Abstract
The invention provides a wading product microorganism testing water supply system which is provided with a water inlet, wherein the water inlet is connected with a first waterway and a second waterway; the first waterway is connected to one input port of the main three-way valve; the second waterway is sequentially provided with a backflow blowout preventer, a water tank water inlet valve and a filter, the second waterway is communicated to a water tank, one side of the water tank is provided with a sterilization device, and the water tank is communicated to the other input port of the main three-way valve through a variable frequency pump; the output port of the main three-way valve is connected with a pressure regulating pipeline, and the downstream of the pressure regulating pipeline is connected with a plurality of test branches. The invention provides different water quality testing requirements required by the microorganism overall performance test and the functional test of the product through the change of the filter, the variable frequency pump, the sterilization device and the waterway, meets the water pressure and water flow rate requirements of the water quality of the water supply, and has the advantages of convenient operation, capability of ensuring the water supply, convenient use of all levels of testing units and the like.

Detailed Description
As shown in FIG. 1, the invention provides a wading product microorganism test water supply system, which is provided with a water inlet 1, wherein the water inlet 1 is connected with a first waterway and a second waterway;
the first waterway is connected to one input port of the main three-way valve 2;
the second waterway is sequentially provided with a backflow blowout preventer 3, a water tank water inlet valve 4 and a filter 5, the second waterway is communicated with a water tank 6 provided with a drainage pipeline 61, one side of the water tank 6 is provided with a sterilization device 7 (such as an ozone generator), the water tank 6 is also provided with a stirrer 8, and the water tank 6 is communicated with the other input port of the main three-way valve 2 through a variable frequency pump 9;
the output port of the main three-way valve 2 is connected with a pressure regulating pipeline, the pressure regulating pipeline is provided with a main pressure gauge 10 and a pressure regulating valve 11, the downstream of the pressure regulating pipeline is connected with a plurality of test branches, and each test branch is provided with a water meter 12, a secondary pressure gauge 13, a secondary three-way valve 14 and a test prototype 15, and finally connected to a water outlet sampling point 16.
The invention adopts the structure and can provide the following four operation modes:
1. mode of test of overall microbial performance of wading products:

the main three-way valve 2 is regulated to enable the second waterway to be communicated with the pressure regulating pipeline, the water tank water inlet valve 4 is opened, municipal pipe network water enters the backflow blowout preventer 3 through the water inlet 1, then enters the water tank 6 after being purified into pure water through the filter 5, the sterilization device 7 is started, the pure water is sterilized and then stands for at least 30 minutes, the variable frequency pump 9 is started, the pure water in the water tank 6 enters each test branch through the main three-way valve 2, and finally enters the test sample machine 15 to carry out a test experiment.
3. Wading product microbial functionality test mode:
the main three-way valve 2 is regulated to enable the second waterway to be communicated with the pressure regulating pipeline, the water tank water inlet valve 4 is opened, municipal pipe network water enters the backflow blowout preventer 3 through the water inlet 1, enters the water tank 6 after being purified into pure water through the filter 5, the standard adding bacterial suspension is added into the water tank 6, the variable frequency pump 9 is started after the stirrer 8 is started to stir uniformly, standard adding water in the water tank 6 enters each testing branch through the main three-way valve 2, and finally enters the testing machine 15 to carry out a testing experiment. In this mode, the return blowout preventer 3 is capable of preventing the addition of standard microorganisms from contaminating municipal water supplies.
4. Mode of water product microbiological test water supply disinfection:

The invention can freely select the general performance test mode of the microorganism of the wading product, the safety performance test mode of the microorganism of the wading product or the functional test mode of the microorganism of the wading product in the process of testing various test prototypes 15. Therefore, the invention provides different water quality testing requirements required by the microorganism overall performance test and the functional test of the product through the change of the filter 5, the variable frequency pump 9, the sterilization device 7 and the waterway, meets the water pressure and water flow rate requirements of the water quality of the water supply, and has the advantages of convenient operation, ensured water supply, convenient use of all levels of testing units and the like.
During the intervals of replacing the test prototype 15 or switching test modes, the primary wading product microbiological test water supply disinfection mode should be enabled. The disinfection mode has no disinfectant residue, no disinfection by-product generation and no influence on the test result carried out in each test mode.
