Based on this, it is an object of the present invention to provide a lanolin-containing mask base having good hardness before essence immersion and very good softness after essence immersion.
The specific technical scheme is as follows:

In some of these embodiments, the lanolin is water-soluble lanolin.
In some of these embodiments, the water-soluble lanolin satisfies the following conditions: the water content is less than or equal to 2.0 percent, the acid value is less than or equal to 2.0mgKOH/g, the iodine value is 4-8 mgKOH/g, the saponification value is 15-248 mgKOH/g, and the melting point is 50-55 ℃.
In some of these embodiments, the water-soluble lanolin is at least one of ethoxylated lanolin, propoxylated lanolin, and phosphorylated lanolin.
In some of these embodiments, the water-soluble lanolin is ethoxylated lanolin.
In some of these embodiments, the lanolin is present in the mask base at no more than 20% by weight.
In some embodiments, the lanolin accounts for 5-20% of the base mask cloth.
In some embodiments, the lanolin accounts for 5-15% of the base mask fabric.
The preparation method of the mask base cloth is characterized by comprising the following steps:
preparing a spinning solution by using the facial mask base cloth fiber, and carrying out wet spinning to obtain a nascent fiber;
opening, carding, spunlacing, reinforcing and forming the nascent fiber, and then rolling and drying to obtain a mask base fabric blank;
and soaking the mask base cloth blank in a lanolin solution, drying and cutting to obtain the mask base cloth.
In some of the embodiments, the mask base fabric fiber is at least one of natural fiber and artificial fiber.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the mask base cloth provided by the invention contains lanolin, particularly contains water-soluble lanolin, and the substance is skillfully applied in the mask base cloth, so that the problem that the hardness of the traditional mask base cloth before immersion and the softness of the traditional mask base cloth after immersion cannot be taken into consideration at the same time is solved, the softness of the mask base cloth provided by the invention can be improved after the essence is immersed, the fitting property can be improved, the hardness can be improved when the essence is not immersed, and the mask base cloth does not lose smooth feeling while the hardness is improved.
Further: according to the facial mask base cloth, the lanolin is added moderately, the liquid absorption rate of the facial mask base cloth can be reduced, the using amount of the essence is reduced, and the cost of the essence is saved.
Example 4 provides a mask base containing 20 wt% water-soluble lanolin.
The preparation method of the mask base cloth comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a spinning solution from a facial mask base cloth fiber (a cotton-flax fiber), and carrying out wet spinning to obtain a nascent fiber;
(2) opening, carding, spunlacing, reinforcing and forming the nascent fiber, and then rolling and drying to obtain a mask base fabric blank; the mask base cloth blank of the step has good liquid absorption performance in a natural state;
(3) soaking the mask base cloth blank in a lanolin solution, drying and cutting to obtain a mask base cloth;
the lanolin adopted in the step is water-soluble lanolin, and the specific type is propoxylated lanolin; the lanolin solution is saturated lanolin water solution; the infiltration adopts a water bath heating mode to promote the water-soluble lanolin to be absorbed into the facial mask base cloth blank, and the mass content of the water-soluble lanolin absorbed into the facial mask base cloth is adjusted to be 20 percent by adjusting and controlling the infiltration time and infiltration times.
The density of the mask base cloth prepared in this example was 50g/cm2。
Comparative example 1
This comparative example is that of example 1, providing a mask base containing 0 wt% lanolin.
The preparation method of the mask base cloth comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a spinning solution by using a mask base cloth fiber (lyocell fiber), and carrying out wet spinning to obtain a nascent fiber;
(2) opening, carding, spunlacing, reinforcing and forming the nascent fiber, and then rolling and drying to obtain a mask base fabric blank;
(3) and soaking the mask base cloth blank in water, drying and cutting to obtain the mask base cloth.
Comparative example 2
This comparative example is that of example 1, providing a mask base containing 5 wt% lanolin.
