In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, further comprising: the first wire through hole 134 is arranged at one side of the water pan body 12 far away from the evaporator assembly; a second wire hole 136 disposed on a side of the water pan body 12 remote from the evaporator assembly; the clamping plate 138 is arranged on one side of the water pan body 12 away from the evaporator assembly and is used for covering the wire body of the air conditioning equipment.
In this embodiment, the first wire through hole 134 and the second wire through hole 136 are disposed on the water pan body 12 to ensure that the wire body passes through, specifically, the first wire through hole 134 and the second wire through hole 136 are respectively a motor wire through hole and an electric heating wire through hole, and in addition, the evaporator assembly body is further provided with a clamping plate 138 to cover the wire body of the air conditioning equipment, so as to prevent the wire body from being exposed on the outer surface of the evaporator assembly body, thereby improving the safety performance of the air conditioning equipment.
In a specific implementation, the first wire via 134 is a motor wire via, the second wire via 136 is an electric heating wire via, and in addition, a maintenance water outlet 192 and a water pump wire via 194 are further provided to realize back wiring and facilitate maintenance.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the drip tray base 16, as shown in FIG. 1, preferably includes: a wire chase 162 disposed on a side of the drip tray base 16 remote from the evaporator assembly; the line clip 164 is detachably disposed at the line slot 162, and is used for covering the line body located in the line slot 162.
In this embodiment, the wire groove 162 and the wire clip 164 are mutually adapted and arranged on the water pan base 16, wherein the wire groove 162 is formed by recessing the water pan base 16, so as to reduce unnecessary processing procedures and ensure orderly arrangement of wire bodies; further, the wire clip 164 is detachably arranged at the wire slot 162, the wire slot 162 is covered by the wire clip 164, the wire body is prevented from falling off, the safety performance of the air conditioning equipment is further improved, and particularly, the wire slot 162 is arranged at one side, far away from the evaporator assembly, of the water pan body 12, so that the back wiring is realized, and the wire body is prevented from being soaked in water.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 to 5 and 10 to 13, preferably, the method further includes: the mounting hole 188 is arranged on the water pan body 12 and is used for mounting the water pan body 12; the rotary buckle 190 is disposed on the water pan body 12 and is used for installing an outer panel of the air conditioning equipment.
In this embodiment, a mounting hole 188 and a rotation buckle 190 are provided on the water pan, wherein the water pan assembly 1 is mounted through the mounting hole 188 provided on the water pan body 12, specifically, the mounting hole 188 is a threaded hole, and the rotation buckle 190 is provided on the peripheral side of the water pan body 12, so that after the air conditioner is mounted, the outer panel of the air conditioner is finally mounted on the water pan, and the air conditioner is assembled.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the drip tray body 12 and the drip tray chassis are preferably annular structures.
In this embodiment, the drip tray body 12 and the drip tray base 16 are configured in a ring configuration to accommodate a circular ceiling mounted machine, ensuring that the configuration is minimized.
In a specific embodiment, the water pan assembly 1 provided by the invention is of a three-layer design of the water pan base 16, the heat insulation foam 14 and the water pan body 12, has better strength and connection performance, can play a role in water receiving in the use process of the air conditioning equipment, and can not generate defects due to collision in the assembly and installation process of the air conditioning equipment, so that the normal use of the air conditioning equipment and the assembly efficiency of workers are ensured, the heat insulation foam 14 can effectively improve the integral heat insulation performance of the air conditioning equipment, and avoid the condensation phenomenon, wherein the water pan base 16 and the water pan body 12 are connected through the mutually matched positioning column 182, the positioning hole 184 and the fixing buckle 186, so that the connection strength of the water pan base 16 and the water pan body 12 is ensured; further, a drainage groove 122 is formed on one side of the water pan body 12 facing the evaporator assembly, a plurality of water guide ribs 124 are arranged in the drainage groove 122, so that a plurality of water flow channels are formed, water on the evaporator assembly is convenient to drop, condensed water on the evaporator assembly is collected through the drainage groove 122, 3 air outlets 126 are formed on the periphery of the water pan body 12, so that smooth passing of air flow is ensured, and particularly, a first air guide rib 128 and a second air guide rib 130 which are in a V shape are obliquely formed on the side wall of the drainage groove 122, so that on one hand, air flow can pass through the evaporator assembly, the effects of enhancing heat exchange and air guide are achieved, on the other hand, air flow disturbance in air conditioning equipment is avoided, noise is reduced, the first air guide rib 128 is higher than the water guide rib 124, the value range of a between the first air guide rib 128 and the water guide rib is between 20mm and 35mm, the height of the evaporator assembly entering the water pan is reduced, and the effective heat exchange area of the evaporator assembly is further improved, and the working performance of the air conditioning equipment is improved; further, a plurality of reinforcing ribs 132 are arranged on the water pan body 12, specifically, the reinforcing ribs 132 are uniformly distributed on the water pan body 12, so that the strength of the water pan body 12 is further improved, and the service life of the air conditioning equipment is further prolonged; further, the first wire passing hole 134 and the second wire passing hole 136 are provided on the back of the water pan body 12 to ensure the wire passing through, and the maintenance water outlet 192 and the water pump wire passing hole 194 are provided on the periphery side, which is convenient for maintenance.
A second aspect of the present invention proposes an air conditioning apparatus comprising: a drip tray assembly 1 according to any one of the embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention; and an evaporator assembly disposed at one side of the water receiving tray assembly 1 where the drain groove 122 is disposed; the outer panel is arranged on the other side of the water receiving disc assembly 1.
The air conditioning apparatus according to the second aspect of the present invention, which includes the water pan assembly 1 according to any one of the first aspect of the present invention, has all the advantages of the above embodiments, which are not described herein, and further includes an evaporator assembly and an outer panel to ensure normal use of the air conditioning apparatus, preferably, the air conditioning apparatus is a circular ceiling fan.

two side walls of the drainage groove incline towards the geometric center of the water receiving disc body to form a first air guide rib and a second air guide rib;
the first air guide ribs and the second air guide ribs are respectively positioned at the inner sides of the air outlets.
2. The drip tray assembly of claim 1, wherein said mounting structure comprises:
the positioning column is arranged at one end of the water receiving disc body, which faces the water receiving disc base; and/or
The positioning hole is arranged at one end of the water receiving disc body, which faces the water receiving disc base; and/or
The fixing buckle is arranged at one end of the water receiving disc body, which faces the water receiving disc base.

the second wire through hole is arranged at one side of the water pan body far away from the evaporator assembly;
the clamping plate is arranged on one side, far away from the evaporator assembly, of the water pan body and is used for covering the wire body of the air conditioning equipment.

the wire slot is arranged at one side of the water receiving disc base far away from the evaporator assembly;

the rotary buckle is arranged on the water pan body and used for installing an outer panel of the air conditioning equipment.
