push plate, and the bottom of the sleeve is fixedly connected with the inner bottom surface of the shell;
the draining mechanism comprises a sieve plate horizontally positioned in the first part, a fourth partition plate horizontally positioned right below the sieve plate, a fourth straight rod, a second rotating shaft, a fifth straight rod, a limiting block and a second pedal plate, wherein the upper end of the fourth straight rod is fixedly connected with the lower surface of the cover body and is vertically arranged, the second rotating shaft is horizontally positioned below the fourth partition plate and is parallel to the first partition plate, one end of the fifth straight rod is hinged with the circumferential surface of the second rotating shaft, the limiting block is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the bottom surface of the shell and is positioned at the lower part of the fifth straight rod, and the second pedal plate is positioned outside the; the sieve plate and the fourth partition plate are both internally connected with the inner wall of the second part; the lower end of the fourth straight rod sequentially penetrates through the sieve plate and the fourth partition plate and is hinged with the circumferential surface of the second rotating shaft, the other end of the fifth straight rod obliquely and upwards extends to penetrate through the circumferential surface of the shell and is fixedly connected with the second pedal, and the limiting block is located in the middle of the fifth straight rod and is in contact with the bottom of the fifth straight rod.
