本发明公开了一种双层过滤网,包括过滤网本体,过滤网本体由两层结构组成,分别为上层滤网和下层滤网,上层滤网与下层滤网之间通过支撑体连接,上层滤网的滤孔大于下层滤网的滤孔,上层滤网的边缘设置有挡片,下层滤网的两侧设置有安装件。本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,使用操作便捷,采用双层过滤的方式,能有效的过滤掉各种杂质,效率高,过滤效果好,同时双层过滤网之间固定牢固,提高了稳定性,安装件的设定,便于滤网固定安装。

本发明涉及一种滤网,尤其涉及一种双层过滤网。
背景技术
过滤网一般安装在机械设备中用于过滤固体杂质,现有技术中的过滤板要过滤效果不好,而且需要经常更换或者清洗过滤板。因此,为解决上述问题,特提供一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明提供一种双层过滤网。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种双层过滤网,包括过滤网本体,所述过滤网本体由两层结构组成,分别为上层滤网和下层滤网,所述上层滤网与下层滤网之间通过支撑体连接,所述上层滤网的滤孔大于下层滤网的滤孔,所述上层滤网的边缘设置有挡片,所述下层滤网的两侧设置有安装件。
进一步的,所述支撑体的数量为4-6根。
进一步的,所述支撑体固定在上层滤网和下层滤网的边缘。
进一步的,所述支撑体与上层滤网和支撑体与下层滤网的连接处均设有加强筋。
本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,使用操作便捷,采用双层过滤的方式,能有效的过滤掉各种杂质,效率高,过滤效果好,同时双层过滤网之间固定牢固,提高了稳定性,安装件的设定,便于滤网固定安装。

如图1所示的一种双层过滤网,包括过滤网本体,过滤网本体由两层结构组成,分别为上层滤网1和下层滤网2,上层滤网1与下层滤网2之间通过支撑体3连接,上层滤网1的滤孔4大于下层滤网2的滤孔4,上层滤网1的边缘设置有挡片6,下层滤网2的两侧设置有安装件7,支撑体3的数量为4-6根,支撑体3固定在上层滤网1和下层滤网2的边缘,支撑体3与上层滤网1和支撑体3与下层滤网2的连接处均设有加强筋5。
本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,使用操作便捷,采用双层过滤的方式,能有效的过滤掉各种杂质,效率高,过滤效果好,同时双层过滤网之间固定牢固,提高了稳定性,安装件的设定,便于滤网固定安装。
