The structure, connection mode and functional relationship of the main components of the hose joint attaching and detaching device according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the frame mainly includes a body, and an upper bracket 211 and a lower bracket 212 connected to the body and spaced apart from each other in the vertical direction, so as to function as each jig or mechanism for manufacturing processes. The upper bracket 211 is used for arranging the lifting mechanism 250, and the lower bracket 212 is used for arranging the rubber tube clamp 220. In other embodiments, the frame may have other structures, but it is necessary to ensure that a space for installing the joint clamp and a space for lifting the joint clamp are left above the hose clamp 220.
Further, in the present embodiment, the connection manner between the upper bracket 211 and the lower bracket 212 and the body may preferably be welding, but is not limited to the present embodiment.
As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, two sets of joint disassembling and assembling members are respectively installed in the frame and are oppositely arranged at intervals in the horizontal direction. The two sets of coupling removal assemblies are substantially identical in construction and are a mounting assembly and a removal assembly, respectively, for mounting the coupling 120 to the end of the hose 110 and for removing the coupling 120 from the hose 110. Wherein, each group of joint dismounting components mainly comprises a rubber tube clamp 220, a joint clamp, a lifting mechanism 250, a connecting rod 241 and a torque rod 260. The following describes a set of joint attaching and detaching assemblies in detail, taking the attaching assembly as an example.
As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, a hose clamp 220 is fixed to the lower bracket 212 of the frame for vertically clamping the hose 110. Specifically, the hose clamp 220 mainly includes two clamping blocks 221 disposed opposite to each other, one side of each clamping block 221 is rotatably connected, the other side of each clamping block 221 is openably and closably connected, and a surface of one side of each clamping block 221 opposite to the other clamping block 221 is recessed with a groove, so that when the two clamping blocks 221 are closed, the two grooves together form a clamping space for clamping the hose 110.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the slots of the clamping block 221 are preferably semicircular structures, so that the two slots together form a cylindrical clamping space. And, the inner diameter of the clamping space is equal to the pipe diameter of the rubber pipe 110. Through the design, the clamping blocks 221 can be fully attached to the rubber tube 110, so that the clamping effect of the rubber tube clamp 220 on the rubber tube 110 is improved. In other embodiments, the clamping space may be designed in other shapes, and is not limited to this embodiment.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, in the present embodiment, the hose clamp 220 is preferably fixedly connected to the lower bracket 212 by a fixing plate 224.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, in the present embodiment, one side of the two clamp blocks 221 is preferably rotatably connected by a pin 222, and the other side of the two clamp blocks 221 is preferably adjustably locked by a cam structure.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 8, in the present embodiment, the cam structure substantially includes a first block 2211 and a handle 223 having a second block 2231. The handle 223 is rotatably disposed on one of the clamping blocks 221, the second fixture block 2231 is disposed on the handle 223 and can rotate therewith, the first fixture block 2211 is disposed on the other clamping block 221, and one side of the first fixture block 2211 corresponding to the second fixture block 2231 is substantially in an eccentric circle (cam). Accordingly, based on the principle of motion friction of the eccentric circle (cam) structure, when the handle 223 with the second fixture block 2231 rotates relative to the first fixture block 2211, the friction force between the first fixture block 2211 and the second fixture block 2231 gradually increases or decreases along with the rotation of the handle 223, so as to achieve locking or releasing, so that the rubber tube 110 is clamped by the two clamping blocks 221, and further, the rubber tube 110 is rapidly clamped by the two clamping blocks 221 through self-locking of the cam structure.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the present embodiment, the joint jig is disposed above the hose jig 220 so as to be liftable and horizontally rotatable, and is located between the upper holder 211 and the hose jig 220. In which the horizontal rotation directions of the joint clamps of the mounting assembly and the dismounting assembly are opposite, for the sake of convenience of distinction, the joint mounting clamp 230a and the joint dismounting clamp 230b are respectively named below. Accordingly, on the basis of the existing structure that the joint 120 is rotatably sleeved at the end of the rubber tube 110, when two joint clamps having different horizontal rotation directions (i.e., clockwise rotation and counterclockwise rotation) drive the joint 120 to rotate relative to the rubber tube 110, the lifting mechanism 250 can be used to drive the joint clamps to rotate, so as to drive the joint 120 to be inserted into the rubber tube 110 or pulled out from the rubber tube 110.