7. The wheel axle stroke locking apparatus of claim 1, wherein a shock-absorbing bushing is provided at a connection of the first connecting member and the guide bar.
8. The wheel axle stroke locking device of claim 1, wherein the first connecting member is further provided with a positioning portion formed of a positioning projection.
9. The wheel axle stroke locking device of a vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the wheel axle connects a left front wheel and a right front wheel, the wheel axle stroke locking device being located between the left front wheel and the right front wheel.
10. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the lower end of the guide rod is pivotally connected to the first connecting member by a pivot shaft located within the outer periphery of the hub of the front wheel.
