The current aluminum plate curtain wall industry, aluminum plate's mounting means mainly has aluminum alloy auxiliary frame hangers and two kinds of forms of L shape aluminium angle sign indicating number hangers. However, in either way, the traditional aluminum plate curtain wall is an on-site assembled lining framework, then a self-tapping screw is adopted to fix the installation scheme of four-circumference corner codes, the aluminum plates are scattered and spliced into cubes, and a weather-proof sealant is often adopted at the splice of the aluminum plates to close up. Advantageous effects of the invention
Compared with the prior art, the open type aluminum plate connecting system and the aluminum plate curtain wall and the connecting method thereof have the following advantages:
1. the aluminum plate can be installed on the inner side of the aluminum plate, the aluminum plate is easy to install and convenient to operate, and the cost for later replacement of the aluminum plate is low.
2. The scaffold is avoided being erected or the hanging basket is erected, the safety is improved, the measure cost is saved, and the construction period is shortened.
3. The aluminum plate is an open system, so that the glue injection process is omitted, the engineering cost is reduced, and the pollution of the sealing glue to the aluminum plate and the unattractive appearance caused by glue line bulge are avoided.
The 4.U base can rotate along with the circular tube, so that the installation angle of the aluminum plate can be adjusted, and the modeling requirement of a complex curved surface can be met.

Detailed Description
Specific embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an open aluminum plate connection system, comprising: the metal cover plate comprises a first curved keel 11, a U-shaped base 15, a metal hanging piece 13, a decoration panel 18 and a metal cover plate 12.
The first curved keel 11, in this embodiment, is a cylindrical keel, and in other embodiments, may be a semi-cylindrical, oval, or conical keel.
The U-shaped base 15, as shown in fig. 3, has a circular arc section 151 located in the middle and connecting arms 152 located at both ends of the circular arc section 151, the circular arc section 151 matches the curvature of the curved surface of the first curved keel 11, and two connecting arms 152 extend distally from both ends of the circular arc section 151. The arc segment 151 is disposed at a predetermined position of the guideline of the curved surface. That is, the arc segment 151 can be disposed at any angle of 360 degrees circumference of the cross section of the first curved keel 11, and the angle of the single U-shaped base 15 relative to the first curved keel 11 is determined by the curved shape of the integral aluminum curtain wall. The U-shaped base 15 is connected with the first curved keel 11 through a first self-tapping screw 16.
As shown in fig. 1, the second curved keel 19 is also provided with a U-shaped base 15, which is oriented perpendicular to the U-shaped base 15 on the first curved keel 11.
The metal hanger 13 is fixedly connected with the connecting arm 152, and the metal hanger 13 is fixedly connected with the connecting arm 152 by using the second self-tapping screw 17. As shown in fig. 3, one side of the metal hanger 13 has an inwardly bent panel fixing section 131, and the metal hanger 13 is an aluminum alloy hanger. The other side of the metal hanger 13 is provided with a buckle 132. The structures of the first tapping screw 16 and the second tapping screw 17 are omitted from fig. 3 for clarity of illustration of the structures of the metal hanger 13 and the U-shaped base 15.
The contact surface of the metal hanging piece 13 and the U-shaped base 15 has a gap of 4mm, and can be adjusted. The aluminum plate system of this embodiment is open, need not the injecting glue sealed, and metal pendant 13 and U type base 15 can be in aluminum plate inboard realization, convenient operation.
As shown in fig. 3, the edge of the decoration panel 18 is bent inwards to form a bending section 181, and the bending section 181 is fixedly connected with the panel fixing section 131. In the present embodiment, the bending section 181 and the panel fixing section 131 are riveted by rivets 14. The decorative panel 18 is a perforated aluminum plate.
Metal cover plate 12. Metal cover plate 12 is clamped on buckle 132. The metal cover plate 12 is an aluminum alloy cover plate. The metal cover plate 12 shields the internal connections of the aluminum plate system, improving the aesthetic effect.
The above structures are combined, so that the angle of the aluminum plate can be adjusted. And no adhesive is used to secure the trim panel 18.
The open type aluminum plate curtain wall can further increase the angle adjusting range of the aluminum plate.
In the open type aluminum plate curtain wall, besides the structure, the open type aluminum plate curtain wall further comprises:
the second curved keel 19 is disposed to intersect the first curved keel 11.
The third curved keel 20 is connected to the second curved keel 19 by a brace comprising a first brace 21 and a second brace 22. The first angle code 21 is fixedly connected with the second curved keel 19. One end of the second corner bracket 22 is connected with the first corner bracket 21, and the other end is connected with the third curved keel 20 through a bolt 23.
The curved surface locating piece 24 is provided with a curved surface connecting section 241 and a straight line connecting section 242, and the curved surface connecting section 241 is matched with the curved surface of the third curved keel 20. Curved connecting section 241 should be sized to cover the 120 degree arc of the cylindrical surface of third curved keel 20.
The following describes a connection method of an open type aluminum plate, comprising the steps of:
step one, fixing the first curved keel 11 on the working surface,
step two, calculating the inclination angle of the single decorative panel 18 according to the modeling of the integral curtain wall,
step three, fixing the U-shaped base 15 on the first curved keel 11, calculating the fixed position of the U-shaped base 15 on the first curved keel 11 according to the inclination angle of the single decoration panel 18,
step four, the two metal pendants 13 are respectively and fixedly connected with the two connecting arms 152 of the U-shaped base 15, one side of the metal pendants 13 is provided with a panel fixing section 131 which is bent inwards,
and fifthly, fixedly connecting a bending section 181 formed by inwards bending the edge of the decoration panel 18 with the panel fixing section 131.
When the open type aluminum plate curtain wall is installed, the installation steps are subjected to adaptive adjustment, and the following steps are used for replacing:
step six, fixing the third curved keel 20 in the working position,
step seven, fixing the curved surface connecting section 241 of the curved surface locating piece 24 at a preset position on the curved surface of the third curved surface keel 20, fixedly connecting the straight connecting section 242 of the curved surface locating piece 24 with the corner bracket,
step eight, fixedly connecting the second curved keels 19 with the corner brackets,
and step nine, arranging the first curved keels 11 and the second curved keels 19 in a crossing way.
And after the steps six to nine are completed, the steps two to five are carried out to complete the installation of the whole curtain wall.
The open type aluminum plate curtain wall further adopts the third curved surface keel, so that the angle of the aluminum plate can be adjusted to a greater degree.

wherein, open aluminum plate connection system includes:
a first curved-surface keel is arranged on the first surface keel,

a second curved keel which is arranged in a crossing way with the first curved keel,
a third curved surface keel connected to the second curved surface keel by an angle brace,
the curved surface locating piece is provided with a curved surface connecting section and a straight line connecting section, and the curved surface connecting section is matched with the curved surface of the third curved surface keel.
2. The open-type aluminum panel curtain wall of claim 1, wherein the open-type aluminum panel connection system further comprises:
a metal cover plate is arranged on the bottom of the metal cover plate,
the other side of the metal hanging piece is provided with a buckle,
the metal cover plate is clamped on the clamping buckle.

the first curved surface keels and the second curved surface keels are arranged in a crossing mode;
step two, calculating the inclination angle of the single decorative panel according to the modeling of the integral curtain wall,
step three, fixing the U-shaped base on the first curved surface keel, calculating the fixed position of the U-shaped base on the first curved surface keel according to the inclination angle of the single decoration panel,