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the joint jig mainly includes a connecting portion 231 and a copying clamp portion 232. The connecting portion 231 is connected to the lifting mechanism 250, and the lifting mechanism 250 can drive the rubber tube clamp 220 to lift. The contoured clip 232 is disposed at the bottom of the connecting portion 231 and matches the shape of the joint 120 for clipping the joint 120.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the profiling clamping portion 232 includes two clamping jaws 2321, the two clamping jaws 2321 are symmetrically distributed at an oblique angle on the horizontal plane, and an inner surface of each clamping jaw 2321 is provided with a clamping groove 23211 matched with the joint 120.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, which specifically show the structure of the joint mounting fixture 230a and the joint dismounting fixture 230b, respectively, it can be seen that the distribution of the clamping jaws 2321 of the joint fixtures of the two sets of joint dismounting assemblies is symmetrical with respect to that shown in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 6, the opening direction of the clamping groove 23211 on the clamping jaw 2321 of the joint installation clamp 230a is counterclockwise, the clamping jaw 2321 of the joint installation clamp 230a rotates counterclockwise relative to the joint 120 to clamp the joint 120 into the clamping groove 23211 of the clamping jaw 2321, and when the joint installation clamp 230a clamped with the joint 120 rotates counterclockwise relative to the rubber hose 110, the lifting mechanism 250 can lift the joint installation clamp 230a to pull out the joint 120 from the rubber hose 110.
Accordingly, as shown in fig. 7, the opening direction of the clamping groove 23211 on the clamping jaw 2321 of the joint dismounting jig 230b is clockwise, the clamping jaw 2321 of the joint dismounting jig 230b rotates clockwise relative to the joint 120 to clamp the joint 120 into the clamping groove 23211 of the clamping jaw 2321, and when the joint dismounting jig 230b clamped with the joint 120 rotates clockwise relative to the rubber hose 110, the joint 120 can be inserted into the end of the rubber hose 110 by pressing down the joint dismounting jig 230b by the lifting mechanism 250.
In other embodiments, the horizontal rotation directions for mounting and dismounting can be exchanged according to different insertion and extraction rotation directions of the hose 110 and the joint 120.
As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the lower end of the connecting rod 241 is horizontally and rotatably connected to the joint clamp, and the upper end of the connecting rod 241 is connected to the lifting mechanism 250, so that the lifting mechanism 250 drives the joint clamp to lift through the connecting rod 241. Specifically, the lower end of the connecting rod 241 is provided with a bearing 242, so that the connecting rod 241 is horizontally and rotatably connected to the top of the joint jig through the bearing 242.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, a bearing cover 233 is fixed to a top portion of the joint fixture (i.e., a top portion of the connection portion 231), a bearing 242 cavity for accommodating the bearing 242 is defined between the bearing cover 233 and the joint fixture, a shaft hole having a size smaller than that of the bearing 242 is formed in the bearing cover 233, and a rod diameter of the connection rod 241 is smaller than that of the bearing 242 and equal to a bore diameter of the shaft hole. Accordingly, when the lower end of the connecting rod 241 penetrates through the shaft hole and is connected to the bearing 242 accommodated in the cavity of the bearing 242, the lifting mechanism 250 can simultaneously achieve the functions of driving the joint clamp to lift through the connecting rod 241 and horizontally rotating the joint clamp relative to the hose clamp 220. In other embodiments, the connecting rod 241 may also be connected to the joint clamp by other structures, and the lifting mechanism 250 may also replace the connecting rod 241 by other structures, which is not limited to this embodiment.
As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, in the present embodiment, the torque rod 260 is fixedly connected to the joint jig and extends in the horizontal direction. Accordingly, an operator can apply force to one end of the torque rod 260, which is far away from the joint clamp, to drive the joint clamp to horizontally rotate relative to the rubber pipe clamp 220, so that the process of rotationally inserting or extracting the joint 120 is more labor-saving.
