The following detailed description of exemplary embodiments of the disclosure refers to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 schematically illustrates a flow chart demonstrating a state synchronization method 100 in an exemplary embodiment of the disclosure. The presentation state synchronization method 100 may be applied to a presentation client used by a meeting presenter. Referring to fig. 1, the presentation state synchronization method 100 may include:
step S102, downloading the demonstration file with the authentication information from the server and demonstrating locally;
step S104, monitoring the demonstration state of the demonstration file through a loading item and generating synchronous information; and
and step S106, sending the synchronous information to the server according to the authentication information.
The demonstration state synchronization system provided by the disclosure downloads conference materials to the local place, and uses the built-in loading item of demonstration software to monitor the demonstration state of the demonstration file, so that the transmission reliability is high, the delay is low, and the operation training of participants is not needed, and the use experience of the participants is improved while the problems of unstable monitoring and complex operation of the traditional mode are effectively solved. In addition, the demonstration state synchronization system provided by the disclosure can be deployed in an enterprise intranet according to needs, so that the information safety is ensured.
The steps of the presentation state synchronization method 100 will be described in detail below.
In step S102, downloading a presentation file with authentication information attached thereto from a server and performing a presentation locally;
the server in this step may be, for example, a conference server, and is configured to manage conference materials and send and receive presentation state synchronization information. Through downloading the demonstration file package to the local, need not to log in the system and carry out online demonstration, make the demo can directly click the demonstration file, need not to carry out the operation training to the demo to reduce demo's use threshold.
The authentication information is an attachment to the presentation file that can be used to distinguish the presentation file from other non-conference files. The file may be attached in a variety of ways, for example, the authentication information file and the presentation file may be packaged in the same compressed package and sent to the presentation end, but this disclosure is not limited thereto.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the authentication information may include an identification code of the presentation file and an address of the server. In other embodiments, the authentication information may also include information such as a password, an encryption method, or other information, and those skilled in the art may set the authentication information according to the actual situation. In addition, in order to prevent the authentication information from being tampered, the authentication information itself may be encrypted.
And step S104, monitoring the demonstration state of the demonstration file through the loading item and generating synchronous information.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the presentation file comprises a PPT file and the add-on comprises a Windows office add-on.
The loader is seamlessly integrated with Microsoft Office PowerPoint as part of Microsoft Office PowerPoint, starting with its launch. The user can start the loading item just by opening the file as demonstrating PPT on the computer at ordinary times without any additional operation. Compared with other modes, the loading program has small volume, high starting speed, stable monitoring and small transmission delay.
After clicking the demonstration file downloaded from the conference server, the presenter can start demonstration software and a loading item of the demonstration software, and the loading item can monitor the demonstration state of the demonstration file at the moment. For example, the loader can listen to the information of the material currently presented, the number of pages displayed, the operation of the mouse on the pages, and the like. When a presenter performs operations such as clicking, amplifying, page turning and the like on a presentation file, the loading item responds to the messages of the actions, and reads the current states of the page number, the mouse position, the key position mark of the presentation file, the opening of an attachment and the like of the presentation file to serve as the synchronous information of the presentation file.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the synchronization information includes the number of presentation pages of the presentation file and mouse operation information. In other embodiments, the synchronization information may further include other information such as an audio-video presentation node, which is not particularly limited in this disclosure.
The demonstration state of the demonstration file is monitored through the loading item, so that the information is complete, the response is fast, and more detailed synchronous information can be generated in the same time.
And step S106, sending the synchronous information to the server according to the authentication information.
When a presenter clicks and opens a presentation file and starts presentation software and a loading item of the presentation software, the loading item reads authentication information attached to the presentation file after reading the presentation state of the presentation file, so that corresponding synchronization information is pushed to a server when the presentation file is presented according to the information of the authentication information.
Illustratively, after the latest synchronization information is acquired in response to the operation of the user on the presentation file, the loader packages and sends the synchronization information and the identification code to the server according to the address of the server, so that the server confirms which presentation file the synchronization information belongs to according to the identification code.
In some embodiments, the authentication information may further describe an encryption method of the present presentation for information security, and in this case, after the loader reads the authentication information, the loader may encrypt a packet of the synchronization information and the identification code according to the encryption method described in the authentication information, and send the encrypted packet to the server. When the authentication information itself is encrypted, the loader may first decrypt the authentication information according to a preset manner, and then read the authentication information. The above encryption settings may be set individually or simultaneously.
The Microsoft Office PowerPoint loading item is used for monitoring the presentation state when demonstrating PPT, and the presentation state is pushed to the conference server, so that the presentation progress of the client is synchronized, stable and reliable monitoring and low synchronous transmission delay can be achieved.
Fig. 2 schematically illustrates a flow chart demonstrating a state synchronization method 200 in an exemplary embodiment of the disclosure. The presentation state synchronization method 200 may be applied at the conference server side.
Referring to fig. 2, the presentation state synchronization method 200 may include:
step S202, receiving and storing the demonstration file.
The conference server records conference information such as conference time, conference location, conference participants and the like and related conference materials, and is connected with a plurality of conference clients.
After receiving a presentation file uploaded by any conference client application program, the conference server adds relevant authentication information to the presentation file, where the authentication information may include a presentation file identification code, a server address, and encryption information.
Step S204, responding to a demonstration file downloading instruction of the first client to generate authentication information corresponding to the demonstration file, packaging the authentication information and the demonstration file and sending the authentication information and the demonstration file to the first client.
When receiving a download instruction sent by a first client (presentation end), the conference server transmits the presentation file attached with the authentication information to the first client. In some embodiments, the manner in which the synchronization information is encrypted may be agreed upon in the authentication information of the presentation file.
Generally, the first client is the presentation client where the presenter is located, but in some cases, there may be multiple clients applying for downloading the presentation file. To ensure information security and avoid synchronization information transmission conflicts, a download password may be set to restrict non-presenters from downloading the presentation file. When there are multiple necessary downloading requirements, the server may remove the authentication information of the presentation file downloaded by the non-presenter in advance, or may shield the synchronization information of the presentation file used by the non-presenter by setting an identification code or the like.
Step S206, receiving the synchronization information sent by the first client and sending the synchronization information to the second client.
And identifying the synchronous information after receiving the synchronous information sent by the first client. If the synchronous information is encrypted, the synchronous information is decrypted firstly, then the demonstration file identification code in the synchronous information is read, and the demonstration file to which the synchronous information belongs is confirmed according to the identification code.
After the latest synchronization information of one presentation file is confirmed, the synchronization information can be packaged and sent to a second client, namely a conference participant, or the synchronization information can be directly identified, and the synchronization state is restored on the presentation file stored in the server for the second client (the conference participant) to watch online.
