In the process, the nut dismounting tool provided by the invention converts the acting force originally directly applied to the nut 15 to be dismounted into the moment passing through the handle 7, so that under the condition that the critical value of the rotation acting force of the nut 15 to be dismounted is not changed, the acting force required to be applied to the handle 7 is greatly reduced compared with the acting force directly applied to the nut 15 to be dismounted, therefore, the labor intensity of operators can be reduced, and the dismounting efficiency of the nut 15 to be dismounted is improved.
The first clamping jaw 4a and the second clamping jaw 4b are respectively arranged at two ends of one diameter of the nut 15 to be disassembled and assembled. Under this condition, the action point of the moment applied to the nut 15 to be disassembled and assembled through the handle 7 is respectively positioned at two ends of one diameter of the nut 15 to be disassembled and assembled, the action points are uniformly distributed, the disassembling and assembling process can be more convenient, and in addition, under the condition that the rotation critical action force of the nut 15 to be disassembled and assembled is kept unchanged, the action force applied to the handle 7 is minimum.
Wherein the angles of the first inner side angle and the second inner side angle are respectively 120 degrees. Under general conditions, the cross section of waiting to dismouting nut 15 is regular hexagon, and under this condition, the outside angle of waiting to dismouting nut 15 is 120, when setting for 120 respectively first inside angle of first clamping jaw 4a, second inside angle 4b of second clamping jaw 4b, can guarantee this first clamping jaw 4a, second clamping jaw 4b in application, can with wait to agree with between dismouting nut 15 more perfect, avoid in application, appear because first clamping jaw 4a, second clamping jaw 4b and wait to the moment loss that can't the complete adaptation appears between dismouting nut 15.
The connecting assembly comprises a supporting disc 1, an adjusting disc 2, a first connecting piece 6a, a second connecting piece 6b and a locking assembly 13. A rotating shaft 17 is arranged at the center of the supporting plate 1, a sleeve 18 is arranged at the center of the adjusting plate 2, and a rotating pair is formed between the rotating shaft 17 and the sleeve 18; the adjusting disc 2 is provided with a plurality of pairs of spiral grooves 10, the supporting disc 1 is respectively provided with a first accommodating groove 8a-9a and a second accommodating groove 8a-9a on two sides of at least one diameter, wherein one end 16a of the first connecting piece 6a is accommodated in the first accommodating groove 8a-9a and connected to one of the spiral grooves 10 which appear in pairs, and the other end 17a of the first connecting piece 6a is connected to the first clamping jaw 4 a; one end 16b of the second connecting piece 6b is accommodated in the second accommodating groove 8b-9b and connected to the other spiral groove of the spiral grooves 10 appearing in pairs, and the other end 17b of the second connecting piece 6b is connected to the second clamping jaw 4 b; locking assembly 13 includes latch segment 11 and locking bolt 12, is provided with draw-in groove 19, support groove 20 and screw hole 21 on the latch segment 11, and the latch segment 11 inserts to supporting disk 1 through support groove 20, and the edge holding of adjusting disk 2 is in the draw-in groove 19 of latch segment 11, and locking bolt 12 wears to locate in the screw hole 21 to support the edge in the supporting disk 1 that appears in pairs through the foot of locking bolt 12. In this case, the distance between the one end 16a of the first connecting member 6a and the one end 16b of the second connecting member 6b can be changed by rotating the adjusting plate 2, and at this time, since the distance between the first connecting member 6a and the second connecting member 6b is not adjustable, the distance between the first jaw 4a and the second jaw 4b can be adjusted by rotating the adjusting plate 2, and thus, the adjusting plate can be adapted to nuts 15 to be mounted and dismounted with more specifications.