As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, in the present embodiment, the lifting mechanism 250 is disposed on the frame and connected to the joint clamp, so as to drive the joint clamp to lift relative to the hose clamp 220 along the axial direction of the hose 110. Wherein, based on the frame includes upper bracket 211, and connects the design that anchor clamps are located between upper bracket 211 and rubber tube anchor clamps 220, elevating system 250 can set up on upper bracket 211, and connect in connecting anchor clamps through connecting rod 241 to it goes up and down to drive through connecting rod 241 and connect anchor clamps.
Further, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, in the present embodiment, the lifting mechanism 250 is preferably in the form of a lever 251 mechanism. The lifting mechanism 250 mainly includes a lever 251 and a support 252. The holder 252 is fixed to the upper holder 211, the lever 251 is rotatably coupled to the holder 252 at a middle portion thereof, and the lever 251 has a coupling end 2511 rotatably coupled to an upper end of the coupling rod 241 and a free end 2512 spaced apart from the holder 252 than the coupling end. The lever 251, the support 252, the upper bracket 211 and the connecting rod 241 generally constitute a set of four-link lever structure. Accordingly, an operator can correspondingly drive the joint clamp to descend or ascend by lifting or pressing the free end 2512 of the lever 251, so that the joint 120 can be inserted into or pulled out of the rubber pipe 110 more conveniently and more labor-saving by utilizing the lever principle.
With the above exemplary description of the hose joint attaching and detaching device according to the present invention, a detailed operation procedure of the fitting attachment and detachment of the hose joint attaching and detaching device will be briefly described below.
When the joint of the rubber pipe is installed by using the installation component of the rubber pipe joint dismounting device:

At the same time, the terminal 120 to be mounted is snapped into the terminal mounting jig 230a. Then, the torque rod 260 is rotated counterclockwise, the joint mounting fixture 230a is used to drive the joint 120 to rotate counterclockwise by about 90 ° relative to the hose 110 in the hose fixture 220 (the rotation angle can be adjusted according to the angle of the rotating sleeve of the hose 110 and the joint 120), and at the same time, the free end 2512 of the lever 251 is lifted, and the connecting end 2511 of the lever 251 drives the joint 120 to press down relative to the hose 110 through the connecting rod 241 and the joint dismounting fixture 230b, so that the joint 120 is inserted into the port of the hose 110.
When the joint of the rubber pipe is disassembled by utilizing the disassembling component of the rubber pipe joint disassembling and assembling device:
first, the handle 223 is operated to release the two clamping blocks 221 of the hose clamp 220 from each other, the hose 110 with the joint 120 is placed between the two clamping blocks 221 of the hose clamp 220, and then the handle 233 is operated to clamp the two clamping blocks 221, so that the hose 110 is clamped by the hose clamp 220. At the same time, the terminal 120 is snapped into the terminal removal jig 230b. Then, the torque rod 260 is rotated clockwise, the joint removing clamp 230b is used to drive the joint 120 to rotate clockwise by about 90 ° relative to the hose 110 in the hose clamp 220 (the rotation angle can be adjusted according to the angle of the rotating sleeve joint of the hose 110 and the joint 120), and at the same time, the free end 2512 of the lever 251 is pressed down, so that the connecting end 2511 of the lever 251 drives the joint 120 to lift relative to the hose 110 through the connecting rod 241 and the joint removing clamp 230b, thereby pulling out the joint 120 from the hose 110.
It should be noted that the above exemplary description of the hose joint dismounting device according to the present invention is taken as an example of a device that meets both the requirements of fitting and dismounting a joint. In other embodiments, only one set of mounting components or at least one set of dismounting components may be provided on the frame, as only either need for fitting or dismounting of the joint is required. Furthermore, a plurality of pairs of joint disassembling and assembling components (that is, each pair of joint disassembling and assembling components includes a set of assembling components and a set of disassembling components) may be disposed on the frame, or different numbers of assembling components and disassembling components may be disposed, which is not limited to the embodiment.
It should be noted herein that the hose coupling removal devices illustrated in the drawings and described in the present specification are only a few examples of the many types of hose coupling removal devices that can employ the principles of the present invention. It should be clearly understood that the principles of the present invention are in no way limited to any of the details of the hose coupling removal device or any of the components of the hose coupling removal device shown in the drawings or described in the specification.
