When the heat pump cooling device works, hot water flows to the upstream, cold water flows down, so that the water temperature at the lower part of the water tank is lower, the energy efficiency ratio of the heat pump can be improved due to the low water temperature during heating, but when the heat pump cooling device cools, the liquid return pipe can be frozen due to the sinking of the cold water, the evaporation temperature is too low, the energy efficiency ratio of the heat pump is reduced, and even the unit fault is caused.

When heating, the telescopic piece at the cold water end is stretched by the telescopic head, so that the honeycomb pipe at the cold water end is positioned at the low position of the inner container, and meanwhile, the telescopic piece at the hot water end is shortened, so that the honeycomb pipe at the hot water end is positioned at the high position of the inner container, hot water flows upwards, and cold water flows downwards, thereby achieving the heating function (see figure 1); when in refrigeration, the telescopic piece at the cold water end is shortened through the telescopic head, so that the honeycomb pipe at the cold water end is positioned at the high position of the inner container, and meanwhile, the telescopic piece at the hot water end is stretched, so that the honeycomb pipe at the hot water end is positioned at the low position of the inner container, and the hot water is downstream, thereby achieving the refrigeration function (see figure 2).