Wherein the spiral grooves 10 appearing in pairs are spread towards the edge of the adjusting disk 2 with the sleeve 18 as a base point, so that the distance between the base points corresponding to the spiral grooves 10 appearing in pairs is smallest and the distance between the outermost edges corresponding to the spiral grooves 10 appearing in pairs is largest; the spiral grooves 10 which appear in pairs are outward rotated in the anticlockwise direction, so that when the adjusting disc 2 rotates anticlockwise, the first connecting piece 6a and the second connecting piece 6b drive the first clamping jaw 4a and the second clamping jaw 4b to approach each other; when the adjusting disc 2 rotates clockwise, the first connecting piece 6a and the second connecting piece 6b drive the first clamping jaw 4a and the second clamping jaw 4b to be away from each other. In this case, during the counterclockwise or clockwise rotation of the adjustment disk 2, the pitch of the one end 16a of the first connection member 6a and the one end 16b of the second connection member 6b in the spiral grooves 10 appearing in pairs can be continuously changed, and therefore, even if there is only a small change in the specification of the nut 15 to be disassembled, the nut disassembling tool provided by the first embodiment of the present invention can be adapted to the nut 15 to be disassembled. Fig. 2 and 3 show two different positions of the first connecting part 6a, the second connecting part 6b and the spiral groove 10 which appears in pairs, respectively, in fig. 2, the distance between the fixing point 23a between the first connecting part 6a and the adjusting disk 2 and the fixing point 23b between the second connecting part 6b and the adjusting disk 2 is large, after the adjusting disk 2 rotates counterclockwise by an angle, the view is shown in fig. 3, in the process of changing from fig. 2 to fig. 3, the distance between the fixing point 23a between the first connecting part 6a and the adjusting disk 2 and the distance between the fixing point 23b between the second connecting part 6b and the adjusting disk 2 are limited by the wall of the spiral groove 10 which appears in pairs, and the distances between the fixing point 23a between the first connecting part 6a and the adjusting disk 2 and the fixing point 23b between the second connecting; during the clockwise rotation of the adjustment disc 2 through an angle, which is actually the case in the transition from fig. 3 to fig. 2, the distance between the fastening point 23a between the first connecting element 6a and the adjustment disc 2 and the fastening point 23b between the second connecting element 6b and the adjustment disc 2 increases.
A first long round hole 22a is formed in the other end 17a of the first connecting piece 6a, and the other end 17a of the first connecting piece 6a is connected to the first clamping jaw 4a through the first long round hole 22 a; a second oblong hole 22b is formed in the other end 17b of the second connecting piece 6b, and the other end 17b of the second connecting piece 6b is connected to the second clamping jaw 4b through the second oblong hole 22 b. In this case, the oblong holes 22a and 22b are used, so that the connection between the first connecting piece 6a and the first clamping jaw 4a has an adjustment allowance, and the connection between the second connecting piece 6b and the second clamping jaw 4b also has an adjustment allowance, thereby avoiding the situation that the first connecting piece 6a and the first clamping jaw 4a cannot be matched or the second connecting piece 6b and the second clamping jaw 4b cannot be matched due to machining errors between parts.
Wherein, the radial section of one end 16a of the first connecting piece 6a is in an oval shape, and the diameter of the oval shape is larger than the width of the connecting arm of the first connecting piece 6 a. The first accommodating groove 8a-9a is a stepped groove and comprises a first section of groove 8a and a second section of groove 9a, the width of the first section of groove 8a is larger than that of the second section of groove 9a, one end 16a of the first connecting piece 6a is accommodated in the first section of groove 8a, and the connecting arm of the first connecting piece 6a is accommodated in the second section of groove 9 a; the radial cross-section of one end 16b of the second connecting piece 6b is oblong, the diameter of the oblong being larger than the width of the connecting arm of the second connecting piece 6 b. The second receiving groove 8b-9b is a stepped groove and includes a third section of groove 8b and a fourth section of groove 9b, the width of the third section of groove 8b is greater than the width of the fourth section of groove 9b, one end 16b of the second connecting member 6b is received in the third section of groove 8b, and the connecting arm of the second connecting member 6b is received in the fourth section of groove 9 b. In the application process, the connecting arm of the first connecting piece 6a is accommodated in the second section of groove 9a of the first accommodating groove 8a-9a, the connecting arm of the second connecting piece 6b is accommodated in the fourth section of groove 9b of the second accommodating groove 8b-9b, and in the process that the adjusting disc 2 rotates anticlockwise or clockwise, the first connecting piece 6a and the second connecting piece 6b can move in the second section of groove 9a and the fourth section of groove 9b more conveniently and rapidly; the width of the first section of groove 8a is greater than that of the second section of groove 9a, so that one end 16a of the first connecting piece 6a can be ensured to be always in the first section of groove 8a and not to fall off into the second section of groove 8b in the moving process of the first connecting piece 6a, and similarly, the width of the third section of groove 8b is greater than that of the fourth section of groove 9b, so that one end 16b of the second connecting piece 6b can be ensured to be always in the third section of groove 8b and not to fall off into the fourth section of groove 9b in the moving process of the second connecting piece 6b, and therefore the stability in the adjusting process of the distance between the first clamping jaw 4a and the second clamping jaw 4b is ensured.
