Abstract
The invention discloses a novel four-way valve, which is characterized in that the length of a capillary tube is reduced, high-pressure gas generated by a power supply electromagnetic control valve passes through an air passage on a main valve body, the four-way valve is controlled to be reversed, and the phenomenon that a longer capillary tube in the traditional four-way valve is easy to vibrate, break and fall off is reduced. The space volume of the four-way valve is reduced, the four-way valve is convenient to package, transport and install, and the problem that the capillary tube is separated due to mistaken collision of the capillary tube is reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of four-way valves, in particular to a novel four-way valve.
Background
The four-way valve, a term for a hydraulic valve, is a control valve with four oil ports. The four-way valve is an indispensable component in refrigeration equipment, and is mostly used in the interior of current air-conditioning equipment. The four-way valve comprises a main valve body and an electromagnetic guide valve, wherein the main valve body is connected with the electromagnetic guide valve through a capillary tube made of copper, and the capillary tube is generally connected with the electromagnetic guide valve and the main valve body in a welding mode. Because the four-way valve is easy to vibrate during working, the welding parts at the two ends of the capillary tube are easy to break and fall off after long-term use, so that the four-way valve loses reversing capability. Therefore, a novel four-way valve is provided.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a novel four-way valve comprises a main valve body, a first connecting pipe, a second connecting pipe, a third connecting pipe, a fourth connecting pipe and an electromagnetic guide valve, wherein the electromagnetic guide valve is respectively communicated with two ends of the main valve body, the first connecting pipe and the third connecting pipe through capillary tubes, a mounting frame is welded on the main valve body, the electromagnetic guide valve is fixed on the mounting frame, a first air passage, a second air passage, a third air passage and a fourth air passage are arranged on the pipe wall of the main valve body, one end of the first air passage is communicated with the left end of the main valve body, the other end of the first air passage forms a first welded opening on the main valve body, one end of the second air passage is communicated with the right end of the main valve body, the other end of the second air passage forms a second welded opening on the main valve body, one end of the third air passage is communicated with the first connecting pipe, the other end of the main valve body forms a third welded opening, the first welding opening, the second welding opening, the third welding opening and the fourth welding opening are all located below the electromagnetic guide valve, and the first welding opening, the second welding opening, the third welding opening and the fourth welding opening are respectively connected with the electromagnetic guide valve through capillary tubes.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the novel four-way valve, the length of the capillary tube is reduced, and high-pressure gas generated by the electromagnetic control valve is supplied to the air passage on the main valve body, so that the four-way valve is controlled to be reversed, and the phenomenon that a longer capillary tube in the traditional four-way valve is easy to vibrate, break and fall is reduced. The space volume of the four-way valve is reduced, the four-way valve is convenient to package, transport and install, and the problem that the capillary tube is separated due to mistaken collision of the capillary tube is reduced.