The preparation method of the mask base cloth comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a spinning solution by using a mask base cloth fiber (lyocell fiber), and carrying out wet spinning to obtain a nascent fiber;
(2) opening, carding, spunlacing, reinforcing and forming the nascent fiber, and then rolling and drying to obtain a mask base fabric blank; the mask base cloth blank of the step has good liquid absorption performance in a natural state;
(3) soaking the mask base cloth blank in a lanolin solution, drying and cutting to obtain a mask base cloth;
the lanolin adopted in the step is oil-soluble lanolin, in particular sulfonated lanolin; the lanolin solution is saturated lanolin water solution, 1% of emulsifier is added to promote the dissolution of sulfonated lanolin in water when preparing the saturated water solution of sulfonated lanolin, and the type of the emulsifier is PEG-100; the infiltration adopts a water bath heating mode to promote the lanolin to be absorbed into the facial mask base cloth blank, and the mass content of the lanolin absorbed into the facial mask base cloth is adjusted to be 5 percent by adjusting and controlling the infiltration time.
Comparative example 3
This comparative example is the comparative example of example 1, providing a mask base containing 25 wt% water-soluble lanolin.
The preparation method of the mask base cloth comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a spinning solution by using a mask base cloth fiber (lyocell fiber), and carrying out wet spinning to obtain a nascent fiber;
(2) opening, carding, spunlacing, reinforcing and forming the nascent fiber, and then rolling and drying to obtain a mask base fabric blank;
the mask base cloth blank of the step has good liquid absorption performance in a natural state,
(3) soaking the mask base cloth blank in a lanolin solution, drying and cutting to obtain a mask base cloth;
the lanolin adopted in the step is water-soluble lanolin, and the specific type is ethoxylated lanolin; the lanolin solution is saturated lanolin water solution; the infiltration adopts a water bath heating mode to promote the water-soluble lanolin to be absorbed into the mask base cloth blank, and the mass content of the water-soluble lanolin absorbed into the mask base cloth is adjusted to be 25 percent by adjusting and controlling the infiltration time.
Performance testing
The essence for the performance test comprises the following components: the solvent is water, the solute is 0.016% of sodium hyaluronate HA-LQH, 0.036% of sodium hyaluronate HA-LQ, 2.8% of glycerol, 0.1% of Dissolvine GL-47-S, 0.3% of allantoin, 3.2% of butanediol, 0.14% of transparent xanthan gum, 0.14% of HV-701EDR, 0.5% of trehalose, 1% of nicotinamide PC, 0.02% of HHR250, 0.1% of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.1% of ammonium glycyrrhizinate, 0.138% of triethanolamine, 0.05% of GERMALL II, 3.0% of 1, 2-pentanediol and 0.2% of methyl ester, and the content is weight content.
1. Hardness of the mask base cloth before soaking the essence, softness of the mask base cloth after soaking the essence and fitting property test
100 volunteers are recruited to try out the mask base cloth of each example, soak the essence liquid to apply the face, score the mask base cloth after the test, then record the average score of each evaluation index, the result is shown in table 1, and the overall analysis is as follows:
compared with the comparative example 1, after the lanolin is added to the mask base cloth, when the essence is not soaked, the mask base cloth has good hardness, and the hardness tends to be improved along with the increase of the addition amount of the lanolin within the addition amount limited by the application, so that the hardness is convenient for production operations such as folding and packaging, and is also convenient for consumers to use; after the essence is soaked, the whole body becomes softer, and the fit performance is remarkably improved; the mask base cloth of the embodiments 1 to 4 has good water retention performance, and after the essence is soaked, the evaporation loss of the essence is small along with the loss of time, so that the essence is not easy to dry; furthermore, lanolin does not affect the clarity of use after addition. The overall satisfaction is higher. Further, compared with the facial mask base cloth containing oil-soluble lanolin of the comparative example 2, the facial mask base cloth containing water-soluble lanolin provided in the examples 1 to 4 has relatively better hardness before being soaked in the essence and better softness after being soaked in the essence, and when the facial mask base cloth containing water-soluble lanolin is used, the lanolin does not need to be directly added to the matched essence, so that the addition of an emulsifier is avoided, and the sticky feeling of sticking to the skin is avoided. Since the emulsifier is added in the preparation process of the reference 2, the face-painting after dipping the essence has a sticky feeling. In addition, the inventor also used the mask base cloth of comparative example 1, and added 5 wt% of water-soluble lanolin to the essence, and then the result of the soaking and the scoring was 6, 5, 4.5, 6, 5, and 3, respectively, and it can be seen that the addition of lanolin to the mask base cloth of the present invention is better in the feeling of use than the addition of lanolin to the essence.