Wherein the handle 7 is vertically connected to the support plate 1. In this case, it is possible to ensure that the loss of the force applied by the handle 7 is minimized, that is, the force applied to the handle 7 is minimized without changing the critical force of rotation of the bolt 15 to be attached and detached.
Wherein, the nut 15 to be disassembled is a cap nut. As the name implies, the cap-shaped nut is a hexagonal nut with a cap, the cap is used for fastening the exposed part of the outer side to cover the cap, so that moisture or other corrosive substances are prevented from entering the cap to play a role in rust prevention, and the service time of the cap and the service time of a connecting piece are prolonged. In the nut, which is generally connected to the end of a bolt, a larger force is sometimes required to be applied to the bolt to rotate the bolt or to unscrew the bolt from the bolt connected to the bolt than a conventional nut, and when a table surface is provided between the cap nut and the bolt connected to the cap nut, the space available for the operation of a human hand is greatly limited, and it is difficult to apply a corresponding rotational force to the cap nut, and when the nut assembling and disassembling tool provided in the first embodiment of the present invention is applied, even if the table surface is provided between the cap nut and the bolt connected to the cap nut, so that the space available for the operation of the human hand is limited, since the nut assembling and disassembling tool provided in the first embodiment of the present invention is fixed to the nut 15 to be disassembled by the first clamping jaw 4a and the second clamping jaw 4b, the fitting between the first clamping jaw 4a and the nut to be disassembled can be realized as long as the operating space is very small, therefore, even in this case, the nut removal tool according to the first embodiment of the present invention can complete the removal of the nut 15 to be removed by applying a small force to the handle 7.
Referring to fig. 7, the nut dismounting method provided by the embodiment of the present invention is implemented based on the nut dismounting tool provided by the present invention, and includes the following steps:
step S1: respectively clamping a first clamping jaw 4a and a second clamping jaw 4b of the nut dismounting tool on at least two outer side corners of a nut 15 to be dismounted;
step S2: the handle 7 is rotated to make the nut disassembling tool drive the nut 15 to be disassembled to perform a rotating motion, so that the nut 15 to be disassembled is connected to the corresponding bolt, or is rotated down from the bolt connected with the nut disassembling tool.
The nut dismounting method provided by the second embodiment of the invention is realized on the basis of the nut dismounting tool provided by the first embodiment of the invention, in the application process, the first inner side angle of the first clamping jaw 4a and the second inner side angle of the second clamping jaw 4b are respectively clamped on at least two outer side angles of the nut 15 to be dismounted, and in the dismounting process of the nut 15 to be dismounted, the handle 7 is used for rotating the nut dismounting tool, and the first clamping jaw 4a and the second clamping jaw 4b can respectively apply acting force to the nut 15 to be dismounted, so that the rotating acting force can be transmitted to the nut 15 to be dismounted through the rotating moment of the handle 7, and the nut 15 to be dismounted can be driven to rotate to be mounted with the mounted bolt or unscrewed from the mounted bolt.
