本发明专利,是一种无轮圆摩擦列车制动系统,用于列车的制动系统领域。
背景技术
无轮圆摩擦列车制动系统,利用可控制直线制动器,在列车制动时,改变车轮与道轨的制动方式,利用直线制动器摩擦片与道轨的摩擦力,实现制动效果,保护列车车轮和道轨,减少对列车轮和导轨的磨损。
发明内容
本发明是一种利用道轮与车体上安装上下浮动的气动可控制直线制动器与道轨的摩擦而达到制动目的方法。

图1是本发明系统结构示意图。
该无轮圆摩擦列车全列制动系统由1、制动气管2、制动气缸3、制动活塞4、摩擦片组成。制动气 管用于控制制动气缸内制动活塞的伸缩,从而控制摩擦片与道轨的摩擦与分离。
具体实施方式
在列车底部安装能上下浮动的气动可控制装置,由制动气管、制动气缸、制动活塞、摩擦片组成。当制动时,制动气缸里的制动活塞在气体压力的控制下可以上下浮动,活塞的顶端安装摩擦片。当需要制动时,通过气体压力使制动活塞下移,将摩擦片压在道轨上,产生制动力,达到制动目的。当解除制动时,在制动气路反向控制作用下,制动活塞上移,摩擦片与道轨分离,制动解除。

1.一种无轮圆摩擦列车制动系统,其特征在于:利用在列车车体上安装上下浮动的气动可控制直线制动器,控制制动器摩擦片与道轨制动和解除的装置。
