(2) Transferring the materials into a blending kettle, stirring and cooling to below 120 ℃, stirring and circularly shearing for 1-1.5 hours, and then homogenizing by a high-pressure homogenizer and degassing to obtain a finished product.
The rust-proof anticorrosive agent is a solid rust-proof anticorrosive agent.
The invention has the following advantages:
the product of the invention meets the lubrication requirements of the bearings of the motor of the pure electric vehicle, such as high rotating speed, high temperature, heavy load and extremely low temperature, obviously reduces the friction coefficient of the bearings of the motor, saves electric energy, and prolongs the driving mileage of the pure electric vehicle; the service life of the motor bearing and the lubricating grease is prolonged remarkably, the consumption of the bearing and the lubricating grease is reduced greatly, the use cost of the pure electric vehicle is reduced, and meanwhile, the problems that the existing pure electric vehicle motor bearing is poor in low-temperature performance and cannot be used in cold regions and severe cold regions are solved. Compared with the traditional lubricating grease production, the whole production process has no chemical reaction, no three wastes and cleanness and safety.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the synthetic base oil is adopted, so that the low-temperature service performance of the lubricating grease is changed, and the service life is prolonged;
(2) the synergistic effect of the ternary composite thickening agent and the structural stabilizer greatly reduces the friction coefficient and saves electric energy under the condition of not adding extreme pressure anti-wear and anti-friction additives. Under the condition of the same electric energy storage quantity, the travel mileage of the pure electric vehicle can be prolonged;
(3) the service life of the motor bearing of the pure electric vehicle is prolonged by more than 1 time, and the use and maintenance cost of the pure electric vehicle is reduced.
(4) The structural stabilizer solves the problem of structural stability of the ternary composite thickening agent, and improves the high-low temperature performance, the colloid stability and the like of the lubricating grease.
(5) The product contains no sulfur and phosphorus elements, and has no harm to environment and health. Meanwhile, compared with the traditional lubricating grease production process, no chemical reaction occurs in the lubricating grease production process, no three wastes are generated, and the lubricating grease is safe and environment-friendly.
Detailed Description
The present invention is further described with reference to the following examples, it being understood that the preferred examples described herein are intended to illustrate and explain the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Example 1
1660kg of ester synthetic base oil (isotridecyl trimellitate), 160kg of lithium 12-hydroxystearate, 60kg of polyurea powder and 40kg of polytetrafluoroethylene powder are added into a reaction kettle, stirred and heated to 160-180 ℃, 62kg of methyl metaborate is added, constant temperature puffing is carried out for 2-3 hours, then 10kg of T531 antioxidant, 6kg of N-oleoyl sarcosine octadecylamine salt and 2kg of benzotriazole are added, stirred and dissolved.
Transferring the materials into a blending kettle, stirring and cooling to below 100 ℃, circularly shearing for 1.5 hours, and then homogenizing by a high-pressure homogenizer and degassing to obtain a finished product.
Examples 2 to 5
The production operation processes of the examples 2-5 are the same as those of the example 1, except that the types and the addition amounts of the base oil, the ternary composite thickener, the antioxidant, the antirust and anticorrosive agent and the structural stabilizer are not used, and the formulation compositions of the examples 2-5 are shown in the table 1.

The ester oil is pentaerythritol C8-C10Mixing fatty acid esters, wherein the mixing mass ratio is 5: 5: 5.

Therefore, after the structure stabilizer is added, the stability of the lubricating grease is greatly improved, the oil distribution of the steel mesh is reduced, meanwhile, the friction coefficient is reduced by 10-30%, the service life of the bearing is prolonged by more than 1 time, the low-temperature performance is excellent, and the use requirement at the temperature of-35 ℃ can be met.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.

Claims (7)

1. The pure electric vehicle motor bearing long-life antifriction energy-saving lubricating grease is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
base oil: 70 to 93 percent
Ternary composite thickening agent: 5 to 20 percent of
Antioxidant: 0.1 to 5 percent
Rust-proof anticorrosive agent: 0.1 to 5 percent
Structure stabilizer: 1 to 5 percent;
the ternary composite thickening agent is a mixture of 12-lithium hydroxystearate, polyurea powder and polytetrafluoroethylene powder; the weight percentages of various substances in the ternary composite thickening agent are respectively as follows:
12-hydroxystearic acid: 5 to 50 percent; polyurea powder: 5 to 50 percent; polytetrafluoroethylene powder: 5 to 50 percent;
wherein the polyurea powder is a reactant of diphenylmethane diisocyanate and primary amine or a mixture of primary amines; the particle size of the polytetrafluoroethylene powder is 10 mu m-50 nm;
the structure stabilizer is a metaborate compound with a structure of (RBO)2)3Wherein R is C1-C18 straight-chain or branched alkane.
2. The pure electric vehicle motor bearing long-life antifriction energy-saving lubricating grease of claim 1 is characterized in that the 100 ℃ kinematic viscosity of the base oil is as follows: 3-10mm 2/s.
3. The pure electric vehicle motor bearing long-life antifriction energy-saving lubricating grease of claim 1 is characterized in that: the base oil is a synthetic base oil.
4. A pure electric vehicle motor bearing long-life antifriction energy-saving lubricating grease according to claim 1 or 3, characterized in that the synthetic base oil is one or more of ester oil, polyolefin or alkyl naphthalene.
5. A long-life antifriction energy-saving grease lubricant for bearings of motors of pure electric vehicles according to claim 4, wherein the ester oil comprises one or more of pentaerythritol ester, trimethylolpropane ester, dibasic acid ester or benzene polyacid ester.
6. The pure electric vehicle motor bearing long-life antifriction energy-saving lubricating grease of claim 1 is characterized in that: the antioxidant is amine type or phenol type antioxidant; the rust-proof corrosion inhibitor is N-oleoyl sarcosine octadecylamine salt and/or benzotriazole.
7. A preparation method of the pure electric vehicle motor bearing long-life antifriction energy-saving lubricating grease of claim 1 is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) adding the base oil and the ternary composite thickening agent into a reaction kettle, stirring and heating to 160-180 ℃, adding the structure stabilizer, puffing at constant temperature for 2-3 hours, then adding the antioxidant and the antirust anticorrosive agent, and stirring and dissolving;
(2) transferring the materials into a blending kettle, stirring and cooling to below 120 ℃, stirring and circularly shearing for 1-1.5 hours, and then homogenizing by a high-pressure homogenizer and degassing to obtain a finished product.
