Description

Vertical rear bulb vertical shaft extending through-flow water wheel generator set
Technical Field
The invention relates to power generation equipment, in particular to a vertical post bulb vertical shaft extending through-flow water wheel generator set which is arranged on a water supply pipeline of a cooling tower when residual pressure of industrial circulating water is recovered.
Background
In the energy-saving field of industrial circulating water residual pressure utilization, the vertical shaft extending through-flow type integral unit is used for industrial circulating water residual pressure recovery power generation, and the unit has a compact structure, small occupied area and convenient installation. The existing vertical shaft extension tubular integral unit adopts a traditional front bulb type, the front part of a water turbine runner is provided with a bulb, a group of steering gears are arranged in the bulb, the direction of a main shaft of the water turbine runner is reversed by 90 degrees to form a vertical shaft extension type, and the vertical shaft extension type extends out of a pipeline to be connected with a generator so as to avoid the generator from being wetted and flooded. The rear part of the bulb body is sequentially provided with a water guide blade, a rotating wheel and the like. Such units are typically installed on horizontal pipes without serious problems. However, in practical engineering for generating power by utilizing residual pressure of industrial circulating water, there is often a small available space, and a generator set cannot be installed horizontally, and the generator set must be directly and vertically installed on an upper tower pressure pipeline of a cooling tower, so that the occupation of the generator set is omitted. However, the shaft extension through-flow unit with the traditional structure is only suitable for being installed on a horizontal pipeline, if the unit is installed on a vertical water supply pipeline of an industrial cooling tower, water leakage which cannot be smoothly discharged from a main shaft seal of the unit can occur, the water leakage is gradually accumulated in a bulb body, a reversing gear and a unit bearing are submerged, and then faults of damaging the gear and the bearing frequently occur. The root cause of the problem is that when the unit is vertically installed, the gravity effect causes difficult drainage. Once the main shaft seal is worn, when water leakage occurs, the water leakage can be quickly penetrated through the framework seal and the bearing to be directly collected into the bulb body under the action of gravity. The bearing and the gear are submerged with the increase of accumulated water, so that oil-water mixture is formed to degrade lubricating oil, and the lubrication of the bearing and the gear is damaged, so that the bearing and the gear are damaged. Gravity acts as a main factor accumulated in the bulb body, is an insurmountable natural factor, and is difficult to completely prevent water leakage from entering the bulb body even if a drain pipe is arranged after the main shaft is sealed, so that the improvement and innovation of the structure are necessary.

The water guide blades connect the water guide cone with the water guide mechanism shell to form a water guide structure, and the water guide blades are arranged in front of the rotating wheel to form the annular quantity required by the inlet A at the lower part of the water turbine; the lower part of the main shaft of the water turbine is provided with a rotating wheel arranged outside the bulb body, the main shaft of the water turbine is vertically arranged in the center of the bulb body through a pushing bearing and a water guide bearing, the lower part of the pushing bearing is provided with a framework seal and a main shaft seal, a water draining cavity is formed between the framework seal and the main shaft seal, the water draining cavity is communicated with the outside of the shell through a water draining pipe, water leakage at the main shaft seal part is discharged, water leakage in a water flowing channel is effectively prevented from leaking into the bulb body, and the use safety and the service life are ensured.
