Abstract

一种一次性电子输尿管软镜插入端,为整个软镜的主要关键部位,包括前端外罩由硬质、透明医用塑料或医用复合材料注塑成型,直径微细硬质减轻患者的不适及疼痛感,前端外罩内安装微型镜头、微型图像传感芯片、工作通道、微型照明模块,前端外罩和插入管弯曲部分别紧套覆盖在插入管前端外表面上连接成整体,插入管弯曲部与插入管连接成整体,连接处内壁上有钢丝限位槽与钢丝配合,微型图像传感芯片、照明模块的连接线通过线缆与手柄数据接口相连。图像分辨率高,简化了输尿管软镜装置的散热设计,有效降低前端外罩表面温升,又进一步简化制作工艺降低生产成本,在透明的前端外罩内直接安装微型照明模块LED光源,照明均匀亮度高,更便于医生观察和手术操作。

Description

一次性电子输尿管软镜插入端
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,特别是输尿管软镜的主要关键部位,一种一次性电子输尿管软镜插入端。
背景技术
目前,很多医院还仍然采用纤维内窥镜技术的输尿管软镜,因此在外径不能过粗的临床要求下,输尿管纤维软镜存在分辨率低的特点,同时在手术过程中内窥镜前端的弯曲操作也易导致软镜出现纤维断裂的故障。
另外,现虽有进口电子内窥镜技术的输尿管软镜,但其价格昂贵,只能多次消毒重复使用,但还不能进行连台手术使用。
专利申请号201510199054.X“一次性软质输尿管导管”,仅提供了一种工作部分为软质多腔管的导管,解决了现有软管操作不够灵活、精准的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种一次性电子输尿管软镜插入端,插入部分直径微细硬质,减轻病患者的不适及疼痛感,并图像分辨率高,方便观察、便于医生的手术操作治疗,简化了整个软镜装置的散热设计,进一步简化了制作工艺,降低了制作成本可一次性使用,避免交叉感染的风险。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:一次性电子输尿管软镜插入端,包括前端外罩由硬质、透明的医用或医用复合材料注塑成型,所述前端外罩内安装有微型镜头、微型图像传感芯片、工作通道、微型照明模块,所述前端外罩和插入管弯曲部,分别紧套覆盖在插入管前端整个外表面上连接成整体,所述插入管弯曲部与插入管连接成整体,连接处内壁上还有钢丝限位槽与钢丝配合,所述微型图像传感芯片、微型照明模块LED光源的连接线通过线缆与手柄数据接口相连。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:此输尿管软镜插入端为整个软镜的主要、关键部位,现由硬质、透明的医用塑料或医用复合材料制作的前端外罩,代替原有用医用不锈钢金属制作的插入管前端的结构和功能,简化整个装置的散热设计,有效降低前端外罩表面的温升,又进一步简化制作工艺降低生产成本,适合批量生产,在透明前端外罩内直接安装微型照明模块LED光源,使照明均匀亮度高,更便于医生的观察和手术操作。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的实施例作进一步详细描述。
前端外罩1由医用硬质、透明高分子材料注塑成型,截面可为圆形或椭圆形如图2所示为圆形截面,为尽可能缩短横截面的周长,需将微型镜头1-1、微型照明模块1-2、工作通道1-3、微型图像传感芯片1-4进行优化布局。
前端外罩1的前端面为封闭的圆弧面,圆弧面中间有两通孔分别与微型镜头1-1、工作通道1-3匹配配合,前端外罩1内在微型镜头1-1的两侧,直接安装由微小尺寸封装的LED光源作为微型照明模块1-2,光源个数为两LED灯,光源安装在透明硬质前端外罩内,灯光均匀又能有效抑制外罩表面的温升,减少了散热结构的设计,制作工艺更简单,医生更易观察、操作、掌控。
前端外罩1横截面法式周长在8.3~9.6Fr范围内。
微型镜头1-1是方形,尺寸不超过1毫米×1毫米,法式周长不超过3.82Fr,微型镜头后面紧贴微型图像传感芯片1-4,尺寸不超过1毫米×1毫米,法式周长不超过3.82Fr,分辨率不低于16万像素,镜头、芯片采用相同大小、形状的设计可以在保持镜头最小法式周长的前提下,最大程度地利用传感芯片的16万个像素点。
工作通道1-3贯穿在整个输尿管软镜插入管中。内径在1.1~1.2毫米,法式周长在3.3~3.6Fr范围,可允许常用的手术器械通过并进入体内取石网篮、活检钳等,还具有喷水作清洗器官、清洗污垢使用及吸引功能。
插入管前端1-5为用不锈钢制作两端开口的套管,前端外罩1用内端上的内止口和插入管弯曲部2一端上的内止口,分别套紧并粘结固定在插入管前端1-5的整个外表面上,将插入管前端1-5完全覆盖在内,插入管前端起到支撑前端外罩1和整个插入管3的作用。
两根钢丝16的一端焊接固定在插入管前端1-5的不锈钢套上,另一端连接在手柄转向旋钮5上,在插入管弯曲部2与插入管3连接处有钢丝限位槽2-3与钢丝16配合并使其定位,如图4所示,只需转动手柄7上的手柄转向旋钮5,钢丝16可双向主动弯曲,每个方向弯曲角度在0~275度范围,如图6所示,也可放置一根钢丝实现一个方向的主动弯曲,根据需要选择。
插入管弯曲部2采用外涂薄膜的蛇管制作,由主动弯曲管2-1和被动弯曲管2-2组成,可降低敏感部位的压力和不适感,插入管3为硬质部用医用塑料或医用复合材料制作,便于保持在输尿道中的操控。
也可将插入管弯曲部2、插入管3采用相同材料制作,用医用塑料或医用复合材料一次性注塑成多腔管,内有工作腔1-5、线缆腔1-6、钢丝腔1-7,如图5所示。
微型图像传感芯片1-4、微型照明模块1-2的连接线通过线缆17与手柄数据接口8相连。
插入管3后端通过插入管接口4连接手柄7,工作通道1-3的末端与手柄工作通道接口6连接,手柄7通过数据线9、数据线端头10、主机数据接口11连接主机12,主机12连接监视器14和计算机或移动终端15,还有主机开关13,如图7所示连接好后就可工作。

