Abstract

本发明涉及一种四喷头协同打印在3D打印机上的应用,解决当前3D打印机打印耗时长,打印效率低下的问题。将X轴四等分,分别在它的1/4,1/2,3/4处设置三个固定点。四个喷头分别放置于X轴左端,以及三个固定点处,并接上拖链。以三个固定点为界限,启动打印时,四个喷头可同时向左或向右运动,且不会相撞。四个喷头在运动过程中吐出料丝直接打印。与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:四个喷头可以协同作业,同时打印,比起现有的3D打印机,打印时间可以缩短两倍,大大提高了打印效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种四喷头协同打印在3D打印机上的应用。
背景技术
目前,公知的应用FDM熔融沉积技术的3D打印机有单喷头和双喷头之分,没有多喷头应用的先例。单喷头只有一个喷头,只能打印一种颜色,目前市场反馈打印耗时较长。双喷头是连在一起的两个喷头,共用一个拖链。并且两个喷头是无法同时作业的,即一个喷头在打印时,另一个喷头处于高温待打印状态,并不出料丝。这样的双喷头利用效率低下,仅仅方便了更换双色料丝或者打印可溶性支撑,而并不能实际提高打印效率。
发明内容
为了提高提高打印效率,本发明提供了一种四喷头协同打印的方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:将X轴四等分,分别在它的1/4,1/2,3/4处设置固定点A,固定点B,固定点C。四个喷头:喷头I,喷头II,喷头III,喷头IV分别放置于X轴左端,固定点A,固定点B,以及固定点C四个位置,并接上拖链。以三个固定点为界限,四个喷头可协同作业。当喷头I从X轴左端向右运动到固定点A时,喷头II,喷头III,喷头IV同时向右运动;当喷头I从固定点A向左运动到X轴左端时,喷头II,喷头III,喷头IV同时向左运动,保证四个喷头不会相撞。四个喷头在运动过程中吐出料丝直接打印。
本发明的有益效果是:四个喷头可以协同作业,同时打印,比起现有的3D打印机,打印时间可以缩短两倍,大大提高了打印效率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,将X轴四等分,分别在它的1/4,1/2,3/4处设置固定点A,固定点B,固定点C。四个喷头:喷头I,喷头II,喷头III,喷头IV分别放置于X轴左端,固定点A,固定点B,以及固定点C四个位置,并接上拖链。
如图2所示,当喷头I从X轴左端向右运动到固定点A时,喷头II,喷头III,喷头IV同时向右运动。四个喷头在运动过程中吐出料丝直接打印。
如图3所示,当喷头I从固定点A向左运动到X轴左端时,喷头II,喷头III,喷头IV同时向左运动。四个喷头在运动过程中吐出料丝直接打印。

Claims (3)

1.一种四喷头协同打印在3D打印机上的应用,该应用包括一个四个喷头:喷头I(1),喷头II(2),喷头III(3),喷头IV(4),一条X轴(5),四条拖链(6)以及三个固定点:固定点A(7),固定点B(8),固定点C(9)。以三个固定点为界限,四个喷头可协同作业,同时向左或向右运动。
2.如权利要求1所述的喷头I(1),喷头II(2),喷头III(3),喷头IV(4)分别位于X轴左端,固定点A,固定点B,以及固定点C四个位置。
3.如权利要求1所述的四条拖链(6)分别对应喷头I(1),喷头II(2),喷头III(3),喷头IV(4)。
