The tuberose flower contains fragrant substances such as o-aminobenzoic acid benzyl ester, isoeugenol methyl ether, farnesol, benzyl benzoate and the like, the fragrant substances have special fragrance, and the tuberose extract is mainly used for high-grade daily essence; the existing paste device mostly adopts a stirring device to stir plant raw materials, so that impurities are easily contained in the paste, and the quality of the paste is influenced.

Although the technical scheme can reduce the energy consumption in the extraction process, the technical scheme can only recycle the organic solvent for extraction by using the traditional process means, and cannot improve the extraction efficiency by changing the structure of a device storage device, so that the use of the invention is limited.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to make up for the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the tuberose extract essence extraction system which is mainly used for extracting organic components in the tuberose extract process and can improve the extraction efficiency of the organic components in the tuberose. The tuberose is uniformly charged by matching the filler unit with the storage cylinder; meanwhile, the vibration unit is matched with the storage cylinder to improve the leaching efficiency of organic components in the tuberose, so that the structure of the tuberose is simplified.

the packing unit comprises a first plate, a pneumatic rod and a packing device; the stuffing device is rotatably arranged on the lower surface of the first plate through a first rotating shaft, and the motor drives the stuffing device to rotate through the rotating shaft so as to uniformly convey the tuberose raw materials into the storage barrel; the packing device comprises a fixed disc and four packing plates, wherein the four packing plates are arranged on the outer side surface of the fixed disc in a circumferential arrangement mode;
the material storage cylinder comprises a horn and a fixing plate; the fixing plate is fixedly arranged on the inner surface of the side plate; five second feeding holes are uniformly formed in the fixing plate; the first horn is mounted on the inner surface of the side plate through the fixing plate, the opening of the first horn is communicated with the second feeding hole, and the tuberose raw material enters the first horn through the first feeding hole and the second feeding hole; the side surface of the first horn is provided with a filtering hole, and the filtering hole is used for mutual diffusion of liquid inside and outside the first horn; the bottom of the first horn is provided with a third discharge hole, the third discharge hole is provided with an automatic door, and when the automatic door is opened, a filter cake in the first horn is discharged through the third discharge hole and a liquid outlet; when the device works, the tuberose raw material is conveyed into the device through the first feeding hole, and the controller uniformly conveys the tuberose raw material into the material storage barrel through controlling the filling unit; the liquid supply box conveys the organic solvent to the device through the first liquid inlet, and the organic solvent enters the first horn through the filter hole; organic solvent dissolves organic matter components in the tuberose raw material in the first cylinder, and the dissolved solution is conveyed to an external collecting device through a liquid outlet for concentration.

Preferably, the bump is hemispherical; the groove is in a spherical crown shape; the diameter of the bump is twice that of the stop block; the diameter of the groove is twice of that of the stop block; when sliding occurs between the convex block and the stop block, the diameter of the convex block is twice of that of the stop block, so that the stop block can conveniently slide on the convex block, and meanwhile, if the diameter of the convex block is too large, the upward movement stroke of the stop block can be increased, so that the deformation of the sealing rubber cover is increased, and the service life of the sealing rubber cover is reduced; the groove is in a spherical crown shape and is used for matching the stopper to slide in the groove, meanwhile, the diameter of the groove is twice of that of the stopper so as to further reduce the friction force between the stopper and the groove, when the diameter of the groove is smaller, the friction force generated when the stopper slides relative to the groove is larger, when the diameter of the groove is larger, the sliding time of the stopper in the groove is longer, the moving speed of the stopper in the vertical direction is slower, and the vibration efficiency of the vibration unit on the solution in the device is lower; the diameters of the convex block and the concave groove are set to be twice of the diameter of the stop block, so that the vibration efficiency of the vibration unit is further improved.

As an embodiment of the present invention, the inclined surface of the filler plate 232 is an arc surface, and the inclined surface of the filler plate 232 is an arc surface for leveling the tuberose raw material above the storage barrel 3, and when the controller drives the filler device 23 to rotate through the motor, the tuberose raw material stacked at the first feed port 111 can slide on the arc surface of the filler plate 232, so that the redundant tuberose raw material cannot directly enter the first barrel 31 close to the first feed port 111, and thus the tuberose raw material can be uniformly distributed in the storage barrel 3.

As an embodiment of the present invention, the upper surface of the third plate 42 is provided with a bump 421 and a groove 422; the bumps 421 and the grooves 422 are uniformly arranged on the upper surface of the third plate 42 in a staggered manner; the bump 421 and the groove 422 are used for cooperating with the vibration device 43 to work, and when the motor drives the third plate 42 to rotate through the rotating shaft, the bump 421 can enable the connecting block 47 to push the sealing rubber cover 46 to move upwards through cooperating with the stop block 49; the groove 422 is used for enabling the connecting block 47 to drive the sealing rubber cover 46 to move downwards by matching with the stop block 49; the projections 421 and recesses 422 are adapted to facilitate the dissolution of the organic components of the tuberose raw material by shaking the solution in cooperation with the stops 49.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the bump 421 is a hemisphere; the groove 422 is spherical; the diameter of the lug 421 is twice the diameter of the stop 49; the diameter of the groove 422 is twice the diameter of the stop block 49; when sliding occurs between the bump 421 and the stopper 49, the diameter of the bump 421 is twice that of the stopper 49, so that the stopper 49 can slide on the bump 421, and if the diameter of the bump 421 is too large, the upward movement stroke of the stopper 49 will be increased, so that the deformation of the sealing rubber cover 46 is increased, and the service life of the sealing rubber cover 46 is shortened; the groove 422 is spherical cap-shaped and is used for matching the stopper 49 to slide in the groove 422, the diameter of the groove 422 is twice of the diameter of the stopper 49 and is used for further reducing the friction force between the stopper 49 and the groove 422, when the diameter of the groove 422 is smaller, the friction force generated when the stopper 49 slides relative to the groove 422 is larger, when the diameter of the groove 422 is larger, the sliding time of the stopper 49 in the groove 422 is longer, the speed of the stopper 49 moving in the vertical direction is slower, and the vibration efficiency of the vibration unit 4 to the solution in the device is lower; setting the diameters of the projection 421 and the groove 422 to be twice the diameter of the stopper 49 further improves the vibration efficiency of the vibration unit 4.
The during operation, the tuberose raw and other materials enter into this device through a feed inlet 111, filler unit 2 is through evenly carrying the tuberose raw and other materials to storage cylinder 3 with storage cylinder 3 cooperation, the feeder box carries organic solvent in to this device through a inlet 112, organic solvent enters into storage cylinder 3 through filtering hole 34 and dissolves the organic component of tuberose raw and other materials in storage cylinder 3, thereby shake unit 4 shakes the solution in this device and shake the dissolution of organic component in the tuberose raw and other materials with higher speed, after a period, the vacuum pump makes the tuberose raw and other materials residue and the solution separation in this device through liquid outlet 113 to this device extraction negative pressure, the solution after the collection can obtain the tuberose extract through the distillation concentration.