Claims (8)

1.一种一次性电子输尿管软镜插入端,其特征在于包括前端外罩(1)由硬质、透明的医用塑料或医用复合材料注塑成型,所述前端外罩(1)内安装有微型镜头(1-1)、微型照明模块(1-2)、工作通道(1-3)、微型图像传感芯片(1-4),所述前端外罩(1)和插入管弯曲部(2)分别紧套覆盖在插入管前端(1-5)整个外表面上连接成整体,所述插入管弯曲部(2)与插入管(3)连接成整体,连接处内壁上还有钢丝限位槽(2-3)与钢丝(16)配合,所述微型图像传感芯片(1-4)、微型照明模块(1-2)LED光源的连接线通过线缆(17)与手柄数据接口(8)相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一次性电子输尿管软镜插入端,其特征在于所述前端外罩(1)截面为圆形或椭圆形,横截面法式周长在8.3~9.6Fr范围内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一次性电子输尿管软镜插入端,其特征在于所述前端外罩(1)的前端面为封闭的圆弧面,圆弧面中间有两通孔分别与微型镜头(1-1)、工作通道(1-3)匹配配合,前端外罩(1)内在微型镜头(1-1)的两侧,直接安装由微小尺寸封装的LED光源作为微型照明模块(1-2),光源个数为两LED灯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一次性电子输尿管软镜插入端,其特征在于所述微型镜头(1-1)是方形,尺寸不超过1毫米×1毫米,法式周长不超过3.82Fr,微型镜头后面紧贴微型图像传感芯片(1-4),尺寸不超过1毫米×1毫米,法式周长不超过3.82Fr,分辨率不低于16万像素。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一次性电子输尿管软镜插入端,其特征在于所述工作通道(1-3)贯穿在整个输尿管软镜导管中,末端与手柄工作通道接口(6)连接,内径在1.1~1.2毫米,法式周长在3.3~3.6Fr范围。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一次性电子输尿管软镜插入端,其特征在于所述两根钢丝(16)的一端焊接固定在插入管前端(1-5)不锈钢套上,另一端连接在手柄转向旋钮(5)上,在插入管弯曲部(2)与插入管(3)连接处有钢丝限位槽(2-3)与钢丝(16)配合并使其定位,钢丝(16)可双向主动弯曲,每个方向弯曲角度在0~275度范围。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一次性电子输尿管软镜插入端,其特征在于所述插入管前端(1-5)为用不锈钢制作两端开口的套管,前端外罩(1)用内端上的内止口和插入管弯曲部(2)一端上的内止口,分别套紧并粘结固定在插入管前端(1-5)的外表面上,将插入管前端(1-5)完全覆盖在内,插入管前端起到支撑前端外罩(1)和整个插入管(3)的作用。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一次性电子输尿管软镜插入端,其特征在于所述插入管弯曲部(2)、插入管(3)采用相同材料制作,用医用塑料或医用复合材料一次性注塑成多腔管,内有工作腔(1-5)、线缆腔(1-6)、钢丝腔(1-7)。