2. Liquid absorption test of per gram of mask base cloth
Taking 50 pieces of the facial mask base cloth of each example as samples, respectively testing the quality of the samples, soaking the essence for testing after the test is finished, taking out the samples, testing the quality of the samples after liquid absorption when the essence in the samples does not drip, and counting the liquid absorption rate of the samples, wherein the calculation formula of the liquid absorption rate is as follows: (mass of sample after liquid suction-sample mass)/mass of sample X100%. The statistical results are shown in table 2 below.
According to the table 2, the lanolin with a proper content is added into the mask base cloth, so that the liquid absorption rate of the mask base cloth can be adjusted more properly, the face application effect is not influenced, the waste of essence can be avoided, and the cost is reduced.
3. Skin moisture content Change test
The test method mainly comprises the following steps:

While performing the above test, the inventors also set two additional processes in synchronization: one was to directly apply 40 microliters of the test essence on the face of the subject, and the other was to soak the essence containing 5 wt% of water-soluble lanolin (the components and contents were the same as those of the test essence except for 5 wt% of water-soluble lanolin) using the mask base fabric of comparative example 1, and then to test the moisture content of the skin at 30min and 60min from the airing, respectively, with reference to the above-mentioned steps. The former results correspond to results of 0.42, 0.66, while the latter results are 4.14, 1.72.
According to the results shown in table 3, compared to comparative examples 1 and 2, after the facial mask base cloth soaking essence of examples 1 to 4 is used for patch, the moisture content of the face of a subject changes greatly with the passage of time, because when the facial mask base cloth of the present invention is used for patch, the water-soluble lanolin contained in the fibers of the facial mask base cloth is dissolved in the essence for test, and the water-soluble lanolin acts on the skin together to increase the permeability of the skin and promote the absorption of moisture by the skin. Compared with the result of additional treatment, the mask base cloth has remarkable effect of clothes sticking, and the fact that the water-soluble wool resin is creatively added into the mask to be more beneficial to promoting the absorption of the essence than the water-soluble wool resin is added into the essence is also shown.
The above embodiments provide a mask base cloth, which not only has good usability, but also has the following advantages: (1) the facial mask base cloth can be directly applied to face and skin care under the condition of only soaking in water, and is very convenient and fast to skin care. (2) The facial mask base cloth can be matched with the essence without lanolin components for use, and is used for synergetic nursing with the essence, so that other functions (such as inflammation diminishing, moisture retention, restoration, ageing resistance and the like) except for the effects brought by the essence are brought to the skin, no stimulation is generated, the sensitive skin can be used, and the comprehensive nursing effect is brought to the skin; particularly, the water-soluble lanolin has good permeability, can improve the absorption effect of the skin on the essence, and improves the moisturizing effect of the skin. Meanwhile, the water-soluble chitosan hydrogel has moisture retention, repairability and no side effect. (3) When the water-soluble lanolin is added to the mask base fabric, the burden of adding the lanolin to the matched essence is avoided, the necessity of adding the emulsifier to the matched essence is correspondingly avoided, the sticky feeling of the essence during face application is reduced without adding the emulsifier, and the experience of consumers is more pleasant.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
