The punch 8 is further provided with a circle of pressing sleeve 9, when the punch 8 moves downwards to the maximum stroke position, the distance between the pressing sleeve 9 and the lower die 10 is equal to the thickness of the workpiece 7, and the workpiece 7 can be prevented from being warped due to the action of external force to cause the damage of the workpiece 7.
The pressing sleeve 9 is in sliding fit with the punch 8, the punch 8 is fixedly provided with a fixing sleeve 12 at the position above the pressing sleeve 9, a first spring 13 is sleeved outside the punch 8, and two ends of the first spring 13 are respectively fixed on the fixing sleeve 12 and the pressing sleeve 9, so that good contact between the pressing sleeve 9 and the workpiece 7 can be guaranteed.
The upper template 3 is provided with a guide rod 6, and the lower template 11 is provided with a guide hole corresponding to the guide rod 6 in position and used for guiding the movement of the upper template 3.
The rubber sheet is adhered to the contact surface of the push plate 14 and the workpiece 7, so that the damage to the workpiece 7 can be reduced.
The bedplate 2 is provided with an air pipe used for blowing air to the lower die 10, the air pipe is connected with an external air source, and the air pipe is provided with a control switch which can blow air to the lower die 10 to clean up scraps and the like generated in the flanging process.
The push plate 14 and the mounting seat 19 are both composed of a flat plate and a semicircular plate, the flat plate and the semicircular plate are perpendicular to each other to form an L-shaped structure, the flat plate is used for being in contact with the workpiece 7 or the lower template 11, and the semicircular plate is used for being connected with a connecting rod in a mounting mode.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the punch 8 moves downwards, the punch 8 is firstly contacted with the push plate 14, the parallelogram connecting rod structure moves downwards, the second spring 20 is stretched, then the workpiece 7 is contacted with the punch 8, the punch 8 carries out flanging operation on the workpiece 7, after the flanging operation is finished, the punch 8 moves upwards, and when the second spring 20 returns to move, the parallelogram connecting rod structure can drive the push plate 14 to push upwards to jack the flanging position of the workpiece 7, so that automatic material returning is finished, and manual material taking is not needed; meanwhile, the pressing sleeve 9 can be in good contact with the workpiece 7, and the workpiece 7 is prevented from being suddenly warped under the action of external force to cause generation of waste materials.
